I purchased in store sectional sofa from Hot Buys, Al was my salesperson. He was awesome. Made sure my furniture arrived in good condition and without any problems. Delivery guys were awesome and very professional. Will be doing business again with them in the near future . I love this place.

I recently purchased a brand new bedroom set from the store there was a slight delay receiving it but they were much faster than other stores I visited. The customer service and my sales man was great I’ve noticed this is a family owned business and they go above and beyond to make sure they met my needs. Thank you guys I will be back again soon

I recently bought a dining set and a sectional from hotbuys. I was recommended by my mother, who has bought several items from them. I absolutely love all of my furniture. The salesmen who helped me around the store were great. They were so helpful and helped me make the best decision. Customer service in the back of the store were great as well. They made the purchasing process easy & they were so sweet! The manager of the store was great too. He greeted me and made sure I was taken care of. I did experience a little delay with my furniture but as soon as my items came in, they called me and put me on the earliest delivery date. I love this store and I would definitely buy from them again.

Expensive! Won’t honor their claims of price match. They wanted $439 for a dresser that Ga furniture had for $258(exact same brand)! The sales man really did try to help but the owner or boss whatever he was wouldn’t budge. I ended it up getting three dressers for $258 a piece from Wendy’s furniture and Ga furniture mart.

The staff and service was AMAZING ! The salespeople and customer service helped out so much as I was looking for furniture to furnish my home ! There were many things on back order due to nation wide delays with Covid, but I do understand so I waited it out . They let me know to give them a call if I ever needed to check the status of my order and were great with updates !GREAT DEALS as well ! I came to half-price furniture looking for a brand new living room set that was skeptical because I’ve seen a few upset reviews but after my experience stopping by and making a purchase I have to say I’ve seen nothing but great customer service customer service, Belal my sales rep was very helpful and customer service department was nothing but awesome and very informative. Just got my delivery today 6 weeks as told and I am screaming of joy with my new living room set it is exactly what I imagined it to be. Thank you Hot Buys furniture I will definitely stop by to finish off my other rooms.

Update 3/22/21. After all is said and done, Hot Buys was able to make things right. I did get my couch set, but in a different color. The manager, Alex and sales rep, Moe went out of their way to get my furniture in a timely matter. Thank You.Stay Away!!!! Does not deserve one star.See comments from Samantha Williams below on 10/2. I’m going thru the exact situation! Paid for a full couch set on a Sunday...recliner was in warehouse, but warehouse was closed, said I can pick up Monday...Monday comes...recliner back ordered until mid March!! This was at the end of December. I have nothing, no furniture, no resolution...they’ve dodged phone calls etc. Moe was my sales rep. He posted a comment about himself 3 months ago about how good he is...Don’t believe it...he’s made the sale, now he’s no where to be found!

I purchased the “Music” Bed for my daughter I was directed to a third party delivery by Hot Buys associate which was a bit pricey but my daughter really wanted this bed so she got it! Loves it however the sole reason for this purchase was the Bluetooth connection ( “Music Bed”) and it doesn’t work.. I was told that the warehouse would be contacted on 2/8/2021 however I didn’t receive any updates so I went to the store to be told that in order to get any assistance from a tech I would have to pay for it before they would send one out. I wanted to purchase another bedroom suite but unfortunately I will not do business with them anymore. Thank you but I don’t think this was fair but oh well so much for the music bed😡....... Hannah with Hot Buys Furniture you rock! 2/12/20 & 2/13/2020 Hannah followed up with me to make sure the big girl bed for my daughter was a success, she spoke with management to arrange a one time courtesy visit with a tech that would help resolve the issue. To my surprise it was User Error it wasnt clear to me how to properly operate the blue tooth a simple longer hold on the power button than usual and voila, we had power. Thank you to the two funny men that came out and helped with the issue. which in the end,,, there was none. I will be purchasing my next bedroom suite from hot Buys Furniture. Thanks Hannah!

Hot buys has all of the pieces you need in your home for a fraction of the cost !The sales people are always very helpful In making sure you find everything you want for the best deal possible . The customer service is also great and help out with any questions and updates you would need on your order . Due to COVID delays in production, the customer service updates you on pieces that may be delayed allows you to call and check on the status of your order !Staff is amazing, prices are amazing, and the furniture is amazing !

THIS IS THE WORST FURNITURE STORE! I WOULD NOT RECOOMENED THIS STORE TO ANYONE! I ordered and paid for a bedroom set that was already on back order. When my furniture finally came it wasnt even the bedroom set I ordered. I called the company to inquire about this issue... TO say it nicely the customer service was RUDE...They basically told me I had to come into the store to talk about paying the difference on the bedroom set that I want because of THEIR MISTAKE and poor staff/ organization skills. The manger is a SNAKE he tried to con me into paying $600 MORE because of his mistake and then try and convince me he did a ME A FAVOR by giving me a discount which he never did but instead told me I have to pay the $600 more. I Gladly took my business to GEORGIA FURNITURE MART and will be getting the bedroom set I wanted and the same week I ordered it versus the 6-10 weeks these guys told me it would take to receive. Moral of the story, cheaper isnt always better when the company youre giving your money to doesnt even respect you, your time, or your money.

I gave this place 3 stars because I am pleased with the quality and price of the mattress I purchased. It was delivered on time. However, before I paid for it, I spoke with someone in the store who I’m assuming is the manager and I asked whether the delivery guys would have PPE. He assured me they would have masks, gloves and booties. Upon delivery they did have masks but no gloves and no booties. Therefore, in a time of Covid, they came with the intention of walking through my home and into my carpeted bedroom with their shoes on. When I asked if they had booties, they stated they did not. Therefore I told them to leave the mattress at the door, which they readily did. When I called the store to speak to the manager, I was told he was not in and that he would call me on Monday. It is now Tuesday and I have not heard back. I attempted to call the store again, but have not reached anyone, either the phone rings and no one picks up or the line is busy. Another note to mention is that I had to call the store the day before to find out during what timeframe the mattress was being delivered the next day. Poor communication that needs improvement.

I ordered a full living room set, a bed set, and a rug. Was told there’d be a 6-8 week wait, which is totally understandable during this pandemic. I did call for updates because I knew they’d be slammed with having to call other customers. The customer service was really professional, Hannen is really nice. I got my order in a timely fashion. Buy from them, you won’t regret it!

Bad Business!!!! Ordered a King bed in August, the bed was to be delivered on Monday 10/26. Had no problem waiting 2 months seeming we are going through the crisis of COVID so I understand things might be delayed or on back order. Received a call from the store on friday 10/23 confirming they have my order and will call back to confirm a delivery time. They called me back the following day which was Saturday 10/24 to confirm a delivery time of between 10am-3pm for Monday 10/26. On Monday 10/26 at 4:45pm I called to find out about my delivery. They then decided to make me aware AFTER WAITING 2 MONTHS that they dont have my bed to deliver. Talk about being confused and upset. In addition to the king bed that I was waiting on I had ordered a queen bed and a love chair to go with the bedroom set. I also purchased a lamp all paid for upfront, the only thing I was able to get was the lamp they had on display on the floor. After 2 months I could have went somewhere else and purchased my furniture. But instead Im here 2 months after I payed for my order in August without anything!!! Its best to go to the regular commercial furniture stores where theres more of a guarantee n better business than to deal with the headache of these small stores. Never again will I take that chance.

I ordered furniture from here on 7/23/2020. It is 9/10/2020 and I just received a call at 7:57pm from Angelo at the Snellville location. Angelo stated that my furniture could not be delivered because they only have one piece of my sectional. Since I waited for over a month I requested a full refund which I was told could be done if not delivered when promised. Angelo at that time placed me on hold to state he had to get approval from his manager Alex. When I requested to speak with Alex he states he was on vacation out of town and I would have to call back tomorrow so he could call him.This place is a joke and I will never buy furniture from here again. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau if my funds and not returned in its entirety!!I wish I could give 0 stars for this “ business “

I am literally furious right now. We placed a delivery on October 17th or 18th for a couch, bar stools, and a headboard. They told us it would be 6-8 weeks which we were skeptical about at first but we understand it’s a pandemic so we let it go. About 2 weeks ago we get a call saying something about the bar stools where i guess the manager talked to us and he was so nasty and rude which resulted in us cancelling. We let that go because we ended up finding some more. Our furniture was supposed to come TOMORROW NOVEMBER 28th and they call us tonight saying the couch we ordered is discontinued! It’s very unprofessional because why couldn’t they have called us when they found out it was being discontinued? Never will i ever step foot in this store again!

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE. I ORDERED FURNITURE IT TOOK ALMOST 6 WEEKS TO COME, WHICH WAS LATE. HERE IT IS THREE DAYS LATER STILL THE FURNITURE IS AT MY HOME I CANNOT RECEIVED MY REFUND UNTIL THEY COME PICK UP THE FURNITURE WHICH THEY SHOULD JAVE TAKEN BACK THAT DAY.. THE MANAGER IS GIVING US THE RUNAROUND WE THEN TOLD THEM WE WOULD BRING THE FURNITURE BACK. THEY CALLED US BACK TO TELL US THAT IF THE FURNITURE IS DAMAGED WE CAN’T GET A REFUND. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE DUE TO WE ASK THE FURNITURE DELIVERY GUY SPECIFICALLY WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TO THE FURNITURE HE TOLD US SINCE THEY WANTED TO LEAVE THE FURNITURE WE WOULD NOT BE RESPONSIBLE, NOW ITS SOMETHING DIFFERENT.. I bought a couch at the store. The couch arrived with a cut on one of the arms. I told the store about the issue, and they went out of their way to fix it. They replaced the ripped couch and gave me store credit for the piece that they couldnt replace. I also purchased a bar here, and I really like it. They have definitely earned a loyal customer. I will be returning for more furniture. Also, Mike is an outstanding salesman, who is very knowledgeable on the furniture.

The customer service was great in the beginning. Now when it came time for delivery, it was a nightmare! The delivery company brought a defective bed set. They also brought the wrong size drawers for the bed so we had to wait for them to bring us the correct sizes. Which is fine. But then we realized the mirrors on the bed were broke . When the delivery people came back, he told me “well why didn’t you say something earlier before i came back? Why are you just now saying something?” I didn’t notice until after they left so that’s the reason why i said something late. The delivery people also had an attitude about us asking them to remove their shoes in our home in which we just got new wood floor a few days before they came. They argued with my parents and i almost kicked them out of my house because of how disrespectful they were. And when they left our home, they left a mess with paper wrappers everywhere, screws everywhere, they didn’t clean up before they left. The sales person also forgot to put in a second order for the nightstand so that didn’t get delivered either. When we called him, he said he thought we only wanted one. Never again will i buy furniture from this company. Dealing with their delivery company and warehouse was just a hassle. They have nice furniture for a decent price but not enough to deal with the mess that comes with it

I spent more than $1000 for a dresser and chest from here. Both items are beautiful but my chest smelled very strongly of mildew!!!! Long story short, I have to pay $150 (estimated) for them to come get the chest and decide whether it’s “damaged” or not. After telling me that there was no mildew in their warehouse and that it couldn’t be true. Terrible. Why would I spend that much money and lie about my item smelling of mildew????? DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!UPDATE: 02/25/19Alex, the store manager, contacted me about my issue again. He said that he tried to get the manufacturer to budge but they wouldnt. So to make it right, he gave me a $100 store credit. I was thankful because he did not have to do this. I used my store credit on a beautiful painting for my living rooms. The items sold at this store are definitely beautiful so I would definitely shop here again. Just check your items as soon as they are delivered! And I thank Alex for reaching back out to me with the store credit. He seems like a good business man that aims to please.

I purchased a bedroom set from this Store around June 5 and it was delivered on Jun 13 at 10 pm at night. They were supposed to arrive at 6pm. Once the furniture was installed in my room it was all scratched up with a hole in the footboard. The next day I went to show them pictures and they seemed genuinely concerned. Almost a month later after promising to replace it, they brought the new footboard, but took a marker to cover up the scratches and put my mattress back on to hide what they did. When I called the store to inform them of what happened, they responded they did not know about the many scratches. If they didnt know, why would they bring a maker to cover up the scratche? This has been a Nightmare. This is what I get for spending $2,000 at this Store. I believe further action will take place to get what I paid for. I wont shop there again, nor will I refer anyone.

Order a sectional on Election Day I was told it would be in three weeks because they had a few of them they had ordered three weeks ago so I called them they said they have not received that set and it should be in on December 1st called on the 30th of November just to verify that I would pickup instead of delivery and I was told that set would not be in until sometime in January they said there not even definite if it will be in January smh from three weeks to 3 months waiting time not good don’t shop there they tell you things to just lock you in bad business

On 3/1/16, I bought a $3,883.94 leather sectional from Hot Buys Furniture, with a $200.00 UNITERS Five Year Protection Plan, which, by the way, was a waste of money. Within 3 years of my purchase, there began to be cracks in the material, proving to me that the material was cheap and subpar to what was expected. I filed a claim to UNITERS. After fully complying with their tedious system to make the claim, my claim was ultimately denied. I then went to the management at Hot Buys, who promised to call regarding the issue. It has been over a month and no such call has been made. I say this to strongly advise you not to purchase furniture from this company. They themselves don’t stand by their products and you would be much better off giving your money to a more reputable company.Best Regards,EAP.S If I could put a negative star, I would.

We purchased a couch and the experience was excellent. It was only a week from when we purchased to when it was delivered. When we went back to purchase the matching love seat, we were told at first we would have it the next week. Before we even left the store we were told that it would not be in stock for another two weeks. They did give us a 5%discount due to the switch even while we were in the store which was appreciated. We were then told it would be on us to call the store back a few times to make sure that it would even be available the day that we selected and paid for the delivery. We called last week to ensure delivery was still on track for this week and were told that we could possibly see delivery the week we had called in at the end of the week and someone would let us know. No one called and no delivery. We called again this week to ensure delivery of our original delivery date and were told that it wasnt going to be in stock until the middle of april. We explained when we were there that we had company coming in from out of town and needed the extra seating and they ensured they would have it in and delivered to us before our company arrived. When we questioned about a refund we were told we could come in a pick something else out or that we would need to come in and speak with our sales person who was not in or available at the time of the call. Very very disappointing experience when you are upfront on your needs, pay in full, and then the full responsibility is put on the customer to call and make sure what you paid for and set up delivery for is actually going to show up when it was promised. Will never shop with them again and dont recommend them if you are looking for a furniture piece and expect it will be delivered when it was promised. Also wouldnt recommend them if you dont want to have to keep calling them and beg for information. It appears that is a lot of confusion and miscommunication on their end.

BUYERS BEWARE!! My mom and I visited this store back on April 2, 2017. We dealt with a gentleman by the name of Phil. The furniture in the store is not what you will get delivered to your house. The furniture in the store is very nice and good quality. But, what is delivered to you is cheaply made. The sectional that was delivered is not the same color, fabric, nor quality. I have been waiting to hear from Phil and Larry, but did not get a response. Not only was it not delivered on the day it was scheduled, but one of the recliners is broken already. Come and pick up this sectional, and I want my money back. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB.
