Nice large location. Looks like they have a small area for meetings or get togethers. The workers were nice, food was fast and fresh.

Since you cant view ham slices any more, they are selling junk, fat ham. Wont go there again.

I went in on a random Saturday to use a coupon I received from HBH for BOGO ham slices. I was told they did not have any boneless ham slices because all of the boneless hams were fresh (I didnt know they only sliced old hams). Then after some discussion amongst the team members they decided that they would not honor my coupon. I was told to go to a corporate store. Overall bad customer service.

Steve owns the Solon store and the Streetsboro store. I have used him for catered lunches for years and he never disappoints me. The food quality is always top notch. He customizes my orders when necessary. Delivery is always prompt. Everyone loves the meats, bread and broccoli salad. And the cookies are delicious. Do not hesitate to visit the Solon location and try their variety of catered lunches. You will be happy.

Go. For. Lunch!! Nobody is ever there. Prices are fine and you cant find a better sandwich. Not exactly a quick lunch so be ready for that. But this is a ideal spot for lunch, just get the idea of holidays out of your head and honey baked just becomes so much more valuable to your week.

Nice selection of sandwiches at lunch. They are quick almost never crowded. They also have soup and salads.

Honey Baked Ham was packed for Thanksgiving but they kept the line moving and they were very friendly. Thank you for the delicious ham!

The ham sandwich was not very filling, with 2 slices of ham and one slice of cheese. Similar deli sandwiches are piled with meat. The ham, cheese and bread are all of good quality, but far better values exist elsewhere. The place was quiet and clean.The sliced ham is $12.99/lb and comes pre-packaged, so you get little say over freshness, thickness, and the quantity you want. The employee was kind enough to split a 1lb package for me so I had the correct amount.

Bought an $70.00 ham for the holiday and when i got it home i realized the ham wasnt even glazed so i basically paid $70.00 for a $5.00 ham. So Id advise all to not only check the amount of ham but also double check to make sure youre getting what you paid for!

I am currently waiting in line for a thanksgiving ham. I have NEVER had to wait like this in the past. It may be our last holiday ham! There are 2 cashiers! Ridiculous, the line is longer to pay than to pick up the ham! Not sure how many are handing out the food because I am not close enough to see. Just poor management. Sad...many just walk away! Loosing a lot of money.

Holiday Ham (mmmmmmm) long line this weekend, but it moved along, and the atmosphere was buoyant.

Very nice atmosphere and great service, however I went for lunch and they had no lids for the fountain drinks and when my food was ready I didnt have my side item. I asked for potato salad again and was given macaroni salad. They were super busy so that is possibly why this happened. I was just disappointed.

First and last time well go there. Slow service. Ordered no onions, they put them on anyway. Another sandwich was supposed to have provolone, but it came with Swiss. They also didnt give us the brownie. :(
