Stopped in on Thursday evening thinking I needed some parts for my 2003 Ranger. The Associate helped me troubleshoot the symptoms and gave some suggestions as to where to start. After doing these things, the truck is back to normal. I really appreciate the help.

I just went to get oil and he got it and carried it to the desk and even put it in my truck and checked my oil. I am so grateful to have met him this morning. His friendly demeanor changed the outlook of my day.

Cant say enough about the customer service at this Auto Zone. Came in to re-purchase an item that tore up the first time that we used it and didnt have much of a choice but to buy another one. Made a comment at the register that I had just bought one and the gentlemen told me to bring the other one back to get a refund. Took it back and we didnt have any problems at all. Great customer service!

The store is always clean and the staff is top notch. Theyre willing to help you find whatever youre looking for. The Soddy Daisy location was the first, that I can remember, to put up barriers during COVID. Nice touch. The Soddy Daisy AZ will always be my first stop.

They didnt even take long to do the research to make sure they had the right part, and then spontaneously sell it to us, and then it being the wrong part afterwards.

Ben was incredibly helpful with replacing a burnt out headlight and wiper blades on my Accord. He was patient, showed the options available, and was knowledgeable. I appreciated his assistance and would recommend this location for auto needs.

In my opinion they staff their has always gone above and beyond to satisfy my auto part needs whether it be engine code, part look up or special order they always have my back and are straight forward with my parts need. And if spend 20bucks 5 times and scan your card you get 20 back which comes in handy in a inconvenient time.

Absolute legends. The two workers that closed the night of Sunday June 7th are the real MVPS. I bought a car and on the way home the battery wasnt charging so it eventually died on me. They were about 20 minutes away and they closed extremely close to the time I made the call. They took care of me before closing the store down. My Dude and Young lady... I genuinely thank you for your service.. Living Legends.

I went to the store thinking I needed a new battery but after checking my connection, they told me I should take my car to a mechanic first to fix that for a lot cheaper since I may not actually need a new battery. They recommended a great place as well. They were willing to lose out on a sale just to make sure that I wasnt buying an unnecessary part which shows how honest and helpful they are!

So I called here looking for keys and they were nice enough to refer me to a local business the dont make keys but they shared business with neighbors now thats service we cant help you but heres who can thats honest and loyal business

Ive had my batteries checked there for free and one installed and bought some accessories there. No complaints.

They were nice, everyone here has been nice for over 10 years. Handy tool rentals, lots of parts and accessories. This is a general car parts store.

The heat went out in our truck when it was 32 degrees outside and like George Washington crossing the Delaware, Nathan used every resource and tool available to not only diagnose but find a part we thought was unfindable. After finding the part he braved the freezing temperatures and stayed close like a Bald Eagle covering its chicks to ensure that the part was installed correctly as well as ensuring it was the solution to our dilemma. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

I went in for help with diagnostics on my subaru outback and Mitchell was helpful and knowledgeable. While I was there he noticed that my tires were badly out of alignment and worn - giving an appreciated heads up on that.

Ive called them multiple times over the last few months to get parts and every time I call they say its in stock however when I waste my time and gas going there they say the dont have it and I have to come back terrible customer service I HATE this autozone.
