Thrilled to have found this local spot with delicious high quality coffee (Duck Rabbit shout out!) and small eats. I plan to have this as my new local go to.

Hello I must- MUST- encourage people to try the grilled cheese sandwiches, especially if you need gluten- and dairy-free food!!! I ordered to vegan grilled cheese on gluten free bread. The staff member who took my order very patiently explained what kind of cheese it is (Daiya), and that its a good one for grilled cheese. I trusted that and thank GOODNESS I did. The sandwich was grilled to perfection, the bread somehow chewy and not crumbly like a lot of gluten free brands, the cheese piping hot and savory and delicious...onions, spinach, tomatoes, and some nicely smoky mushrooms UGH DELICIOUS. To be honest, all I was expecting today was some oat milk latte (which is also yummy) to go with my work today, but I am so glad I decided to check out the gluten free offerings here.

We were really excited to attend Yelp’s Perk at Heritage Coffee event because we are avid coffee fans and love exploring new coffee shops that we’ve never been to before. And who could turn down a free coffee and pastry?!The place is really nice with a cool vibe, very clean and minimal with chill music playing in the background. The staff is very friendly and they are really adamant on keeping the place sanitized and everything recyclable if you’re into that sort of thing. I ordered a large caramel latte with oat milk and received a free cinnamon roll with it. My wife ordered a small caramel macchiato and blueberry scone.Unfortunately the coffee did not live up to our expectations. I was happy to hear that they made their own oat milk but my excitement was shot down when we tasted the coffee. The issue with homemade oat milk is that it’s too watery and it takes over the flavor of the coffee and any flavor added to lattes. So I could not taste any coffee or caramel in my latte and my wife’s macchiato was similar. Also the cinnamon roll was too gooey in the middle for my taste, and the scone was a little too dense and cold as well.Maybe what we ordered was not right for us and maybe their other items are a lot better, but at least everything else was really good about this coffee shop. I hope they have the best of luck with their business.

I needed a quick cup of Joe after watching my nephew play football at solon park. I made it to heritage right before they were about to close. Staff was super friendly and their coffee was absolutely incredible.

Overall atmosphere and decor were great, coffee was definitely above average, not great but definitely not the worst Ive had. Customer service was definitely leaving much to be desired, the female barista standing around and loudly complaining about being busy for the last two days was, unfortunately, enough to drive myself and my family away from returning in the foreseeable future

Cute local coffee shop that sources locally and makes their own syrups and whipped cream in house. I tried their cold brew with pumpkin whipped cream....yum.

Everything about this place is great! From the local artist’s work on the wall to the amazing coffee and food selection, you won’t be disappointed stopping in! Something for everyone to love, especially if you like a business that supports other local businesses!

Our first time and we found the place clean and lovely for a work meeting. Ordered the lavender latte and the grilled cheese with gouda and apples. Delicious! Helpful staff. Highly recommend. Will be back soon.

Coffee shop is the real deal. Big city coffee quality with food that’s fresh and really good (none of the microwave over stuff). Hidden gem, rare to find a shop that has really good coffee AND also has really good food.

The coffee is truly one of a kind! Such a cozy, friendly and clean environment. A great place to meet a friend or go alone to catch-up on some emails or reading. We will definitely be back soon. Fantastic quad cortado. Great espresso and I got the house made almond milk which was perfectly creamy and delicious. Good atmosphere and nice outdoor seating area. I especially like the selection of food and pastries- lots of healthy options + V VG GF!

Great experience and good coffee. We got a variety of drinks (cappuccino, Americano, pour over) and all were good. We didnt notice the reduced hours for Memorial Day weekend, so we walked in I think even after they were supposed to close. They worked quickly to get us drinks (and for the people who walked in after us). When we figured it out and they were leaving and we apologized, they were gracious about it and showed no frustration with us

This place is AWESOME! Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and modern. Great selection of beverages and snacks, as well as local products for sale too. My matcha tea was delicious. Their almond milk is made in house. Very impressed at this shop and will definitely be returning soon!

The staff was amazing, my hazelnut blended latte was perfect!! Apple smoked gouda cheese sandwich, all I can say is OMG love it!!!

Does not disappoint!! I don’t live close by but was recommended by a friend and so glad I listened. Coffee, latte, hot chocolate and the baked goods! They have gluten free baked goods too! It is now on my places to stop when running around anywhere on the east side of Cleveland!

Friendly staff, attentive to details, great for people who might have different food allergies (great oat milk, almond and gluten free options). Solon is all the better with Heritage in the neighborhood. I recommend this place to people all the time.

What a great place! The employees, Leigh and Tyler were very friendly. The coffee was terrific; probably the best I’ve had. I really appreciated their attention to cleanliness. I don’t dine out much during COVID but I felt totally safe in this environment. It was spotless and they cleaned immediately after every customer left. I highly recommend it!!

Bought my normal order for a first visit to a new (or new to me) coffee shop; a latte and a drip. Heritage passed both tests with flying colors. Friendly service with the order completed as requested. Good Wi-if and well thought out atmosphere. A five star would have required a tasting of the baked goods. Maybe next time. I’m not sure, but this looks likes a young family operation. My bet is that they are going to make it. Certainly worth giving them a try. I’ll be back for sure.

This is a great new coffee shop in Solon. I am not a big Starbucks fan. I do like Dunkin Donuts a lot but more so for a grab and go. Heritage offers a nice alternative with a great atmosphere. Plenty of space to spread out and get a little work done. The scones are outstanding.Lets all support this new Solon business.

I had heard good things about Heritage from other community members, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a double latte. I did not care for the taste of the espresso; it was too weak for my tastes and had a weird sort of nutty burnt taste to it.It also bothered me that, when using my credit card to pay, I had to sign with my finger on the cash register screen that both the customer before me and the cashier were just swiping across. There has to be a better way to accept credit cards during a pandemic.

Cute little space, supporting the local community of NEO. The coffee was amazing 👏 and the staff incredible. So excited to have a new favorite to take others to and share this experience. Also, they have cookie dough! Go for the coffee and cookie dough, its a new breakfast of champions

I had a browns sugar cinnamon latte and my wife had a hot chai latte and both were amazing! Happy to have this awesome little coffee shop in our area. Also, try the espresso chocolate chip scone, it was delicious!

Finally a real coffee shop in Solon that isnt Starbucks or Dunkin. Was able to stop in today for their soft opening and the place looks great. Coffee was really good and the pastries were amazing. Would highly recommend everyone try this place out.

This was a great coffee experience! the interior is very spacious and has a very cozy atmosphere. the staff is super friendly and everything was very smooth from stepping inside to getting our coffee. the coffee itself was great - i got an iced almondmilk latte and the espresso was strong enough, better than starbucks and dunkin in my opinion! definitely worthwhile to check out!
