Good service, big, clean space, and my personal favorite - clean bathrooms! :D

Just got a great cup of coffee! People were very friendly and smiled💃🏻 seating was minimal. Would have liked to sit. Didn’t want to wait for a spot to open.

This Starbucks is conveniently located right on Main St in Smithtown. It is clean and spacious with very friendly baristas! They made my drink correctly the first time with a smile. There is plenty of seating and a fireplace that creates a warm cozy atmosphere and invites you to stay a while. The other customers were also very friendly and open to conversation. Great place to relax and enjoy your favorite drink with a bite to eat!

Blown away by my experience here. Ordered on the app. Waited FIFTEEN minutes for my order (a simple iced tea) which was prepared but hidden behind a column behind the counter. Never been to a Starbucks where they hide your mobile order, much less don’t call out “anyone waiting on a mobile order?”. Barista was more interested in holding court for her inner circle of customers. When I was finally given my order, it was delivered with a snarky comment like “you have a nice rest of your life!”Someone needs to review who was working on 4/24 at 9:00 and pull them aside for some retraining.Hint: when you neglect new customers to pay special attention to your regulars, you never expand your business.

Easy to see right off of Miller Place servicing Smithtown and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Parking on the Street is available. Clean facilities. Public Restroom. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Nice staff. We will most likely be going back.

The atmosphere in here is nice and the location is pretty convenient. It basically offers the standard Starbucks experience: over-priced beverages and snacks, some space to sit and read, chat, or work, and and big windows that leave the street outside plainly visible. There is also a public restroom here.

Eh extremely slow. They were really nice but lets get to it. This is NY we are all in a rush. I shouldnt be standing around for 8 minutes for a ice coffee.

Unfriendliness staff. Attitudes as if your disturbing them by coming in. Would it hurt to smile and greet your patrons.

Tables were sticky. Some of the charging ports dont work, for months. My drinks were made quickly and tasted great.

Friendly service, but a little slow. Spent 30 minutes in there trying to get two espresso frappuccinos. Other than that, great drinks and food and nice little place to sit and chill with or without friends. Good environment for working or relaxing or sitting with friends.

This may have been my slowest Starbucks experience Ive ever had. With 4 people working behind the counter there should be no reason for me to wait 17 minutes to get a drink when I was only 6th on line. However, they were helpful in trying a new drink which was quite good.

Nice, and this one got my venti Java chip right, well almost perfect, they forgot the mocha drizzle, but it tasted 100 % right. More than I can say for the last 3 starbucks Ive visited.

Very quick and friendly staff, much better than where I used to live.

The drinks are made absolutely delicious everytime. However, the pace of service is horrible. They chat amongst themselves (which wouldn’t be an issue) if they didn’t lose focus of actually doing their job. It takes me 20 min to get a drink with no one in front of me because they stand and tell eachother stories during each moment of me waiting. Very frustrating.

This place and parking is a hazard due to having the drive through backed up all the way into a major highway on Jericho Turnpike. Drivers stop short due to the drive through being over crowded.
