We waited for an hour, but it was noontime. Service was great and our sales person fully explained everything. We brought four phones.Nice layout.
Did a curbside pickup noticed quite a few customers inside. My pickup had me in and out the door in a 5-10 window. Highly recommend if you are just ready for a trade-in/upgrade and want your phone right away
I came before they opened and there were a few people waiting in line when I parked. I wanted to upgrade my phone so I thought I’d be in and out in 10-15 minutes. Instead I’m still waiting for almost an hour. There were only two associates working. I don’t know what the customers came to do but they were taking forever, the associates were slow too. There was this Hispanic couple idk what they came for but they been helped for almost an hour, as long as I been waiting my turn. They took one of the associates and left everyone else waiting. In my opinion they need more associates clocking in earlier so more people can be helped instead of making everyone wait this long it’s ridiculous. I’m a patient person, to an extent. I had a schedule and I’m wasting my morning here. Do better please
Walked in to trade in old watches and buy two new Apple Watches. The website to make an appointment wasn’t working for some reason. We drove 40mins to go to this specific location, but were turned away because it was after 6. It was 6:15/6:20. Sales person gladly spoke to the ladies in front of us asking if they were Verizon customers. Looked at us and just asked if we had an appointment. Then turned us and the gentleman behind us away. This store was always good, but has gradually gotten bad. We’ll never go back here.
Nice space. Good selection of all price range phone compared to some of their other corporate stores. They have considerate covid protection. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out in 20m in a pretty busy looking store.

I downloaded an upgrade Sunday, but instead caused its sim reader to fail rendering my phone useless.The fellas were personable but apparently there are no replacement phones...we called tech support and she couldnt help. I spent way more time here than expected, but it was worth. I was put on the best plan for my business. I was offered all the services I needed and more. Every step was explained and all my options were explained. I highly recommend this store.

Verizon is openly trying to limit the number of in-store customers but were certainly willing to assist us on this visit. The employee was helpful and gave us the appropriate contact phone number for tech support.
I went to upgrade my phone and was given false information all because the young man didnt want to do any work. He rushed the process of answering my questions just so he can walk off and talk to another employee about their personal life. I was ready to pay a lot of money for my new phone and paying off my current phone but I refuse to go back to this location. Ive been with Verizon since they first offer cell phone service decades ago and never had horrible service like this.
Clean. Well lit. Informed, helpful and attentive staff. All products sought after, were in stock and quickly retrieved by the representative. All in all, an excellent retail experience. 🤙

I waited too long just for a charger. Then I waited too long for a receipt. If you are going to make me pay at a kiosk then have receipt tape in the machine so I do not have to wait 7 minutes for a receipt.

Not a corporate Verizon location. Charged $25 for a non working sim. I explained i have a Samsung galaxy S7 cant get any easier. Dont waste your time go to a corporate location SIM cards are free.

I have always love this Verizon store the people are always nice, and I love that fact that now you have to make an appointment in order to get service which is always good. But they will answer a quick question if you go first when they open in the mornings.

If l could them zero stars l will. This is a poor excuse for workers at this store even the manager. I visit on 9/10/20 and the visit was the worst mistake l could have made dealing with them. I told the Rep l need to trade in a phone and port in a number. She look at me and didnt know what she was doing. Ask the manager for help and she look at her tablet and walked away without helping her. Then when the Rep finally tried to figure things out she went to the back to grab the phones. Then 20 minutes later come back to tell me she ordered the phones because no one has them in stock. I told her you have to port in a number and trade in the phone at same time to get the promotion. Also told her why would you place a order for phones without my consent.The phone suppose to be at the store and give me an option if l want to order them thru you. The promotion was get upto $1050 trade-in off iphone pro or pro max and $200 port-in. Only way you can get the deal if you trade in and port-in at the same time. Either case l had to leave without any new phone and you know how it is being without a phone. When l called the next day to customer service l lost the deal thanks to this Snellville Corporate store.Never go to this location!!!!!🤬🤬😡😡
Update: customer service has improved. Not the friendliest customer service. If youre not sure what you want, dont go in there. Their people skills need working on.

The employee was really nice here but I cant give more than one star. I get tired of Verizon offering me the worst deals and acting like theyre doing me a favor. They are the most expensive cell phone company in the developed world but act like I should be grateful to them. Ready to move on, in fact I was there trying to give them an opportunity to explain why I should stay. I told them what their competitors have been offering me. I asked for their rock bottom price. They gave me the whole you get what you pay for cliche. Sometimes that is true but not with these parasites. $40 for 1GB... Really?!?! Thats the best? I have many friends who are very happy with the competing companies. I have been with Verizon for ten years and I think its about three years too long.
Slowest place I’ve ever been to. There was one other person in the store and the employees yet we still waited forever.
John was the opposite of helpful. I went in to have a screen protector put on. A girl put it on upside down. Really? Ok mistakes happen. I laughed it off and asked for another. John took it off while I spoke to him and specifically said I dont want that one back. Its not going to work like a brand new one. I want a new one out on. He looked me in the eyes, ignored me and put it back on my phone. I asked if he heard me. He handed my phone back and said nothing was wrong. I asked again if he could hear me talking because for the 3rd time he was ignoring me. Im looking around like Im in the twilight zone. I said so you know Im not happy and Im asking for a replacement and your not going to help me? He said thats right. I get up, walk out and call corporate. They apologized and remotely bought me a new screen protector. I walked right back in and had a different associate put it on. Horrible! They was absolutely no reason for him to be so rude. He went out of his way not hot help me. He didnt even try.
Calvin was super attention and truly helped me with my phone backup and transfer. He went out of his way to make sure my issues were resolved and taken care of. Great customer service!
I purchased my upgrade here, and when I had an issue with my Lifeproof case leaving residue under the protector I brought it in for an exchange with no problem, even though they said it was a known problem, and the replacement would do the same thing. Good customer service, this case is actually NOT doing that, so I’m thankful for them having allowed me the opportunity to return the previous accessory. Thanks!
I lost the review that I was writing. So Im starting over. I had a thousand questions for the sales rep, and she answered them all. I never felt rushed. It was a pleasure to have Sheba go over everything with me. I called back the next day and she checked the availability on the phones I wanted, she was able to check. No problem. I understand when they are busy they cant take the time to answer everything, but she was great. For some reason this is being posted under my daughters name. But its me writing it.

Don’t waste your time buying an iPhone at this store and getting their “insurance plan.” You will have to deal with a third party company called Asurion that will make replacing your phone a tedious, time-consuming, and difficult process. Just buy it from the Apple store, or anywhere besides a Verizon store, that will actually sell you Apple Care.
I couldn’t be more pleased with the service and honesty received at this store. The guy assisting me with my transaction did not try to sell me products I did not need.The transaction was smooth and all of our questions were answered to our satisfaction.Finding a sales person who doesn’t try to sell you what you don’t need is far and few.

This is a company store and its all about the money, they know they have the best network. There way or the highway. Not interested in solving an issue just upgrading service or phones. Although I have been with them since their name was Cingular wireless. Im treated no different than anyone who just walked in for the first time. Turnover of sales staff is terrible.
I went in there to receive a replacement screen protector and I have received them three times before, the rude lady in there said to return it to the company for a fee and then bring it in and theyll put it on...first If I wouldve known that I didnt need to even go in there, second that part wasnt a huge deal but she said are you sure it was this location and laughed....well yes I bought the phone there and I am not stupid. Needs to work on her customer service skills cause I will never go back in there if shes there.
No, sorry. I always try to give this Verizon a chance since they are close. Last experience wasn’t the most professional, it was a mini trap party, with the music bumping and sing a longs, they dropped my phone in store and said I’ll be fine and continued like nothing happened.Today, I came in and passed two representatives at the front, I received a glance then they proceeded to converse amongst one another, without trying to attend to me. The only other representative was a lady, who I can’t fault her, she had the only other customers in the store. I believe she would’ve helped me, but she way in the back and busy, so I didn’t bother.
Had an issue with my phone. The gentleman assisting had very low interpersonal skills and acted as if he did not want to assist me. I definitely will not be returning to this store.

Very friendly staff, they know how to work around things to get you what you need even if its really complicated. Only problem with that is they may not know exactly what youll pay at the end because theyre doing so many different sneaky things to get you your phone. If youre prepared to be one thing and then the other (even though its really not that bad) then definitely go here. They work with you, I dont know how they remember all that they do.
Bought my son and nephew new phones. The phones are fine but the man who helped us literally got everything wrong. Its 3-4 months later Im still fixing things he did incorrectly.
Very dissatisfied with the female employees at this place. They will argue with u and have no customer service skills at all. They are all smiles when they want u to buy something, but if u have a problem they do not help, instead just tell u to call Verizon customer support phone number even when it’s their store that caused the problem with ur bill.
The people at this store are great have used this store for all of our personal and business account needs since it opened highly recommend.

We know this is an actual Verizon store. Many are NOT. The individual...C.J....helping us had to deal with two people in their 70s, frustrated because we simply are baffled by the workings of one cell phone. When he couldnt answer questions, he kindly have us a technical support number so that we could speak to someone who should be able to answer the miriad of questions we have. Im the meantime, I will continue to check emails on our home laptop. When one is retired, buying a new phone is a big expense, and Im just not ready. Best place to go in the area for help and calm service.
Took my son in to upgrade his phone for his 16th birthday. We saw Nick and he was very nice! He answered all our questions and he helped my son ( who was paying with his own money) put together a nice package deal. My son was so happy and so was I! Thanks Nick!
I love the fact that this Verizon is right by my home and I was helped immediately by Marvale. I was looking for accessories for my Pastor and purchased some as a gift and he helped me. Not only did he helped me, but my Pastor came in and signed a contract with him and purchase accessories for his daughters. GREAT SERVICE with a great smile.
Dont waste your time!!! I just went in there to get a replacement charger for my phone. I thought I would be in and out. I had to sign in as if I was about to look and purchase a new phone. I was told it would be 5 minutes. After 10, I walked out. My time is precious. And purchasing an accessory shouldnt be that hard!! Verizon stores need added convenience for these type transactions. This is ridiculous!!!! And the person that checked me in could care less. She kept chewing her gum rocking back and forth. Disgusting!!
This store is always busy & not enough help. It doesn’t makes sense that there isn’t anybody who can help with just simple accessory return, but you have a rep just walking around just checking customers in. There’s 3-4 customers waiting, 3 reps assisting customers & the rep isn’t doing anything to assist the others customers that are waiting. I really hate going to this store.

The staff at this Verizon location was very kind and helpful. My phone broke when I had evacuated for Irma and they helped me get a new one when when I couldnt be fixed. They were patient and helpful.
This location is awesome. If you come here make sure you ask for Danny Brown and he will definitely take care of you. Great rep and he is extremely knowledgeable. He used to work at the Gwinnett location and now he is at Snellville. It’s great working with him.

Usually I hate going into a Verizon store. This was a great exception. Did not have to wait and the service person was very friendly helpful and efficient.
They are okay. They did not follow through on some of the promises made when I signed up and my bill is higher than expected. The service is getting worse, too. Calls are dropping where they previously did not and conversations are garbled.
Worst experience ever in my life. Took my money for same day pickup, left me outside, and gave me no phone.
Went to the store bc of problems with my phone...they seemed very organized in taking your name and the service was faster than I expected. the rep was very thorough with checking the phone out and when all fixes were exhausted, they shipped me out a replacement. So its kind of hard to nail this place down. There are some people here that are great and others that really suck. One hispanic gentleman that works there is phenomenal. He analyzes your account and helps you make good purchasing decisions to keep your payments about the same or as close as he can. He looks at deals on the horizon and will help you get the best option possible. Others like the woman I experienced today seemed to care less.She walked me through some of the phones, but didnt seem concerned about whether I bought anything or not. You are locking me into a two year contract, so youd think she WOULD care, but no. She just wanted to get back to texting or whatever she was doing. She told my the phone I was interested in was on sale tomorrow and just said to come back then.The guy I mentioned before would have let me get the phone today and then had me call in the morning so he could make the pricing adjustments for the sale in order to get the sale while I was hot.They just dont seem concerned about selling things there or working with you. Other than a couple of the employees there. Its a shame. Hit or miss here. Good luck. And if you DO go there, look for a Hispanic guy with glasses. Hes amazing and will go the extra mile to help you.
I have to change my review. These guys are fine selling faulty items that they then refuse to take back. I wouldnt have changed my review from 5 to 1 stars but they argued over a screen protector that fell off and shattered. Faulty is faulty but they chose to make a big production about turning us down. I guess they get the money this time, but they lost future business. Thats not a great way to play the game.

They gave me the wrong information about a warranty item I came in asking about. I should have been able to just get it replaced right there in store. But he sent me away saying that I have to order it off my account first. Called a different store and they told me I could go to any Verizon and grab one off the shelf. Went to the Lawrenceville Hwy one in Lilburn instead and they took great care of me in a few minutes.

And I have been dealing with some medical problems.The entire staff at this location deserves a gold star and an A+.But heres the cut to the chase. I called this store to check on bringing two NEW lines of service over and the girl on the phone was not only short, but very rude. She made it seem like my call was not important. I called simply to check on inventory of the devices I wanted and when she informed me they were out, I asked did she have a clue when they would get more... her response that shocked me was no and then hung up the phone! They will never be getting my business at this location. Very dull and rude!
Recently went to the store in attempt to return my defective device and was told “ all the Iphones have this problems” very poor response when I’m paying for a $1000+ device. I have a warranty on the phone I pay for every month and was told “you have to wait until IOS 13 comes out”. Poor customer service all around.
The men at this store (both black and white) are horrible. They lack professionalism and honesty. Had to go thru a female manager to get a simple return done. Then I witnessed them mistreat the elderly black lady that greets customers as they enter the store. Respect goes a long way. Prayed to God about it and wont be returning to this store.

I read your responses to the negative experiences. Do you have the plan information on line somewhere to view? We’d like to compare plans and consider going with Verizon. Anyone can have a bad day and will still go into this store soon.

My 5 week old Samsung Galaxy Note 8 wasnt turning on when i woke up 2 days ago and i took it into the store. They told me that they would overnight a new phone to my address. Not only was this an outright lie, but they mailed it to the wrong address but they sent it 1-3 day shipping instead of so called Overnight... i am livid to say the least, so what was originally supposed to be a 1-2 day inconvenience, is turning into almost a full week without my phone. This store is full of IDIOTS!! I honestly do not even want Verizon anymore because of them. there arent even words for how angry i am right now.....TRASH

Absolutely horrific customer service. The store sold me a defective phone, has refused replacement and service for months. They have repeatedly lied to me, and taken my phone in the back room to wipe it clear of all my information without permission, costing me valuable work and personal information. Months of time wasted, and no support from Verizon corporate either. Seven years as a customer, and now Im done because of the terrible treatment, and refusal to stand behind their products. Liars, thieves, and complete jerks.
VZ needs to train staff as to the Asurion insurance process, because I was met with gross incompetence and inconsistency between stores. Also, Asurion needs to get its act together, too. There email sent to me for the affidavit and drivers license is highly misleading, unclear, contradictory and just plain confusing. A store manager in Loganville, GA viewed Asurion s email in my phone and directed me to reply to Asurion s email with my affidavit and picture ID attached. I never received that phone call within 3 hours promised by Asurion. Was told this morning, only way to submit these documents is via their website or fax, so I have lost 2 days now without my phone and am paying insurance for this worthless insurance service when the left hand clearly doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Get it together, people!!!
