Busy, very good, lots of choices but we ordered a sandwich without bacon and the bacon and avacado were smashed together so our vegetarian had nothing to eat at the picnic. Boars head turtle and swiss on bagel was good; white fish salad is pretty good. Bagels are good.

Best Bagels around, cooked to perfection and the right amount of seasoning if you like everything bagels. Their prices on bagels and sandwiches are also better.I have tried every bagel store within 5 miles and none compare.

This used to be one of the best bagel places around. I used to visit at least once a week for years prior to the pandemic. This week I went there twice. Once, I ordered a medium coffee and it was only half filled. The second time the new girl was rude. If thats how you want to start off your morning, good luck.

It’s like we’re not even in the middle of a pandemic. Went in to try it out and the place where you order has no regulations in place. The stickers aren’t six feet apart and no one even stands on them. There is no waiting area and people just stand on top of each other! The people behind the line don’t even care. Wouldn’t go again.

Good bagels, overpriced cream cheese, and employees with attitudes. The bagels were very good, and decently priced. The cream cheese is close to $3 with tax and is only enough for 2 bagels if you order the 1/4 lb. I ordered 4 different flavors of 1/4 lb, and a dozen bagels and we didnt have close to enough cream cheese. Employees who helped me had a rude attitude. If i come back again Ill just get bagels, no cream cheese, and Ill send someone else to pick it up.

Absolutly awful I used to go at least once a week( I only went because it was it walking distance) and it Was never mind-blowing it was always kind of whatever but the last few times Ive gone it has been over priced and overall really bad. I went to get a bacon egg and cheese and they just gave me cheese and bacon with no egg and the last three times Ive gone the cream cheese and been sour and once it was moldy. not even mentioning that they are always a little rude. if I could give them no stars I would.

Bagels were just ok. What business has a “surcharge” for not paying with cash? This isn’t a gas station. Lmao

There are many delis and bagel shops around this area, and if you are from long island then you know egg sandwiches are sacred!This deli is very consistent with fresh food and great service. I will continue to bring my buisness here time and time again above all my options because I know I will be met with above and beyond service from their wonderful service team. This establishment manages time well which keeps my order coming out in a timely fashion.(extremely helpful when I am on my way to work)Thank you so much for the outstanding experience !

Perfect bagels. Taste, texture, and assortment of types of bagels and cream cheese are great. The service is straight forward, quick and friendly. I live in LA and always come here when I visit my home town. Highly recommend this place.

Best bagels in town. The entire staff is awesome & you cant beat the prices! You have to try the Fire on the Mountaian on an everything bagel! Delicious!!!

Their bagels look great and are coated with whatever seeds you like. BUT they are chewy. They dont taste as good as they look. You must toast them to make them better.

As always great service. We stopped by for lunch during Smithtown Day Festival. Nice to take a break and quick so that the kids could get back out to enjoy the festival.

Basic bagel shop with all the basics and standards. The store appears to be clean and well organized. The store is in a convenient location, in a shopping center that is well maintained.

Not sure what happened today, I asked for a bec on a sesame bagel. She took a sesame bagel back to the grill, came back out with something wrapped in foil, I paid and went on my way. Got home and unwrapped a bec on a roll .... not what i ordered ... it wasnt worth going back, the roll was not the best and really wanted that fresh bagel she had in her hand ....

Great breakfast food and there cookies are almost as good as the breakfast food they deliver fast and in almost any weather. they delivered when there was a foot of snow. that is why this is my favorite breakfast store. you should try it

Absolutely disgusting. Ive been going here for a while cause i work in the shopping center and every single time im left disappointed and wishing i had crossed the street to bagel gallery. The eggs are always undercooked and served raw. I cant begin to describe how disgusting their food is. NEVER EAT HERE

Busy place, good bagels, big menu

Walked in to get breakfast just to stand on line. We were at the front of the line, waiting while three cashiers were talking to a single customer, ignoring us. After 5 minutes or being the only ones on line, we go to leave to hear them call for the next in line.Terrible service and snobby people behind the counter. Never will be going there again.
