Nice location. Low on donuts though….. there are plenty of fuel pumps. Hot foods were in motion on the grill and the location was clean

Always a great experience! Especially when Antonio D. Is working he always makes youre entire visit easy and quick but doesnt make you feel rushed. I believe Antonio works the nightshift as that is where I have seen him lately. Keep it up! And Antonio it was a pleasure to share my card being alive with you.

I stop here just about every day, sometimes twice a day. Most of the employees are polite and quick. But, the woman that works nights is absolutely foul (shes older, with the accent). Shes rude. Always grumpy. Always complaining. She scolded me last night because I asked for change. Told me there were customers behind me. Maam, I waited in line too.Be prepared to go inside for your receipt. They never print at the pumps.

Top notch customer service. Cashier named Brandon was polite, informative and a pleasure to talk to. He’s a great example of quality customer care.

Usually the smoothie machine and icees are out of order, other than that haven’t had any issues

We ordered two White Chocolate Frappes from the kitchen. We used the app to order. The app worked fine. Our order took a little longer than usual. We were just thinking of going in when our drinks came out. When handed our drinks frappe dripped all over my hand, my lap, my new dress and the car window. It was very sticky. We had several napkins given to us. The Frappes didn’t have as much syrup as we would have liked. When we got home my husband was getting to the end of his drink, when he hurt his tooth. There was a piece of metal in his drink. He could have swallowed the metal and chocked. We tried to call the QT several times just so that they didn’t hurt anyone. But, all seven calls were busy and not answered. We hope that this does not happen to anyone else. Usually this QT is good and doesn’t make mistakes like this. I feel bad for leaving this review but this is dangerous and can’t be tolerated.

Always loved QT, but the last dozen times I have gotten gas at this location....receipts dont print or blank. Not happy having to walk in and no time to press the help button to wait.

The kitchen staff does not ever make your order right. I ordered the sausage, egg burrito with no cheese because I’m lactose intolerant. They would still put cheese in it...... and employees are very rude. Never coming to this location ever again!

Hello yet again its 5:30 a.m. going into the city for meeting have to stop to gas up before getting on 285 no receipt at the pump if I wanted to go in I would not ask for a receipt at the pump Ive talked to two different managers this is absolutely ridiculous today I was told so its a problem with the pumps yeah right get it fixed QT!! This is not helping your brand name!!

Reason for 2 stars is because EVERY TIME my husband and I buy gas, you can never get a receipt at the pump, we have to go in and ask for it. Other that that, I dont have a problem with this place. Oh, we pay with a card.

Bad service

I was charged double, manager Briana was rude and not helpful. Funny she was the person who settled my account. Normally I use my card and move on. But today the system was asking for user id. I was concerned, so I went in. I paid for my gas with card. Two hrs later I was charged twice. I went back try to explain. The agent was kind, she called her Manager Briana. OoPs she was the one who settled my account. Briana was NOT kind or friendly but very defensive . She blamed the error on my bank even though the charges are from QT. I just wanted results from QT but was disrespected and over charged.

Excellent customer service, very busy location but the staff make sure they greet you and that you find everything you need.

This is my favorite QT to stop at for coffee in the mornings, The people working in this store are always nice and the coffee is always fresh

This place will overcharge almost 1 dollar for each pack of cigarettes. Im not happy because I was paying before then I realized that.

Great qt not updated but still a good store

Needs to be DAILY checks on the tire air machine. Its always broken when needed to be used.

Gas prices are usually low here but food at the roller grill is best avoided unless you like breaking your teeth on the taquitos.
