The technician, Jason V., came out on an emergency A/C call to my house last night, despite the heat and thunderstorms, and got my system up and running. He was professional, friendly and courteous. Kudos, Jason! Ive used Carjon for heating and A/C service for years and am quite satisfied.

A Carjon technician was here for our annual spring air conditioning service and, again, we have nothing but praise for the company. Knowing how busy they get, we made our appointment months early and several days ahead they called us to reconfirm, checking to be sure no one in our house was ill and reminding us to wear masks. On the appointment day, they called to let us know Steven was on the way, and he arrived minutes later. Patiently, courteously and efficiently, wearing a mask, Steven went about his work, asked some questions, asked if we had any, cleaned up and was on his way in next to no time. Friendly, helpful, efficient - you cannot ask for more, but if you did we are sure Carjon would go out of their way to provide it.

CARJON NEVER GAVE UP! There technicians ( I have met 4 of them) are all true professionals, able to do the technical work but also able to communicate well to the customer. They never rush and they are not trying to shove repairs at you to boost their profits. I highly recommend!!!I had a problem with my furnace which was very difficult to diagnose. It took many visits from several different Technicians but they never gave up!. They finally discovered that a tiny electronic part which had come from a supplier was actually NOT the right part for my furnace. After many many trips to my house (most at no charge), they solved the problem for good! In addition -- their office staff followed up and discovered one of my replaced furnace parts was under warrantee -- so they were able to get me a large refund!

So it took me about a month just to get an appointment for an estimate which is fine considering Covid and the time of year. Rob came out to assess what needed to be done and said it would take about a week to get the estimate to me. I called his personal cell (which he said to call anytime) and the main office. It’s been about 3 weeks with no response. He was pleasant despite nothing evolving from this whole process but they should’ve been up front about not wanting the job.

So impressed with the service and professionalism of Carjon and their tech Kyle. He explained what he would be doing and then summarized his work when he was done. We are new customers and could not be happier.

Avoid this company! They installed new central AC to my house and they didnt seal the whole where they installed the ac line. Very cheap work and unprofessional crew put my family in danger because their irresponsibility. Two months after they left we found a mouse in the house living with my 2 babies. We hired a professional company to take care of this matter and they found that Carjon crew didnt do the correct job leaving holes unsealed. They sealed and corrected all Carjon mistakes and resolved my issue. When we contacted Carjon they were rude and tried to tell us that the company we hired lied to us. Stay away from unprofessional people who charge a lot to install an AC because your gonna end up paying thousands for a pest control company.

I noticed at 9:00am that the air wasnt working. I was given an afternoon app. on the same day. It gets better. They called back at 10:30 and asked if Tech. Michael could come out now. The system was working and tested by noon. Great service by everyone at Carjon. Thanks

Read good reviews about CARJON and even got a referral from a friend. Our AC was making a clicking noise and it looked like the fan was running, but we were not getting any air flow. Office explained there would be a diagnostic fee and the technician would evaluate the whole system, then explain the problems and costs.That was not my experience. Right off, the technician found a faulty capacitor. He did not have the exact capacitor on the truck but said he could daisy chain two together and that would work fine. Only problem was, CARJON was going to charge me the service cost for replacing two capacitors instead of one, not just the additional cost of the second smaller capacitor. This is extremely pricey as the fee is a national rating like going to a car dealer no matter how long it actually takes. It did not take very long as the part just plugs in. I asked if they could come back with the correct replacement. He called the office and they replied that they would charge me another diagnostic fee to come back.The other arm twisting, was that I had to agree to pay before replacement or he could not finish the diagnostic evaluation without replacement of the faulty capacitor. That was not what the office explained when I called originally and asked for service. I was afraid if I did not proceed, there would be other problems for which I would need to pay another diagnostic fee. So, on June 5 2018, I doled out over $400 for diagnostic and replacement of a $24.00 capacitor.I wasnt happy when less that two weeks later I was hearing the same clicking noise from the AC unit. This time, I called a very trusted electrician who referred me to an independent HVAC specialist. Russ came out on a Saturday and diagnosed a faulty switch which should have been checked by CARJON. The switch was burnt up pretty good and should have been obvious to the tech who had come out earlier...this was not a brand new failure. Russ was excellent and reasonable. I really dont mind paying for honest work. Ill be calling him again for a new furnace in a year or two, not CARJON. Im giving two stars as the tech was nice enough and I felt like he was caught between the office and an unhappy customer. Otherwise, one star. Still, he should have found the faulty switch.CARJON has very nice looking trucks and now I know why. Never again!

CARJON is a topnotch business. We have a maintenance contract with them for our central air units. They are extremely professional from the office staff to the technician who comes out to check every part of your unit. They were also very COVID conscious.

CARJON does not disappoint! Since purchasing my home in 2015, I called CARJON to use their yearly maintenance services. They always remind you of your yearly inspection, provide excellent customer service and show up on time!I called for an inspection and found some issues with my heating wiring. Justin was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and performed the job today with high professionalism and care.The cost of the job was very fair and well below the competing rates.I would highly recommend CARJON!

They are not accepting new customers and will not refer to anyone who is. We still need heat & hot water... but will have to look elsewhere to make sure it keeps running.

Our experience with the installation of a new high efficiency central air conditioning system by CARJON was excellent from start to finish. We were provided with 2 possible solutions for central AC in our home. There was no sales pressure to select one over the other. We chose a High Efficiency system. The installation was done on time by a crew of technicians that demonstrated the meaning of professionalism at all times. After several weeks of great operation we encountered a problem. The CARJON team immediately jumped into action and stayed with us until the problem was resolved. This included hands on, on site presence and trouble shooting by the CEO and owner of the CARJON Corporation. John wanted to ensure that we were provided with nothing short of service excellence. I recently had a new split system heat pump / a/c wall unit installed in my family room by CARJON. From the visit by the estimator Al and the install crew we were very pleased by the end result. CARJON installed a mixed mini-split/duct system in our 150 year old house.Prior to the work we had gotten 3 estimates, CARJON was between the other 2. However, Bob Lanni did the best job of working with us to design the system that worked for our house and met our needs.Installation was done on time and very neatly.We have one service call for a warranty covered issue with one of the electrical components on our Mitsubishi unit. CARJON came out and had us back up and running in under 2 hours.Lisa also did an outstanding job working with National Grid to get us our maximum rebate.

Nothing against the service rep that came to my home to recommend an air conditioning system. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. My issue was when the quote was generated for the different systems, duct work was not reflected in the quote. I was under the impression that the original quotes included duct work. When I was ready to move forward on a quote, duct work was then added to all the quotes, which placed everything out of my budget. I was disappointed with the lack of transparency - whether it was on purpose or not.

CARJON was a great help to us.A routine inspection by a CARJON tech showed our boiler was leaking high levels of carbon monoxide, so it had to be shut down immediately. (luckily it was early October!)They offered to have a sales associate contact us about a replacement.The sales associate was able to come in a few days, fitting our schedule.They presented a couple of options and help us decide on the one best for us, and even help arrange financing.The installation manager came by a few days later for a site visit.The installation team was quick thorough and cleaned up the area when done. They were very professional and personable, answering all my questions and even let me watch while they worked whenever I wanted.The whole experience went far smoother than I ever expected. Everyone we dealt with were professional and personable, really caring about us and that we get the system we needed, and that we were satisfied with the job.I cant thank them enough.

I have a long history of using this company,unfortunately this year has been a major disappointment. I had a previous issue with my Central AC unit in late fall but due to a severe medical issue in my family I couldn’t deal with taking care of it. I did explain this during a call to the office. This is year in June I called for an inspection, I was told by a fellow who answered the phone “ that ship had sailed”, inspections were over and they would come in the fall. So now in the middle of a heatwave my AC dies. It takes me 4 days for a tech to come. I received a proposal but have been unable to have any discussion with Service. Granted they had a power failure but I received a phone call telling me I would be called on Saturday 8/8. No call. So 8/10 is a holiday for them. No fun on 8/11. I call the office in the morning on 8/11 and was unable to get pass the fellow answering the phone. I was not referred to service for a discussion regarding the proposal. The receptionist obviously felt he had all the answers. It has been a very disappointing experience, the company was never like this in the past

Had a central AC system installed on the 2nd level and a ductless system installed on the 1st level (open floor plan) in March 2016. Install was super clean in just one day. Technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to answer tons of questions. The AC worked extremely well throughout the summer as promised. The condensing units are right outside the window near where we sit to watch TV every night and you cannot hear them running at all, just as was explained to me by the salesperson, Rob, who was also excellent to deal with and made himself available by cell always. 1 year in and the equipment is still just as good as the day we got it. Extremely pleased with CARJON. Recommended them to two coworkers who were in need of AC this upcoming summer.

The technician was polite, friendly, and well organized. He reported to us at the end or his visit and followed up with an email that summarized what he had done and what he had found. He included a note of the number of new filters that remained, a plus because our furnace is in an attic crawl space which we are unable to access ourselves.

After moving in our home last year and sweating through the summer we decided to research the installation of central air conditioning. We reached out to Carjon who came out and did a thorough review of our home. As Alan came out to measure up our home and determine what system would work best I was immediately impressed with the companies professionalism. We took a few months to make our decision and ultimately decided to move forward with the installation.Install day came and a team of four workers came out, on time, and within hours had the majority of the vents installed. The entire install took less than two days and was remarkably clean. My wife and I have a one year old and I was impressed to find his room spotless after the crew came through.Fast forward to today, the end of the summer, and I can say that system has far exceeded expectations. It is powerful, yet cost effective, and my wife and I couldnt be happier. I would highly recommend Carjon for your heating and air conditioning needs.

I signed a customer contract for maintenance a few months ago and it has been the best thing that I have done. The office staff quickly took my information re: a problem with my heating and got the technicians to come out. Each time, the technician was thorough in inspecting and problem solving and let me know what was going on. Its peace of mind when they get your heat going in the wee hours of the morning! I have been nothing but thrilled with the services provided by CARJON. They are prompt, clean, respectful and reasonable. They always do a great job. I have a service plan with them, and I highly recommend that too. They do fall and spring tune ups so they tend to catch things early. I cant say enough good thing these folks. When something breaks they are the ones to call.

The work was done far better than I had expected. They came on time and though it was estimated to go into a second day, they were done by mid afternoon day one. The workers were professional, polite and cleaned up after themselves so well that you wouldnt know they had come. Carjon staff followed up to see if we were pleased and if everything was working well. They even helped filling out rebate and warranty paperwork.

Only 1 star because of the overall service. The guy who came out to look at my furnace was professional and nice to talk to but unfortunately the company failed to contact me back about looking for parts for my furnace. Took me a few minutes to find the part on a few sites but it’s coming up on a week since i last heard from them. Seems like there out to make a quick buck and leave. This is my first time reviewing on any company.

When my 28 year old heating system had an issue, Carjon sent an extremely knowledgeable technician (Shaun). He heard what I experienced and immediately looked at the pump. It was inoperable. He took me through each area of the system and gave me a detailed explanation and assessment. DOA... Needed a new one. (A/C also rusted with outdated coolant)Next came the sales rep (Chris). He took measurements of the rooms in the heating/cooling area. Careful calculations were used to match a new furnace and A/C for our home. The price was rightNext a team of four awesome installers arrived as well as an electrician. They set down a path of tarps to protect our floors. Without a break they worked their tails off. The new system is so neatly constructed with new ducting, wiring and overflow pumps. They then walked us through the mechanics and made sure we all questions were answered. Even how to use my new Wi-Fi thermostat.We are so impressed!

Nope! Came to the house to fix intermittent heat not coming on. Changed the control board and (over)charged me $850. Still having same problem. Called multiple times and expressed my frustration. Spoke with Drake, Jeanne and service manager Amanda. Wants me to pay another $100 to send technician out. Absolutely insane! They are only there to make money, nothing else! Avoid at all costs!

Just called to see if this company that I just spent 3500 for a new part in my unit could come out and see why my AC wont work after we lost power yesterday, and they want to charge me? WTH! You would think after spending so much money a month ago, and in the past would come by and do a courtesy call!

Carjon is a fine company with superb products and a bright, knowledgable staff. They installed a Mitsubishi heat-exchanger heating/cooling system in my home four years ago and I couldnt be happier with either the system or the installation. It is totally clean, totally reliable, and very economical to operate.

The commercial touts its honest reputation however last month we had a problem with our heat smelling like burning plastic. We thought it could be hot wires and were worried about fire. Carjon sent someone out pretty quickly for 100 dollars to check it out. The man that came said the motor was dead and it would be about 800 dollars for a new one. Also the system is older so we should get a whole new system. Before we were locked in a commitment that wouldve cost up to 6,500, we had another man come to check. He found a couple of pieces of plastic tape that had gotten into the system and were causing the smell. That visit cost us 100 dollars and he took care of the problem. Get a second opinion if you call these guys.

Two years ago we call Carjon to give us a quite on a new furnace as our old furnace can not find a replacement part. The salesman was very professional, he lay out the types of furnace that fits our house, from non star rating to high efficiency units. The price he quoted on the high efficiency unit included a rebate we were not aware of.Ultimately we went for the high efficiency unit after we review other quotes, they set up a time line for installation, and the serviceman came on time and install the new unit as well as removing the old one.A week of two after the installation we received thank you card from the business. It shows that they appreciate our business and that they will be there for our future needs.Couple of weeks ago Sunday our water tank went and we call them back for quote on replacement. However, we couldnt wait for the next day for the salesperson to give us an estimate on a new unit. Otherwise we would have gone back with them for repeat business since they took care of us. We received a follow up phone call from them the following day to check up on our needs.This shows the company really cares about their customers and their prices are very competitive wit their competition that is out there.

We have a full house humidifier that Carjon installed a few years ago.My valve clogged and was not sending water to the unit, i called for service and told them the issue. They sent a tech out to look at the unit and he confirmed it was a clogged saddle valve. the only issue is they dont do plumbing repairs, I was told to call a plumber. Dont understand they did the plumbing when they installed the unit. When I placed the call for a humidifier repair I should have been told if it has anything to do with the plumbing they will not fix it. Just wasted $100 and time out of work.

I had a ductless mini-split installed in my house and Carjon did an exceptional job. They were so easy to communicate with and the installation itself was easy and fast. They worked very hard to make my system work seamlessly in my house. Would absolutely recommend!

I have been a Carjon customer since 2015 and have had a great experience with this company. My house has two heating and cooling systems and Carjon has been instrumental in keeping me cozy year round. I opted for a maintenance plan. I get a heating and cooling tune up for both systems each year. This gives great peace of mind about safety, efficiency, and catching problems early. Over the years I have had many system problems and Carjon has been great at fixing them all. They always come out quickly. Their technicians are excellent. They are super polite, respectful, competent and neat. They often leave things cleaner than they find them. A shout out to Justin and Adam…they worked extra hard to find and fix a tricky problem. The office staff is friendly and helpful too.

We paid this company a lot of money to fix our a/c in April and havent used it since and when it was turned on last Saturday during our first heatwave it didnt work again. So called this company and we were told someone should be able to call us Monday to make an appointment because they had to service their contract customers which BTW we were told by technician we wouldnt need contract first year because he fixed everything. Apparently this company doesnt care about backing up their work when you need them so would advise not to use this company unless you purchase additional contract with them!

I recently had Carjon install a new high efficiency gas furnace & central air unit. They replaced 39 year old units.Logistics was terrific, cost was reasonable, installers were very proficient, estimator was very knowledgeable, office staff were very efficient. Thay dont really doing any heating and cooling systems.They expect everything to be existing and ready to go.So I wouldnt say they do what theyre actually saying they do.I didnt felt comfortable with the guy on the phone felt very a calling service that selling more than actually understanding what the job is.

Recently had my boiler system replaced with a high efficiency model; it was a big job, requiring all new piping, and existing lines to be moved. Carjon did an excellent job, and made sure everything was done correctly, neatly, and efficiently. The were very professional and friendly, and made sure to answer any questions or concerns I may have had. When they began work, they made sure to lay down tarps to keep the floor from getting dirty or damaged, and made sure to vaccume and clean up when all work was done. They even provided me with space heaters for the couple days where the heat would not be functional while the work was completed. The crew was a pleasure to work with, the equipment is working great! I would definitely recommend them for their excellent work!

CarJon responded ok to my ac problem but their prices are outrageous!!!! What a ripoff. They installed a $10 part and charged over $200 for 30 min labor. Also they wanted to charge almost $1000 to change a $200 part which can be done in less than an hour.I had another local reputable company come and perform the work for less than $350 and they did an excellent job.

I would like to share our experience with Carjon. In 2015 we decided to replace our old central a/c system due to age and a build up of mold in the air handler and the sheet metal trunk in the attic. We called eight companies to get estimates and ideas on correcting some of the issues leading to the mold problem. Some companies thought us too small a job, small in that we were not commercial, and a few did little to instill confidence. Mike from Carjon took measurements, changed the physical layout of the system, and gave me additional recommendations to address all of my concerns. He told me that every section of the trunk system was sealed to eliminate leaks. My old system had air leaks throughout the entire system. The American Standard system he recommended is unbelievable; people can not believe how quiet it is when it is running, and we noticed a considerable reduction in our electric bill. Lastly, every person at Carjon from the clerical staff to the annual maintanance gentlemen are friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgable. It is unfortunate that the rating system only goes to five stars. We highly recommend Carjon.

Very expensive. Spent 10 minutes rewiring thermostat. Charge $258. Not looking to build customer base. Grab & Run! Technician called after he rewired. He didnt call me prior to ask if he can charge me an extra $158 plus the 1st $100 to switch 2 wires.

We had Carjon install a heat pump system a little more than a year ago. We extremely pleased with their service, the installation, and their professionalism. At that time, the system qualified for three rebates. National grid really gave us a hard time with the rebates. Carjon worked with National Grid for us so we would finally get all three rebates. They really went above and beyond. We are also really pleased with the heat pumps!
