First things first, the 2 Michelles (I believe only Michelle N is currently still working there)... They werent rude to you in your face, but as soon as youd leave they would talk horribly about you. That does not make me feel comfortable if i cant just ask for help or ask a question without them talking explicitly about me, thats very unprofessional when its their job. This has happened many times when i used to be with Metro and am sure it still happens since one of the girls still works there. Secondly, i went there recently thinking of switching back since there was AND still is ads about switching with Zero Fees... Even though the ad was in their own window, they wanted to charge me all these extra fees for switching that ended up being around $130 in just taxes and fees? Do they not honor their promotion or is that the way it works? Im confused ๐
Employees are rude and unhelpful. I had a simple question regarding my account and was unable to get a response from either of the girls working there. Worst customer service Ive ever had. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Be careful with this place!!! I walked in to ask about adding a line to my account so this girl by the name Daniela told me she would sell me an iPhone 7 and I could use my credit called smart pay so I said fine. The phone only cost $150 this girl then added another $135 extra to the account by putting all these things I never bought. I asked her to explain this extra $135 on my smart pay she kept giving me the run around and didnโt have an explanation saying it all had to do with smartpay and their fees. Turns out when I called smartpay I was told this girl added a bundle (that I never asked for), a case a screen protector the warranty of these things and a 10ft light cord that was never given to me added up to those extra $135 on my bill. keep in mind I never asked for these things so she added them to my bill without my consent when all I asked her for was a dam phone not all the extra stuff she put on there. She took advantage of the situation and that I got smart pay so she could get herself extra commissary for a sale and thought I wouldnโt notice. That is truly shady business out these people. I went back to complain and she still denied everything she never gave me the receipt when she said she would put it all inside my bag so I wouldnโt notice the extra charges she did so I had to call and ask smart pay and metro why I had these extra charges and thatโs how I found out what she did. Be careful guys always ask for a receipt and donโt leave the store before checking everything is in order they donโt care about screwing people over and doing shady business. I can imagine how many more people theyโve done this too.
Great service at this location. I have to drive from the horizon area to get good service because the other two locations near me have bad service.
Would give 5 stars, when their unlimited data doesnt slow down.
I went to this store to purchase a new phone and walked out with my email hacked by an employee. I bought a new phone and the employee offered to transfer my data to my new phone. The employee changed my gmail password without telling me, luckily i got an alert that notified me. I would not recommend visiting this store.
