My husband goes to Ace Hardware often. He is so happy with the service. Places like Home Depot and Lowes are more of a self serve and staff not available or unwilling to help. At Ace, you tell them what you need and they get it for you! No waiting or go on such isle, you cant miss it they say! It is so refreshing to get what you need in one stop!

This place is a hidden gem . They always have what you need . The staff is helpful, and they actually know what you are looking for and need . I prefer going to shop here than home depot or Lowes .

More and more surprises every visit. Cant get too much help from anyone knowledgeable in any particular area. And get any kind of refund or store credit without a receipt. And each store is owned by different individuals, so each purchase is limited to each individual store. So it wasnt necessarily a good day for Ace today

My Son and I stopped by looking for some tools copper pipe copper fittings as we walked in we were greeted with a smile made us feel welcome he asked if we needed help in finding what we were looking for helped us get everything we needed in and out we highly recommended it.

Wow just read the review about how they treat females differently. That is exactly what happened to me. I was so excited that Ace had started carrying Benjamin Moore paint. I need to but paint for our home and went I buy samples. I walked in and there was a gentleman behind me and the associate at the door asked how he could help himI walked over to the paint section and stood there for a few minutes till I caught the eye of an associate. As he walked over he looked at a gentleman walking up and said how can help you to the gentleman. I said something at the point and left. I have never had any issues at Sherman Williams so I will keep going there.

It was very clean and they are well stocked. My first time there I will definitely be back. I need to take my husband.

I hate when they treat females differently. I went in asking for simple help in replacing the connector for tubing on my air conditioner and the toilet bowl handle. I had to return 3 different times, because they kept giving me the wrong things. I finally gave up and went to a mom and pop hardware store where they were knowledgeable and i was treated with respect.

Fake advertising.... Who ever works on the sales department and advertising on the APP to have member sign up on the app to get the $5 off is a SCAM. When I sign up I told the cashier and he later advice me I have to wait to get my coupon on the mail. Wait ???? The reason why I sign up was to get the $5 off there . Not to wait.

I have been working on many projects for many people and here at Ace Hardware i got quicker and more competent help than either harbour freight, or home depot!!!

Manager/Owner Jerry Nava, this guy is anti-customer service, worst experience in my lifetime. Doesnt get any worse than him. Lousy, never experienced worse service. Ace headquarters, heard the details of our complaint, they dont seem to care much either.

Needed a flush valve for my toilet yesterday. I checked the Ace Hardware store website to see what the store hours were at the 10600 North Loop Drive El Paso, TX 79927 location. Website indicated, store closed at 7:00 pm on Mondays. I drove 5 miles and got to the store at 6:20 pm. The store was closed. The store hours posted on the door did indicate that it should have been open until 7:00 pm as well. I understand that it might be slow during that time on a Monday evening. If this is the case, the posting of store hours should be corrected. Closing a store well before the store hours indicated is very frustrating to customers. Needless to say, I have lost trust in Ace Hardware stores and wont be giving them my business in the future.

Horrible customer service experience. Bought over 2,000 dollars worth of paint that I asked if they could tint. They barely even tried to help, and when I said other paint stores have worked with me a lot more with tinting, the manager claimed I was giving him attitude and threw me out of the store. I 100% had a right to be frustrated with him, but to yell at me that I was giving attitude?? And throw me out lol This manager needs to get back on his pyschiatric medication.
