Kyntronics products are cutting edge, who knew there were products like this in the market place. Their technical support was very responsive and knowledgeable. The only issue I have is that their name is not well known, I am guessing not for long.

They are always willing to take on new challenges and do not stop trying until achievement. Their product support has proven to be one of the key features that have made them successful. The quality of their product is at the top of the market. The flexibility of their design makes their product easily customizable to many applications. It has been a very pleasant experience to work with such a great team of people.

Awesome products and great customer service. The field engineers are always supporting in many locations around the world, working Saturday and Sunday specially Tucson Arizona and Seattle Washington were the OEMs are in house and expecting results.

Do not expect any support or customer service. They push their product but do not put forth any effort in actually training, supporting, or showing the end user how to operate it. Their philosophy seems to be ship and wash your hands. Its a shame because their products have potential. Very disappointed.
