Excellent service and food! The manager Ari is absolutely wonderful! He handles the staff wonderfully and we saw him taking control when it got busy. A group of kids sitting next to us were giving the server and manager a hard time about having to pay half price for a meal they ate. He handled it very appropriately and professionally. My girlfriend and I will certainly be back!
I love love LOVE this place! The staff are all so lovely, and they always are helpful. When I went with my fiance for a birthday dinner, the waitress who helped us (I dont remember her name, I feel so bad) was so patient and she was willing to answer every question me or my fiance had. She explained what she thought would be the best ramen for us, and she was so friendly and kind. She also gave me a really cute sticker at the end of our meal, right before we left. It was so sweet and I truly was so excited and happy by such a sweet little gesture. Ive recommended so many people to check this place out, and I highly recommend the curry, the mochi, and the edamame. I also really enjoyed the curry ramen, and will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. 😊
This place is a gem !!! I hope they continue to open new locations in the years to come, the tonkotsu ramen is delicious and I loved their sustainability effort ( you keep their cup and get 50% off if you continue to bring it back and use it ) I would like more dishes like okonomiyaki but I love the place
Beware, do not go here. If I could give 0 stars I would. Two meals tasted horrible so we sent it back and they charged us half price for it anyway. The manager was horrible, yelled at staff in front of everyone. Would not recommend.
Outstanding service by our server Alex, quick sit down & very friendly customer service. Great eye contact, AWESOME rice bowl, & super clean. 10000 percent going back! A hidden gem👍
Had a wonderful first time here the food was amazing as so was the staff. Came her with my girl big bowls of soup special tea and dessert less than 50$ can’t complain will definitely be back the manager made an amazing impression I believe Adrian awesome guy gave up pointers on how to eat it properly so we had the full experience 5stars hands down
Overall good experience, we ordered take out so we didnt enjoy the atmosphere. Only suggestions is when ordering takeout make sure to ask them for condiments and soup and chopsticks we didnt get those. But food was good and enjoyed it
My ramen came out bland, our server was phenomenal tho. I’d give them 5 stars 100%. However I’m guessing the manager was giving a rude earful to a staff member in the dining room. It leaves a foul taste in the mouth after hearing that. There’s a time and place to handle topics and hold conversations such as these. I felt as though the server was embarrassed maliciously which is pretty harsh. Barely ate any of the ramen that was sent back and was still charged half for “food costs” I’ve been to locations that take the meal off entirely and even discount beverages out of courtesy. But if they send you a meal and you don’t like it you still get to pay for that oopsie. My replacement chicken katsu curry meal was pretty good but the overall experience and out of pocket costs didn’t make up for it all unfortunately. I wish the servers the best of luck on their future endeavors 🤞🏽 I would try it again if the same won’t occur. I’d rather eat cup noodles if that’s the case
The ramen here is pretty good! A little bit overpriced for what it is but I can’t say I’m disappointed. The chashu is so delicious it just melts in your mouth. And the drinks are also amazing!! My all time favorite is the peach tea with the lychee jelly. And the staff is so friendly and attentive. A great environment!
Honestly came to this place on a wimb with my boyfriend so nice and clean the food was amazingly good we were gonna go to slurp but they were closed and I dont think if go back to slurp with how good this food was and the service the manager Adrian helped us cool guy he definitely leaves an impression cant wait to come back and let me not forget the amount of food we got with special drinks and dessert and the soup bowls are massive less that 60 bucks for 2 people with added stuff to it also all around great place
Rakkii goes above and beyond what you would think for the ramen experience. They offer a wide variety of soups with some of the freshest tasting ingredients. Their noodle shrimp is a must try with its unique and savory flavor. They also offer fresh fruit teas which come in a custom 22oz container that you can take with you as a souvenir! I would strongly recommend to anyone with a craving for good food and drink
This place has a nice environment to it. Though it gets a bit rowdy and people get obnoxious, the company can’t control that part and I’m sure they want that type of friendly environment. We were seated and it took over 10 minutes to be asked if we were ready to order. Then we ordered appetizers, two bowls, and two mango green teas. It took forever for them to get our order, but they were quick about giving us everything from our order. Which you’d think they’d at least give us time to eat the appetizers. The water given was very room temperature which I’m not a fan of. The bowls were very tasteless. Their meat was fatty and tasteless. The mango green tea didn’t even taste like mango green tea. It taste more like it got blended with a perfume or jasmine tea. They also forgot our mango green teas which we had to ask again for. Then when it came time to pay and leave, it took them a while to come over so we can request a bill. The people seated in front of us came after us and somehow left earlier than us. Almost as if we were forgotten. Their bathrooms are nice. Waitresses seem sort of spaced out on ordering. Things had to be repeated. Overall a lot of the food tasted and smelled strange. Like putting on a weird cologne. They are for some reason called Rakkii Ramen II and I think I know why. The sequel isn’t always as good as the first.
This is best Ramen that Ive found in Suffolk county. Their dining area is really nice and has a pleasent atmosphere. The wait staff is young and a little rough around the edges but they are always so friendly and eager to please. As for the food, their pork belly buns are AMAZING. Their Ramen broth is so good and the noodles are chewy and delicious. I like that this place goes above expectations with the presentation too. Everything you get is thoughtfully compiled and looks as good as it tastes. This is the go-to Ramen spot!
Great ramen for the price. Smaller portions but perfect for a lunch. Inside super clean and high scale in look.
Good food the ramen noodles vegetarian is really good, I only have them 4 stars because for my drink I request something simple ginger ale, they didnt have so i ask for bubble tea and they didnt have any I only ask for what is on the menu nothing from another world other than that service was good, parking is very easy to find place is clean, and sanitize .
The staff is always very nice and attentive, and the food is really delicious!!! Highly recommended
The miso ramen is one of my favorites! (I like to add fried chicken on top of what already comes in the ramen) The green teas are great my favorite to order is the passion fruit and lychee which I always add boba to them makes them even better. The buns as an appetizers are great for a quick bite before you ramen comes out. For desert the strawberry moochi ice cream is delicious. I highly recommend this place to any Ramen lovers or anyone trying to eat something different that they never tried.
Tried this place for the first time tonight. For an appetizer I got the wings and they were tasty with a nice kick to it. I ordered the spicy miso. It was really good and the broth was savory but it was kinda spicy so don’t order it if you can’t handle some heat. I had jay helping me tonight and she was great. Very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Would love to go back and try it again some other time
Nice atmosphere, excellent flavorful food, friendly staff. Rap music in background but not in your face like other places. Different than other ramen shops, gonna have to go through the menu to figure out what the favorites will be as the descriptions are vague. Highly recommend.
Excellent food and service. Best ramen Ive had in a while. Try the noodle wrapped shrimp appetizer. They were amazing!
Hands down one of the best places to get ramen on Long Island. Ive been hoping for a ramen place that was on the north shore around in the middle of the island and this definitely answered my call. Aesthetic is very polished and modern, and decor was seamless from the walls to the branded spoons. Broth of the ramen was so fantastic and flavorful, and the sweet mushrooms were tasty. Staff are super friendly and always check in on you to make sure everything is good. Definitely coming back here again and again
Great decor and menu. My only complaint is the entrees didnt all come out at the same time.
Excellent Ramen - great service. Will be back again.
Im a big fan of ramen and this place really did well by me. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was very cool. It has a modern oriental vibe to it, which is exactly what I want to see when Im looking for some craft ramen. Try it if you love ramen. If youve only ever had instant ramen in the past, you owe it to yourself to try the real deal here.
The Tan Tan Ramen is spectacular 👌🏻 😋
My girlfriend and I recently went to Rakkii Ramen for lunch, this was our experience. We were greeted immediately when we arrived and the staff was very courteous, and prompt. The a/c was on and very comfortable. Hand sanitizer seemed to be available at every table. We sat down and ordered some appetizers. Steamed Chashu buns, squid tempura, and one of my favorite street foods, takoyaki which seems to be difficult to find on the island. The squid tempura was delicious, and the accompanying spicy mayo suited it perfectly, our only complaints were that the squid was thinly sliced, and seems like a half portion was used as compared to when we order Ikayaki from other establishments. We were a little taken back by the chashu buns, there was only one thin slice of pork belly per bun, and the bun was more dense and wet than it was fluffy. However, the flavor was good. Last up, my favorite takoyaki. I was immediately disappointed by the size and portion for the $8 price it commanded. Five gumball sized pieces of takoyaki. In my experience with festivals and street food, takoyaki tends to be roughly the size of a golfball, if not larger, and served in larger quantities. Needless to say, Im disappointed regarding the value of the apps. However, the octopus fried treats had good flavor, and was generously garnished with bonito flakes. On to the main course! My girlfriend had the Tonkotsu ramen, while I opted for the spicy miso. The broth was good, and satisfied our craving for ramen. Unfortunately, the soft boiled eggs sitting our our broth were ice cold when they arrived at our table. We submerged them in hopes that they would warm up without over cooking the soft yolk. Though not our favorite, it is very respectable in flavor and richness. My only complaint is that the hot oil used for the spicy miso completely overpowered the flavor of the tonkotsu broth, without even offering the delightful aroma of chilies, it was simply hottness without flavor. We diluted my spicy miso with some of my girlfriends regular tonkotsu, and this remedied our issue. I am no stranger to spice, I grow my own chilies, and make my own hot oil at home, I would definitely recommend a lighter hand with the spicy miso.Overall, we were delighted with the attentive and friendly staff, and the flavor was on point. Our only take back was that we feel like we didnt get our moneys worth.
Great first experience, friendly staff and good food.
The best ramen I have ever tried, great service! Very friendly and kind people ! Would recommend to all my friends.
Absolutely wonderful. Great good. Great service. Give this local hole in the wall place a try. Very friendly staff.
This is a local gem. Authentic and well prepared ramen. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive.Do go.
I love rakkii ramen. I’ve had a lot of hits and misses with this place, probably more misses, but what keeps me coming back is their tuna bowl. It’s so amazing, I order it atleast once every two weeks. However, today I’m really disappointed. I placed my order online and went to the store to pick up my order. I was a little early so I just waited. While I was waiting I noticed a customer ordering the tuna bowl as well. A few minutes later the server comes to tell him they’re out of tuna so if it was okay to get salmon instead. I’m thinking to myself, “oh perfect, I must’ve ordered the last bit of tuna.” I get my order and guess what? It’s salmon. I waited 20 mins and spent $18.49 to get something I did not order. Had someone called me to tell me that they were out of tuna it would’ve been fine but instead they probably thought I wouldn’t notice and decided to give me something I didn’t pay for. Just really not cool. I find that really indecent especially since I said I come here so much for this one specific item only. Please communicate better with your customers.
Good food good prices good atmosphere a keeper
Very good Ramen. Menu was a little simple... I did not like that people waiting for take out or a table were next to us at the Ramen bar. It was a bit too crowded because of that.
Top 3 LI ramen places for me. Cute more authentic vibe, fun decorations, booth or table seating with a couple cooking show TVs
Rakkii Ramen will become a new popular spot amongst locals on Main Street. I can tell because I will be one of them! While my friends and I were there we ordered 3 different kinds of ramen; the Sukiyaki Udon, the Curry Ramen and the Tonkotsu (pork) Ramen. All expertly made and presented. The staff were all very kind and attentive too. I was quite impressed since it is a new restaurant (they opened 11/26/19). Did I mention they have a Sake bar in the back with its own back entrance? AND a large parking lot in the back of the shop? Just turn onto Bellemeade Ave (the corner with the glass windowed florist shop) and youll see an entrance to a large parking lot on the left. Overall I was very impressed and satisfied with this restaurant and am already planning to go back sometime this week!
Great experience. The food was very tasty, I really enjoyed the tonkatsu ramen. The service was very good, no complaints. Though we ordered a single pot of tea but they gave us two pots, which wasnt really a big deal considering they were only $3 and it was very good tea.We ordered the karage fries chicken, expecting to get something similar to the karage chicken they serve at Slurp in Port Jeff, but it wasnt as good. But the ramen was definitely better than Slurp.Highly recommend.
Great service and delicious food. Ramen is excellent. Great bubble tea also!
Always going to this place for warm heartwarming noodles. The detail they put into each noodle bowl works wonders.
The spicy ramen is absolutely delicious!
The whole place was clean and orderly. Great customer service and even better food.
This place is absolutely beautiful and the food is definitely delicious the bubble tea my favorite the dessert also so delicious. The staff was so sweet and helpful. We had such a good time looking forward to coming back 😋

Pretty good Ramen. Better than many spots in NYC.
Excellent food, amazingly friendly and attentive staff. If you are in the area give them a try.

Super friendly staff. Food was ok. Beef broth was overpowering but the noodles and veggies were awesome.
Great service and delicious food. The karaage calamari made me feel like a character from Food Wars eating Somas cooking.
Food packing was great! Really good food!
Very good service was great Ramen supper good and seaweed salad great so good
It wasnt bust they took half hour to take our order. Hour to get ramen. Another half hour to get check. Not thrilled
It should not take 1 hour to get my soup. I was the first one in the restaurant yet the last table to get my soup. My apps came 40 before the meal. Not even an apology. I wont be back.
I cant get enough of Rakkii, food amazing and Jai is awesome
The food was very good and had a lot of flavor. Everyone in my group really enjoyed their meals. The appetizer we ordered was also very good.
My boyfriend loved it, myself I thought it was.ok.
Great delicious Ramen and appetizers. Tuna Zuke was fresh and great mixture of rice, seaweed salad, avocado, cucumbers and raw tuna. Highly recommended.
One of the best Ramen on LI
This might be one of the best places for ramen on long island. This place is clean, its beautiful, and the wait staff is amazing.I went for a quiet Valentines Eve dinner with my wife. We enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. From the appetizers to the additions to our ramen, everything was excellent.I have to recommend the Cha shu buns, and if youre debating on any extras for your ramen, the shaved beef was amazing. I had the Shoyu and my wife has the spicy miso. Each was to tasty and flavorful. We will be back.
My husband and I came here for Valentine’s Day, (we celebrated a day early). For appetizers we had gyoza, pork buns, and calamari. All of it was incredible. After that, we ordered the shoyu and spicy miso ramen. Both of them came out well above expectations. The chashu was so tender it nearly melted in my mouth and the shredded beef was outstanding as well. Both flavors are highly recommended. The servers were pleasant and attentive. While the ambiance made it easy to relax and talk while we ate.Even the bubble milk tea was great. We will definitely be returning. If you’re looking for a good ramen place, this is it.
The food is good but everytime I go my order gets messed up
They didnt have the chicken Ramen but still good! Their sake is really smooth.
Came in with my two sisters, cousin and niece- we were seated immediately, the staff was extremely warm and efficient and the food was delicious.
Phenomenal sweet and sour pork buns and hands down one of the best spicy miso ramens on Long Island! Amazing!
Good and fresh food. I love the tuna zuke don.
Super delicious ramen! We ordered to go, ordered three different types and each of us loved it.
Food and service is great . Recommend the calamari.
Tasty! Friends got tonkotsu, and curry ramen. I got the miso. All pretty tasty! I would definitely come back for more!
Really good food and drinks. Unfortunately I never know when they’re open or not open... probably should update your google hours
Excellent food at a good price. The udon is fantastic, but I find the ramen noodles too spongy.
Just an overall amazing ramen shop. The spicy miso soup is fantastic. Great atmosphere. One of smithtowns best
Great place and flavor as I work right next door weve been waiting for it to open for the last few months. Food was amazing. No pics i ate it all.
Let me start by saying the food was good. Although my wifes miso soup and our Pork Buns were cold. The real reason for this review is the fact we were told 20 minutes for take out. I came almost 35 mins after we ordered and still was not ready then continued to wait inside for another 40 minutes and was told multiple times it would only be a short time longer. There was multiple people in the same position as myself. Also more people just came in which definitely was not COVID friendly which there was no room to be 6 ft apart and no room to social distance with the amount of people who came in to order and or picking up while it backed up.
Tasty food and wonderful customer service
Food was awesome. Management of time and abilities needs work.
Excellent service and food.
Best Ramen in town specially spicy miso ramen OMG
Ive tried nearly every ramen place in the area, and this is my favorite!
