Well I like this place because of Carl. Hes the man I speak to everytime I go there even if its just to ask a question. Hes always friendly & willing to help me out. I change my own oil so hell let me bring my used oil there to be recycled & I really appreciate it..

I really appreciated how honest, quick, knowledgeable, and friendly my experience was. My only regret is that I hadnt tried Precision Tune before now.

This locations is top notch in my book. They get you in and out without skimping on services or customer service. They are honest and informative. I was told about the 2 bad tires on my car. I was already aware and getting them changed same day. I asked about another service; upon them checking into it, I was informed that I didnt need that service yet. I really appreciate them not selling me unnecessary services. If you hate Walmart this is the place to come!!!

Fastest oil change and brake service in stone mountain area! Open 6 days a week and Carl is amazing with communicating in normal terminology what is going on with your car.

Out of all the places to get an oil change in Snellville, this is by far the best. They are not always the quickest, but they are thorough and do a fantastic job. What is even better is that they do it at a price that does not break the bank. I got full synthetic and tire rotation for under $73.

I come in regularly for routine maintenance. The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, fair and consistent. They are the closest I have come to having my own personal mechanic(s).

Dropped my car off and the guys really take their time and diagnose what the problem is instead of guessing and have you over spend. I got my fuel pump fix and the price was resonable compared to other shops. Carl will tell you things not do because he dont want you spending unnecessary money

I was told to come in at 8am for brakes. Got there dude doesnt get in until between 8:15 to 8:30

I went for oil change and next day I see a lot of oil in my driveway so I went back to fix it. They fixed it stating they changed the oil screw since it was broken while the were changing oil. But later I again started with oil leak and discovered that they just taped it and not change the screw. I will never go back agian to this facility.

I will never leave my vehicle with a facility that is operated as a franchise .There is no reason why customers should bother calling corporate numbers from this Precision Tune (specifically) . This Snellville location gives the company a bad name .I am familiar with how other Precision Tunes perform from when I was a child and this place is ran like alley mechanics and scheming supervision by what they consider a manager . I wont slander folks by calling names But viewers can read previous reviews . As much as I am very familiar with Georgias laws and my legal rights as a consumer ; I dont feel the need to waste my time and energy . My vehicle ran perfectly fine and after being tampered with, it had various issues that never existed .I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO KEEP SEARCHING FOR REAL MECHANICS AND some place else for professional and reliable staff. This is not the place. I would not even trust them to fill my tires with air .

We have been bringing our cars here for almost a year now with no regrets. Carl has saved us money so many times and even replaced a clamp on our truck and charged us nothing. Every employee that we have encountered has been respectful and quick to help, including adding 3 quarts of oil to the truck at no charge when I was headed out of town and stopped to have it checked.Today my Jeep Cherokee was towed here and he offered to get me a ride home.Ive found few of these corporate owned car repair places where this kind of service and courtesy is maintained.Thank you Carl for your kindness and professionalism!

I like this business for several reasons. First I called about an oil change and if there was a wait, they said come right over. When I got there they had a job with a transmission, but because they had told me to come right over, they still took me in regardless I was only there for a $17.00 oil change. They didnt blow me off for the more lucrative job. And I like they have a reasonable price for a simple oil change. All in all quite courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend this business.

I went here to get a synthetic oil change because they advertised the 39.99 price which was great because everywhere else was 50 plus dollars. However, the oil change was 39.99 I paid 4.99 for the oil that they were putting in and an extra 3.60 for shop supplies??? If the oil change states 39.99 that should include the oil and the labor/shop supplies. So my total ended up being 50.80 which is what every other other shop charges so there is no discount.

Awesome service with exceptional customer service! No only did they save me on money but walked me through the entire process and did not take advantage of me because I was woman. Awesome staff and just overall a great place to get work done on your vehicle.

Excellent group of guys! Very helpful. I had tried to fix an O2 sensor myself and the code came back. Took it to them, they quickly determined Id replaced the WRONG O2 sensor and help me get it rectified ASAP and at a very reasonable price. Very very very happy!Will give them first crack when I need a mechanic next time too!This group took over a year ago (09/2012, I asked), so older reviews might not be valid anymore.

Terrible experience. I had an appointment to get my car tuned up. When I got there, the guy came up to me with an attitude asking why I was there. I said I had an appointment for a tune up and he rolled his eyes. Terrible customer service, I will not be returning.

OMG I WAS HAVING A HORRIBLE DAY AND THESE GUYS MADE IT SOOOO MUCH BETTER! Got my starter replaced but Shane couldnt get it to turn over😫😫😫he asked if I could leave it with him. Kindly his wife Joslyn gave me a ride home. The next day I got the call my car was ready! But I was doing so much running around I couldnt grab it, wasnt a problem for Shane and Carl! The day after that his wife picked me up from my home and brought me to the shop. The price never went up and no one stopped working on my car til I was able to drive away. Hugged Shane the second I saw him😍😍😍😍! Again thank you to an amazing crew!

I go to the Precision on Hwy. 78 in Snellville, and I had spoken off-and-on the past couple of weeks with Gerry about coming in for a tire replacement and oil change. This was around the time of Hurricane Irma, so I was trying to see when I could come in, and was also looking for a specific tire brand. Gerry was not only patient with my timeframe, but he also managed to find what I was looking for, even talking with me several times by phone. I even still managed to get my tire replaced and oil change done, after arriving 30 minutes late yesterday afternoon, due to road construction near my job. I have always been very happy with this locations service, and greatly appreciate their honesty and courtesy. I feel so lucky to have found such a wonderfully reliable business near my home and workplace! Thank you very much, Gerry and team! :-)

Worst service ever !!! First I go in for a diagnostic... they tell me and my boyfriend what’s wrong and what part is needed & that the part will take a couple of days to come in ... my boyfriend & I decided to order the part ourselves and come back in once it came in the mail. since we got the diagnostic done there & was coming back to get the labor done they were suppose to refund me the diagnostic fee, however in this case they didn’t simply because the diagnostic & labor fee were the same price so I would’ve been giving them that money right back anyways .....Any Who, we get the part & return back to the shop just for one of the mechanics to tell us that he forgot to tell us there’s another small part we need in order to proceed with fixing the car. We leave to go grab the new part with the info they provided, bring it back to the shop and he says that the part was wrong, we run back to get the right one, just for us to return & sit for 3-4 hours with no work done to the car, they asked for us to leave the parts & return back bright and early and that my car will be the first car they work on .....I return back the next morning around 8am I sat for 2 hours just for that same mechanic to tell me the part was broken, the first part we ordered, the main part needed for the car !!!! . The way it was broken you can tell it had to been smashed against something or fell on a hard floor . My boyfriend and I knew for a fact the last time we saw it, it wasn’t broken & we also knew we left it at the shop ... however, the shop manager( Carl I believe) replaced it with a new part... however it was strange that the first time we discussed this part he said we wouldn’t be able to get it the same day but hmm idk...So the manager tells me to return with in an hour & thirty minutes or he’ll just call me when the car is ready, mind you i live 30 minutes away so I catch a Lyft return gone and 3 hours go by and I receive no call ... i call them and he says the car was just finished he’ll return my call in 5-10 minutes to say wether it’s good to go.. another hours goes by and he finally calls and says the car is good and has been tested. We jump in a Lyft and the manager calls again and basically try to rush me because they planned to close up shop early for the Memorial Day holiday.... we get there and what do you know we’re there for an EXTRA hour waiting for them to find my car key. Yes they lost my key !!! They had other customers to come back to check their car ...My car does not start with out the remote key being in it..So they find my key and boom I crank the car and the car makes the exact same noise I initially bought the car in to be seen for and the check engine light is still on.....We go speak to the manager and he gets hostile and don’t want to answer questions because he says he doesn’t know too much about the issue i was getting the car worked on for ( high mileage fuel pump) and he let the mechanic who “fixed” the car go home early...I was so upset bc first they kept giving us the wrong part info, they break the part and try to find a way to accuse us forgetting that we left the part with them over night and the mechanic even admitted to the fact that part wasn’t initially broken, they wasted a lot of my time and had me run around on a wild goose chase, they lost my key, my car was suppose to be ready by noon but they kept it their till closing and on top of all the madness the car still wasn’t fixed & mind you IM 8 MONTHS PREGNANT!!

They make sure you are taken care of and they really know what there doing with professional workers. I cab definitely rely on them.

They didnt put enough oil in my engine..causing it to run hot before 3k miles so i had to buy a whole new radiator. Theres always new people there. My visit last week will be last visit because i told them about what they did abs what theyre not doing and i got cussed out and i was disrespected. I called corporate and they were no help. They said the franchise owner has the final say and that if he feels like calling you he will..i still havent received a call but i have everything recorded and it should be on YouTube soon ! If i could give them no stars i would!

I have been going here for years to get crapy service a try not to complain when he loves to flirt with the women instead of getting your car fix wife constantly complains about how he tries to be flirtatious Instead of doing his darn job. He makes excuses that he cant get to your car right now because he has personal issues he is trying to deal with. He also damage my vehicle by having a Dent put in it would not take responsibility and getting the fix have a huge branch in the back of a car with a Dent broke my wind screen Also broke my remote key I received it back with tape wrapped around it any will keep locking and unlocking my door. If you are experiencing the same issue contact the corporate office get a police report and also reach out to the CEO Robert Falconi.Personally I dont feel their precision to even cares Ive emailed them my wife is email them and nobody has responded to us about anything

I went in for a simple service I was told it would cost X amount when I showed up there was a surprising fee that double the original cost meanwhile being talked down to for not understanding how automobile is worked I do not recommend going to this place

My car made a noise. They repaired my wheel bearings. I drove off, same noise resumed! It was the plastic air deflector underneath the radiator. Hundreds of dollars for a wheelbearing and I removed the hanging plastic myself!!!

Seemed like everything went wrong when I came here. Not saying it is a bad place to bring your car but I probably wont be going back.

I went for a oil change and while I was there I asked them to check my tire because the light was on they told me that the light was on because of a sensor I ended up taking it to discount tire 20 minutes later and there was a huge nail in the tire which let me know that they didnt even bother to take a look at it you couldnt miss the nail it was sticking almost on the outside of the tire
