They were super nice, got my vehicle in and out quickly. Matt and another guys name I didnt get was very helpful and went out of their way to give me awesome customer service!

Worst customer service ever bar none. No one waiting on you, cant answer a phone. You really could use some training from Amazon. Step up and put your customers first. Worst ever. Never again will I go here or any other walmart location for these services. WORST EVER CUSTOMER CARE OR SERVICE.

Told them what I wanted they provided tires

Mom and dad went to Walmart this early morning...there was about five cars, including them. And their requests were fixed tires and replaced oil. Both of them sent in their orders but could only hand in cash at the moment for the oil. The tires was put on hold. In response, both of them got cash at the store and came back to the front desk to ask for the tires to be included with the oil change. The manager agreed, moved them back to last place, and carried on with the other orders. Again, IT WAS MORNING!! Both of them waited patiently in the lobby and decided later to walk around the store for 4 extra hours to give time. The reason was to make up for their late order. When the two of them came back..the cars oil was changed but the tires were still bad. Mom and Dad paid up for their oil and left. The facts are..there is no excuse! The order was still not complete after a span of 6-8 hours. HOW?! The team needs to communicate! Write down all orders with the correct license plate number so its clear what each customer wants. Then complete requests while determining roles and time schedules within the group. This way the workers could compare their needs to the consumers. How is this done otherwise? All assignments should be handled properly with detailed directions and team efforts. Otherwise, the team can not complete orders! And I know there is no excuse too.. There is a car repair shop with two workers in Whitley City. A repairman and register clerk running the front orders. The two of them replaced old tires in less than two hours. And another worker who ran his own business could replace oil in one hour on his own. NO EXCUSES! I would not expect the lack of control from such a large retailer store! Please handle your customers and staff correctly! The reviews says enough to understand why this place is not a well-trusted department at Walmart. Please do better! Its possible that you can improve customer quality service and use team efforts/communication to create a more well-controlled environment..without making extreme changes. I believe this would benefit everyone involved in this department. Please consider your reputation as well. Its not a good look for business and workers. And you do not have very trusting partnerships either it seems. Which is the main success and liability for businesses anyways. You must do better to have better. In conclusion, please use my advice and learn this lesson. I wish you all good luck.

The place to buy your tires. Buy the lifetime rotate and balance and the road hazard warranties. I have bought every tire for every car I own here since moving to Somerset in 2009. Fast if you get there early. Very fair.

They had reasonable prices for tires and the oil change was pretty competitive as well. We enjoyed the service we received until I was driving down the road and had a wheel weight fly off and the vehicle started vibrating. Found this weight embedded in my fender well. Being a mechanic myself but having no choice to go and get tires some place else I can tell you that the weight they put on the wheels was not the right weights. This is made for trucks NOT passenger tires. Wish I had a tire machine at my shop right now.

Its terrible when your Husband previously bought tires from Wal-Mart and needs one patched or a new one put on because its been leaking air, he pays and it doesnt get fixed. The Employees said my Husbands tire was fixed and that he was good to go, he figures out later that day it was still leaking air so he had to drive 45 miles back to Wal-Mart the following day to get it fixed.

Slowest service I have ever seen. Told 3 hour wait. Seeing about 8 people in the shop. 1 working and the others just walking around.

U dont want to know,guys who work on vehicle had me done in no time flat but Robb,the auto care manager made me feel dumb and degraded and then mans blood pressure shot really up, cuz he had it was up,and I still apologized to him the third time cuz I told him I may be dum but I aint stupid,and then another man stepped out of the lobby and no that you meaning Robb needs to have patience so he was being short to that man and he said I just got back from vacation and when I checked out with him I said Thank you he never once he was sorry to neither of us or thank you come back. He didnt know which vehicle I was wanting to get oil changed in and I told him I have never been there with my truck.

Very slow. Very rude and unprofessional customer service. Cashiers were rude and downright condescending. I wanted less expensive tires. I receieved substandard customer service.

Put the wrong viscosity oil in the first time and the oil light came on at a stand still. They blamed the vehicle. Took it back to put thicker oil in it and now the oil light is on all the time. I will never come back here.

Very poor customer service in auto repair. Man was very short and very rude on the phone. Once he realized they couldnt provide anything for me he wanted to hang up immediately became very short with me as if he couldnt help me or point me in the right direction whatsoever, I do not recommend going there or calling to speak to anyone in auto for information if needed. Very very unfriendly.

Good service just takes forever

So today I came to Walmart to get a oil change and fix a tire that has been going flat and rotate my tires. Came in at 1:30pm and I’m still currently waiting and now it’s 6:05pm. This is so ridiculous it should not take this long.

So I had bought two new front tires to be put on but I had requested them to take a rear tire off and take a old tire from the front so I could get that rear mismatched tire off well the guy felt like I just paid for two tires for installations so hes going to cost me 10 more dollars to get the right size tire mounted on the rear end so long story short dont go here they do not care if their customers are happy when they leave

Took them 1.5 hrs to plug a tire on my car...

Takes forever but at least its same day on tires4 new 17 in tires for less than 600 with warranty
