FOR THE LAST COUPLE OF MONTHS THE SERVICE HAS GONE FROM GOOD TO WORSE. MY MONTHLY DELIVERY CONSTANTLY GETS RE SCHEDULE, I HAVE TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO BUY WATER BECAUSE YOU GUYS KEEP ON CHANGING THE DATES. I PAY FOR A SERVICE TO BE DELIVERED THE DAY THAT I REQUEST IT, FROM A MONTH BEFORE. NOT WHEN YOU GUYS FEEL LIKE IT. I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT WATER FOR 3 DAYS AND THE DELIVERY KEEPS BEING CHANGED. THIS IS THE LAST ORDER THAT I WILL GET FROM YOUR COMPANY. I WILL BE CANCELING MY RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS SERVICES AS WELL.
Very Poor customer service. Delivery person kept the bottles outside on ground floor and when we requested the customer service to deliver at our door step at 3rd floor, they just cut the call without listening to you properly. They already charge us while placing order so not responding to our call due to this. Very pathetic customer service.
Never rings doorbell to get my emptybottles. I worked for Nestlé for 12 yrs,Id ring the doorbell,If no one was home Id leave a note about the next delivery .Also I wanted to give a driver my emptyBottles as he was across the St. making a delivery.He said He cant take my emptyBottles..... I put them out on my RecycleDay thetown took them! What a waste!
Their service delivery has deteriorated significantly over the past month! My last three deliveries had to be rescheduled. The most recent delivery was rescheduled twice. The day it was supposed to be delivered, my wife and I were leaving for a weeks vacation. I was told the water would be delivered before 2:00 PM. When we left our house for our vacation, it hadn’t arrived. I then received an update that the delivery was delayed and be at our home before 6:00 PM. I had to make arrangements with a neighbor to come and bring the bottles into our home. She made two trips to our house at 4:00 PM and 7:30 PM and still no delivery, yet my account showed the status as being delivered. Horrible service!
Most pathetic services and the worst customer care servicesThey deliver bottles to some other locations and they will charge customers .Customer care wait is more than half an hour and when you tell them the problem, they will knowingly put you on hold / cancel your call and you have to wait again and again to reach them . They will simply take your money and provide worst services.Please beware of this company

Please dont waste your time with this company. The first delivery was great because I bought a water dispenser and 6 bottles. Second Delivery - they delivered the 5 gallons somewhere but not outside my apartment. The water was lost. I requested a Supervisor (2 hours wait) I explained the situation and told them that I chose them because they said they could delivered to the third floor ( I dont have elevators.) The Supervisor promised me that they will deliver the water and the gallons will be carry upstairs. This never happened, the water was left at the main door on the first floor. Anyone could take them and I have a terrible back!!! I mentioned this several times and they didnt care. Today 10/27 I supposed to get my delivery from 8:15 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. the driver called at 7:46 a.m. and ring the entrance door so early... omg and now here I am without water again! What happened to the delivery window? so I guess I am out of luck and they may come back or not. This is what the CR told me. This Company is a Joke!!!! Please dont get water from this place. I am shopping for another company today.
Im not sure what previous people are complaining about. My first time there every individual who worked there were very nice. Unloading of my truck wasnt any slower or faster than any other place Ive been to. No over night parking for deliveries. No bathroom or break room facilities.

Ever since they changed to Ready Refresh by Nestle I have had nothing but continuing problems. They charge you for things you did not order. They charge you for orders that they said were delivered but never were. Plan on making many phone calls and using up a lot of your time to resolve your issues. When I finally did get through to customer service many different times they“Yes you to death” and every single person I talked to say they will resolve my issueWELL THEY DIDN’T expect to make more phone calls and waste more of your time trying to fix things. For your own sanity please find another service to deliver your water!
I find the charge for shipments is slow, almost a month behind. The price got increases this year witbout notice. Received skipped orders and were charged. Customer service is very slow in respomdong

BEWARE this company is going out of business do not be fooled they have the highest turn over rate for a cdl job all employees are miserable the work is brutal the unit leaders do not care about you all they care about is turning a profit. My boyfriend quit this job because the pay is low and they do not like you even working 1 hour of overtime per day they will follow you on route and sneak up on you to see what your doing just to get documentation on file. BEWARE of unit leader name WAYNE he is very racist multiple employees went to Human resources (melissa & claudia) on him and nothing is ever done you will become a huge target if you speak up on any issues. if you are 5 mins late you will get what they call an occurance, after 8 your terminated. they make you go inside customers nasty filthy houses to setup water coolers and deliver water. They will do anything to satisfy the customer even if it means putting you in unsafe conditions trust me this is NOT a place you want to work especially if you have a cdl dont even think twice or you will be sorry.
Terrible company to work for. Business ethics are subpar. Nestles CEO is quoted as saying access to water should not be a public right. They dont handle emergencies in a correct manner.

The able bodied deliveryan of nestle came to the hunterdon county library on 10/17 at 12 oclock and promptl parked his truck so that he blocked 3 handicapped spots for handicapped people to park. he certainly was well able to walk and had no reason to park like that. he shoudl get a ticket. i think at the least he needs counseling on not blocking parking spaces for the handicapped. is he stupid? orlooking for a ticket?

#1 The pay is very low #2 employees do not matter only profit does #3 Management will change rules & policy on you quick including start times they do not care about the affect it has on your family as long as it makes them more money #4 horrible dirty routes you have to go inside nasty houses dog & cats attack you #5 be prepared to walk 50lbs of water each bottle up 3 flights of stairs if thats what the customer wants they will make you do it all for $19.50 an hour and they monitor you if you even get 2 hours of overtime
