Recently went in to pick up a prescription where in which this pharmacy was new to me using. The customer service of the pharmacy technician was not good at all. Before even attempting to gather insurance info he was making negative comments and facial expressions about whether or not I knew the price of the medication. When I handed him the insurance card he insist that it was the card for my medical coverage and not my pharmaceutical coverage. I have worked in the pharmaceutical field for over 10 years. This is unacceptable customer service. Will have all my medications transferred from here immediately.

Called bakery department trying to get a price for son’s birthday cake. First time I was asked to hold then hung up on. I called back and was cut off by woman on phone who kept signing as if I was asking something extremely difficult. A once I explained I’d just like pricing info and then thanked her she hangs up without saying a word.

Very nice and clean, warm atmosphere, fully stocked, nice choices in wines, liquor and beer.

Good store. Lately my of us have noticed the prices are 25% to 35%higher than normal?Its not Heinens...

Terrible product in veggies department. Rotten Campari tomatoes, old cilantro, parsley etc, awful yellow potatoes (it’s green after peeling skin off lol )Yellow and red pepper is always a challenge to pick crispy. The most important they charge the same price. Who would pay for that??

Fresh produce, meats and bakery. Well stocked shelves, refrigerated cases store is very clean and employees are professional looking, helpful and courteous.

The giant eagle it’s self is nice but I just tried their curbside and it was a weird experience. The guy approach’s to say they didn’t grab a item and was acting like he expected me not to care. Should be easy and with little interaction though two cars came and went while I waited not sure if it was just a off day for them or what but I will most likely go in my self elsewhere from now on.

We love our neighborhood giant eagle but the takeout food is very disappointing. Today in our general tso chicken and rice we found a hair and a piece of a shrimp tail! And the pasta was not tasty at all.

I enjoy shopping at Giant Eagle they have everything you need! My only complaint is they are expensive. Any other time when I shop I save money and I dont know if its because the holiday is right around the corner but not one thing I bought today was on sale😞

Love the Giant Eagle Market District in Solon. I can get everything I need from fresh produce, loose tea, bulk seasonings, prepared foods, to fresh seafood and meats.

Everything was very fresh and neat and lots of everything you can think about. They provide child care while you shop. They have a bank also inside. They have a Claires section as well. Just so much to check out.

The only Giant Eagle in the area I’ll go to, if I’m willing to pay an arm and a leg for my groceries. I would honestly shop here more if it wasn’t for the outrageous prices, seriously. But that’s not this particular stores fault. Corporate is just greedy.This store is Open 24/7 and their produce section is one of the best in the area! If I need to pick up a few things late, I’ll come here vs Walmart. Their meat section is okay, seems they run out of the stuff in the ads really fast.

Giant Eagle is bragging how they lowered prices. My question is why were they price gouging us all along? Dont shop there anymore unless I absolutely have to.

Quite a super SuperMarket... very large. Great Starbucks coffee shop plus unique beer and wine bar. Plenty of parking

Solon Market District has absolutely anything you could ever need from a grocery store

Don’t recommend the curbside exspress did not have all items and a very sarcastic and lazy team they will forget items And not bag them so groceries are all over in your trunk by the time you get home. I believe Brandon was the one waiting on me wish whomever luck if they get him

They had everything I needed. The store was neat, organized and the food was fresh!!

12/15/18 Made a special trip to Solon Giant Eagle to purchase some meat for making jerky, requires a 24hr marinading time. Having purchased there in the past, the staff was very accommodating by cutting the fat cap off and slicing the 2lb roast into 1/8 inch slices (5min job max). On this trip, around 6pm and no line at the counter, I was informed it would be at least a half hour wait for the same request. I could see that they were cleaning behind the counter for the end of the night and wanted to get home. The slicer didnt appear to be disassembled, and wouldnt there be more than one in working shape for such a large butchery? And why not just slice it and clean up after, rather than finishing cleaning, cutting and cleaning again? Oh well, I left dissapointed and will take my meat purchases to the local solon butcher or to Heinens in the future.

Absolutely horrible experience at Solon Getco gas station with staff, especially Josh. I had 50 cents on my card. I came up to fill up 2 cars. I filled up my vehicle and instantly my wife pulled up so I can fill up full tank. The employee by name Josh, stop the pump and stated only 1 vehicle can be filled. So clearly it states on Getco brochure that I can fill up to 30 gallons, It does not say I can fill up only 1 vehicle. Employee and manager on site would not accommodate or try to satisfy client. I would never shop at Giant Eagle or fill up their gas, cause its a rip off and they dnt stand by their brand. There is a lots of other gas station and I would give business to them. Giant Eagle stores and Getco station lost me as a customer. I hope Corporate does read this complaint and address it if they care about customers. I would give 0 star if it was option.
