The fruit is so delicious! Dana was awesome to work with; she was so pleasant. The chocolate covered apples, pineapples, and strawberries were so fresh! Yum, definitely recommend them. Thanks again.

I ordered an edible arrangement for my boss’s retirement party. I was supposed to pick up at 9:30am Monday and they called me at 9 to inform they can’t prepare it on time! Whoever was at the store and called me knows nothing about customer service! She was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I went in to pick it up she simply stole the platform box in-front of me and said “there” and left . It was a big bouquet and we struggled to carry it because she didn’t place it well. I don’t recall her name but I went to the one in Somerset and she was the only person at the store. Excellent ill mannered and should not be working at a shop like edible arrangement!Highly disappointed and will never order from there. Also going to let friends and family know not to go to that location.

Two of the chocolate-covered strawberries in the arrangement were not fresh and had to be thrown out. Otherwise, they were very delicious and beautiful.

Nice arrangement. Very expensive. The delivery was too far away so they made contact with a closer store and got it done.

It was a great Arrangement delivered on time.

I made the unfortunate mistake of using this company for a surprise birthday. I used them because the place it was being delivered to was literally right down the street from them. On the day of the delivery it approaches 11 am and i call them because it shown it wasnt delivered. They told me it was being prepared and the delivery would go out by 2:15. Okay no big deal even though they should send out there orders way earlier than that. I call at 2:30 because again, it was showing that it wasnt delivered. The lady on the phone told me that it was just delivered. Okay great so I call my SO an hour later only to find out she never got it. I told her to check with the admin office. Nothing. Im not buying $60 choclates because its Tuesday. Im buying them to surprise someone special in our lives and how much we mean to them. Im paying a $15 delivery fee to make sure its delivered and its not. Use this store if you want to waste your time and money and not having yiur items delivered. PS. This company used 3rd party Door Dash to delivery your product and they cant track orders.

Last Wednesday an arrangement was ordered from your Somerset, NJ location to be delivered to our family member today for his birthday. It was NEVER delivered. After numerous attempts to contact the Somerset store no one answered. We then called Corporate and after 10 calls someone finally answered. They wouldn’t do anything because they said the stores are privately owned. Let me tell you something EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS, YOUR NAME IS ON EVERY ORDER and you should stand behind your brand. Let’s see what the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Affairs think about this.Update: Dana, the manager said they will send the delivery the next day and they never did. Do not trust them

On top of the worst customer service imaginable, now this store’s word can not be trusted. When the order was not delivered, we made numerous attempts to contact the store. It wasn’t until we contacted Corporate and posted on social media that we were given a name and phone number to call. This was Dana’s story: She said the delivery went out, but the WIND caused the arrangement to fall out of the delivery person’a hand and he had to go back to the store, so a new one could be made. It was around 6pm when she said the second delivery went out. Meanwhile our relative had already left work. We asked why we were not contacted to explain the situation and why it was not delivered and she said that we were called which was untrue because we checked our phones and we never received a call. The customer service at this store is atrocious. Let me tell you what should have been done: a call or email explaining the situation should have been made, as the order was fully paid for and it was for someone’s birthday who by the way did not receive it at all on his birthday. Another thing that could have been done was for them to contact another Edible Arrangement and ask them if they could fulfill the order. Also, get your stories straight before lying to a customer, was it a power outage or did the WIND blow the arrangement out of the delivery person’s hand? You think a 12 count box makes up for the horrendous customer service and lies? I can tell you it didn’t. The least you could have done is deliver the original arrangement as we spoke about last night on the phone. You also need some customer service training if you plan to stay in business because this is not how you are supposed to treat customers. I hope you are going to lose future customers because of this. I know we will NEVER order from this store again and I hope others will follow. There are other stores in the Piscataway area such as Edison, Bridgewater, and Scotch Plains and I hope other customers will choose one of them.
