It is always extremely busy on the weekends especially when there is a special but lines move fast because they are always staffed properly. Door associate made sure everyone masked up before entering & they finally have hand baskets now for heavy shopping.

I was here Oct.29, 2020 at 6:15 & the woman at the front names Christina was extremely rude and apathetic towards & did not want to help or answer my questions about a certain perfume I was looking for…. I felt extremely unwelcome. I usually don’t leave reviews but I was so shocked at her attitude. I ended up getting one perfume & leaving quickly due this.

Store is always so neat, organized, and clean. They now have online pick up which I will probably use from now on. I prefer online shopping but I dont like paying for shipping.

Customer service is pleasant. The store is clean or organized. I love that I dont have to go to the mall to get what I want from B&BW.

The service was great and the food was nice and hot when we received it. I will be back again🙂

They dont offer online to store pick up,the associates were friendly and well stocked with new arrivals and fall scents already!

This is a great location. There is plenty of room to move around without being right on top of the next person. There is always someone wiping down the checkout areas between each customer. They are no longer using store reusable bags for shopping but instead have their paper bags at the entrance so you can put your items in while shopping and then use the same bag at checkout. This store is always well stocked even during huge sales events.

It was clean, spacious and well organized inside. All of the sales reps were very nice and helpful. One even helped me look for a particular hand soap. I thought once she asked another rep and was told they might be sold out, that wound be it. But, no, she continued to look through all of the soaps and actually found it! Another rep looked through a bunch of cabinets because I asked about their water line. The reps at this store have EXCELLENT customer service and were very pleasant.

Try bath and body work just anything you want smell good lotion prefume. Spray lady and men cream lotion candle just go in just find what you like so much choose from come out with five lotion cream spray candle of all kind great smell to everything ok enjoy yourself

Big store but was rushed by the staff through the whole store. God forbid someone wants to stop and browse. Was really rediculous. Cashier was rude. Not satisfied with service at all. Will take my business up the street to Lawrenceville next time. Its all about how fast they can get you to leave. Was very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

We got there 30 minutes before closing (6:27PM) and and we were walking to the door they literally locked both doors in front on our faces. No signs or anything and even when we knock on the door they still ignored us. Again if youre closing early than what Google says put up a sign or something

Staff was very pleasant from the entrance to purchase. They make everyone sanitize their hands in the entrance with a variety of their lovely scents. In the store everyone is 6 ft apart with reminder signs all over the store.

I love to just walk in the store..lol..it smells divine! The new remodeled store is well designed and the staff are so wonderful. They are easily accessible on the floor and willing to answer questions. Prices are a bit high but catch deals to make it easier on your pocket. The semi annual sale is going on now and its a big hit. This is when I stock up on great deals. Although lines are long, they always move quickly! I love this store😊

I would have given zero stars. Web site says this store is open 24 opens. Got to the store and they lock the doors at 6PM. I drove a hour to get to this location. There was a line of people and the employees inside ignored us. All other stores are open later then this store was. Why didnt the employees get this message. There are about 4 employees still in the store. Called corporate and they are closed. Really disappointed.

The store was very clean and well stocked. The candles smelled amazing and all the employees were nice and respectful.

What else can I say? It has everything for eveyone. I love checking out the new scents for the season.

After Christmas Sale purchased several body lotions sales associate was courteous and efficient.

They have new products! Especially for people that likes to work out. Their prices still is a little above average. But I guess it still counts towards for not testing their products on animals. And the people that works knows their products.

Quick in/out considering it was a huge one day sale. Lots to choose from, great prices, helpful cashiers!

#LeadershipFailure. The manager (Sarah) needs to know how to except constructive criticism from a customer, especially when your store is at fault. Instead she explained to me that she had been a manager for a long time. Among her words to me... I got it. Sarah my dear.... you DONT have it. If you did, then I would NOT have had to drive 45mins to pick up products that were suppose to be held for me (per the TWO employees that took my name & number both times I called to confirm) that your store DID NOT have on hold. Whats worse, is that this same manager new exactly what was being held because she was able to tell me the products and the time i called before I told her. So Sarah stop lying to my face like you didnt know what was happening. The other young lady (green hair) was nice about everything. #LeadershipFailure

This store is NOT open despite what the hours may say. If you are planning to make the drive here, DON’T.

I love bath and body works,they are high but they have a lot of sales going on so if you love to smell good everyday without using up all your expensive perfumes you should definitely come here and pickup a few different scents.

I had not been in a bath and body works in a long time.. I had gotten a gift for Christmas I wanted to exchange.. I had spoke with Cheryl and Debra. Both so very swwet and helpful.. I live about 30 to 45 min.. from this location but I will definitely come back if Im out that way
