Shoutout to Jessica who helped me out two days in a row. I came to return some things that didn’t fit & observed how kindly she treated the people before me. Working retail is tough, especially during these times. Many businesses are short staffed & much of the time you can feel the pressure & stress employees are under. Not Jessica. She deserves to be acknowledged for treating each customer like a human being. Will definitely shop here from now on.

Found a few gems! Excellent customer service! Told an employee I would send a picture of a lamp I bought, we couldnt figure out how it went.. BUT I figured it out!!

Great staff (almost always), clean store. Stock is usually put out by Wednesday every week and sells very quickly. Im a frequent shopper.

The quality is somewhere between a tjmaxx and a Ross. The staff lady was a pretty cute latina with tons of piercings who was nice, so thats a plus.

Being an outlet, its hit or miss at this location. Some days theres lots of stock and other days barely anything on the shelves or racks. However the mens department always seem to have plenty of merchandise. On the most recent visit I noticed that they had a few furniture items, which is a nice addition.

I find it better than TJ Maxx and the other stores very similar to it. It seemed to have a full stock of better quality items. It was fully stocked, clean, tidy and Im much better experience. There is plenty of parking, it is right on brightleaf Boulevard alias 301 in a long Mall type shopping area. I dont remember seeing any staff on the floor but I wasnt really paying attention to that. The staff at the checkout area were quick, polite and friendly. I enjoyed shopping there.

Need to hire more staff. Customers should be able to call the store for information without the staff having to cut the customer off to be put on hold. Would also be a great help if all items were marked with a price so that customers would not have to call or wait for someone to find out the price

Its a good discount store. Its like a Ross Dress for Less. I found a few cute tops really inexpensive. The staff was nice.

We found lots of great deals in the store today. They have stuff for the entire family as well as for the household. Clothes, accessories, jewelry, etc. You would be here a while if you look at everything they have. Clearance aisles are clearly marked. I took pictures of lots of the cute purses they have to offer. This is just a small sample of them, so go take a look for yourself.

One of my favorite bargain stores. You have the dig to find the good stuff, the staff isnt very helpful, but great deals & normally clean. I shop there all the time.
