Went here thinking that Nike slides would be cheaper but instead they sell them at suggested retail price 25.99 when shoe show sells them for 19.99. Arent outlet malls supposed to be cheaper? Champion had a far worst selection than the mall. Was able to exchange my Reebok slides for a larger size.
Parking was easy. Staff was friendly. Love that place.

Nice outlet with a wide variety of stores. Its much larger than what you would expect in Smithfield, NC!The prices do not seem too much different from regular retail shops, but its nice to have the selection of stores in the area regardless.
The outlet is OK. A bit expensive for an outlet. Hard to find a good deal. The issue was we tried to find a restroom but they were locked. We asked a security guard where we could find one. He said hi to the next plaza by DQ or at the Harley store. We went to the Harley store and there were signs on the door no public restrooms. Unbelievable!!!
If youre a label lover this is the place to be. Every designer has their own store here and you can shop till you drop

Great outlet has a lot of variety from shoes to tee shirts. Prices were reasonable as well. A great day trip from almost anywhere. Will be going back again soon.

Good variety of stores and pretty good selections. Never packed except during holiday season. Most popular are Carolina Pottery, Crocs, Bath and Body Works, Gap & Nike. But they just added Victorias Secret and a couple other smaller stores as some of the original stores couldnt recover from pandemic.Good eateries nearby as well.
Outlet mall located off of Interstate 95 in Smithfield area of North Carolina approximately exit 95. Every possible outlet you can think of located here. As is most of the time this is a tourist trap, for people and spontaneous shopping.
You can find just about anything you need at great prices. Lots of parking.
Best place to get Timberlands and Nike shoes at a great price and conveniently located in Smithfield. As always recommended to anyone looking for great products at a great price for any occasion.
Love it here and I am glad they have some new stores. Just need plenty of time to visit them all.

When I visited here, there were a couple of stores that I used to shop at were gone. But, I was able to get a pair of sandals from Rack Room.

I visited here first time and felt it’s better than Tanger outlets in Mebane with respect to prices and availability. There are two different blocks and they are connected. You can drive little and park wherever you want to shop. There very few eatery options. Wish there are more options for food. Bass outlet is closing.

These outlets are my go-to shopping spot when visiting NC. Youre most likely going to find what youre looking for, you dont go hungry with the heat options, and even at the busier times you can find parking. Theres something for everyone! Ill always find a reason to come back here!

Wonderful for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. I was able to find an outfit in DXL that my son needed for graduation. I just love DXL. I went into Lane Bryant there and had a different experience. Lets just say I wont be going in that store any time soon.
Liked the Carolina Pottery store and really good prices at Bath and Body Works ( $3.00 body sprays! ) my kids loved the popcorn store, lots of flavors and free samples, had to buy a few bags! Good variety of stores but wish they had more selections to get a quick lunch but there are plenty of restaurants in the area.

The only reason for a 3 star review and not more is because there was so many people and parking was driving around waiting for someone to leave there parking space or park far away. With a pandimic and so many people coupled with all kinds of Foreigners coming in adding to our population in all states. Some whereing no masks because they had a covid shot and think there safe and tired of the masks are the reason why I chose not to shop yesterday. Large gatherings increases an outbreak of pandemics wheather you have the covid shot or not. Some people become carriers after the shot without systoms or only lite systoms.
Great selection of stores, but the bathrooms were closed and no real alternative to use. I asked workers at the surrounding stores and they didnt even know where to suggest

I love shopping at B&BW outlet Premium North Carolina, Staffs there was so friendly and helpful special Mrs Shelley Or Shellie I ThinkShe is super nice to me helping me carry all my stuffs to counter and take them out to the door for me too.
We do visit the outlets once a month to check if they have any good stuff on clearance

If you really like to shop this is a great place to go to find all your favorite shops in one place.They have a variety of places to shop but the downside is most of the things in the stores can be found at any other location.
No fault of the pottery but needs policing of the parking lot. One woman stopped and waited on a handicapped couple exit their vehicle while she waited on the parking spot next to them. We counted 17 cars behind her and some turned around. Plenty other places to park. She was absurdly rude.
Unloaded here, very fast . Was at dock maybe 15 mins. For the pottery store . Parked overnight around back no problems .

Has a few decent interesting shops like Nike, Adidas etc. The whole place looks like it needs an overhaul though, specifically the parking space.

Victoria Secret is amazing and the prices are incredible. Rue 21 has a great selection and prices. Bath and Body works has so much to choose from...all the new scents and fantastic prices. Dressing rooms are still off limits due to Covid...but overall we had a nice time here!

In all honesty the outlet stores are not always the best place to get items at the best prices. But it is a nice change in Pace to get out and be physical and search and Shop instead of shopping online.

We stop in the area when traveling as this is a very large set of outlets and it gives us a good place to walk around. In addition to the standard outlets it includes a Carolina Pottery with a great unique selection.

Drove an hour to get here. Stores have almost nothing in stock besides the show items. Im the most common mens size and few places had anything in my size. Some stores had floor space that was more than half empty. Places like American eagle had the same prices as the store in my local mall. Under armour prices were high. I did not see a financial benefit to coming to these outlets and certainly not worth the drive. Ended up going home and having to buy everything online
I hate Covid. Good selection of stores but because of Covid lines were extremely long to get in. Will come back after Covid restrictions are eased.

The outlet is pretty good! It’s a long drive depends on where you live.but overall it’s pretty good the outlet has a lot of stores to fit everyone’s personality.

The parking lot is a bit confusing as far as the exits go. Sometime you have to walk a long distance to your car. I just feel like they dont have enough handicap parking. The shops are nice but I dont know what the average savings are. The Fossil outlet previously would change your watch battery for free, then it changed to charging $10, now they dont offer changing at all and you have to send your watch to the manufacturer . I couldnt find a jewelry store that could get the back off of it locally . It is a huge place spread over a large area. Easy access from Smithfield and Selma on the service road parallel to I-95.
If you are looking for something specific, you will probably find it. Being male, am not a big shopper. This place is more like an adventure!!!! After a long period of isolation for Covid, this is your breakout adventure!! Double mask and lather up with hand sanitizer!! The stores are doing their part to keep you safe. You might just save your sanity, or your marriage, as the case may be. Be safe, be considerate of your fellow confines !! And have a ball!!!
