Great company. We ordered a shiplap range hood and ventilator from them. The ventilator arrived damaged from the shipping company. I called and Matt Larson answered the phone. After sending pictures of the damage, he had a new unit being sent to me the same day and didnt even require me to send the damaged one back. Great customer service.
