I had a great experience at Victory Subaru somerset. I got a Forester 2017. Beautiful car. I had been wanting to get a Forester for a while. The communication was awesome. They give you options from text, emails and calls. I prefer texting. From the start of communication from Marc was great. Theywork with you they are transparent with the information of that car. I finally got to meeting Marc. And ultimately the purchase was done with Mary and Tom. Is a family owned business and they did the best to work with my budget. With a little help from my brother. I can say that I love my car and the just wish the price was a little less, but they did good.. It was a good buy.

No one in the area had a driver-side window switch I urgently needed for my Forester. I ordered it from Victory Subaru and Anthony called me at 7:55am the following morning to tell me that it was ready for pickup. Awesome service!!! The director (didn’t catch his name) was very nice as well.

I come into the parts department a lot for the cars a build and everytime Im treated like family. They always find a way to help me out even when Im looking for obscure parts. Anytime someone needs a part for their subaru I tell them I wouldnt go anywhere else. Best parts department Ive ever delt with!

The parts have been delivered next day as promised. When I asked technical questions about installation, the salesman went to see a mechanic, and came back with answers. Ill shop with them next time when I need parts for my 06 Forester.
