Had a wonderful experience with a birthday cake order for my son. Not only they did an amazing job with the custom picture (Minecraft), but also put up with my indecisiveness ☺️Of course, ice cream is delicious also.Not sure why people call it dirty. Have been going to this location for years and havent noticed anything out of the ordinary (sprinkles all over the place are expected at the end of a long and busy day).

I had an amazing experience here at this Carvel!! My server was Kesron or Kasron he was very tall, he was very quick and efficient with my order and made myself and my kids day brighter. I would definitely come back just for his service. I also noticed he was training another staff member and he was patient and showed her the correct way to do everything I was very impressed with my service.

Thank you so much for being so efficient and quick with the cake that was ordered to RWJ today! We had an impromptu baby shower for one of our nurses and it was perfect!

This location is extremely filthy. I have never walked into an establishment that was so dirty serving ice cream or even food. Some of the ice cream was freezer burnt, it appears that there is mold and mildew around the sides of the freezer. The counters were a mess, there was garbage visible on the floor and overflowing in the back of the register. This Carvel needs to be evaluated ASAP. I will never go there again for this reason. My child said the ice cream was good however, it does not seem to be clean at all which is disgusting.

Arrived at 940, so there’s 20 minutes until close. As soon I walk in, a guy comes up to me and says we put away everything except few flavors here, and we can’t make dashers or anything. THERES 20 MINUTES TO GO CLOSE!! LAZY! Horrible customer service and experience!! BUNCH OF LAZY TEENS AND AS SOON AS HES DONE SAYING HIM AND SOME OTHER GIRL ARE LAUGHING AS IF IM BLIND. They’re doing a great job for whoever runs this place. Keep up THE GREAT WORK!

The ice cream is always fresh. This location has been around for a long time. Worth the visit.

Awful. Went with my husband, ordered a large, this was my end result. Initially I was given my “large” in a broken waffle cone that wasn’t even 1/2 filled. Asked for a cup because cone was broken. The girl handed me a size M cup to which the ice cream I originally ordered did not even fill. I requested for the girl to please make me a new ice cream and her response “what it’s not enough ice cream for you?”. Now, I understand what a serving size is and at no time did I ask this server for her opinion on what one was. Another girl then walked up and said she would make it. She put ice cream in the cup instead this time which did not even reach the height of the edge of the cup. When my husband and I tried explaining the actual size of the large compared to the size I was given, girl 2’s response: “if I put more you wouldn’t have room for toppings”, something I didn’t order in the first place. Finally the photo below was what the girl gave me, only after saying “fine I’ll put it under the spout again, tell me when I put enough.” I honestly can’t believe this place is in business. They by the way still charged us over 12 dollars for two ice creams which weren’t even correct. Quality control and customer service at this place is seriously a necessary intervention.

9/23/2020 - My girlfriend and I had entered the store quite soon after two guests had left. The one girl who was working there had her mass completely off and quickly put it on while she was behind the counter. What we then noticed was that her mask was falling off below her nose for most of the time while making our order even though you have signs clearly posted that face coverings must cover the mouth and nose. We came in for three things. The first was supposed to be a milkshake, but the store was out of enough of the ice cream that my girlfriend wanted so instead she got a cup of vanilla and brownie bites which came out fine enough. I ordered a medium peanut butter milkshake which was vanilla soft serve, peanut butter sauce, and peanuts mixed in. Before I had realized, the guy working there started making a small and I saw that he was struggling with the peanut butter sauce container. I asked if there was enough to make the medium like I had asked and got nothing more than a no. So, I took my peanut butter milkshake which turned out to be more milk than shake and barely tasted like peanuts. If there wasnt enough peanut butter sauce to make even the small, he should have let me know before beginning to try to make something he couldnt even make. The last thing I ordered was a chocolate milkshake which the woman working was making. It began to overflow a little bit which was fine and she put it in a larger cup, but as she was trying to mix the remaining ice cream in her hand was strangely close to the top of the ice cream cup near the part of the machine that does the actual mixing. Neither of these employees were wearing gloves at any point during our time there. Lastly, right before we left, they forgot to give my girlfriend a spoon and brought us a plastic container filled with spoons and had us reach into the pile of spoons, probably touching more than a couple just to grab ours. It probably would have been more sanitary for them to actually reach in or properly stack the spoons in a way which is easy to grab. Usually good service, this was awful.

Love this place service is excellent. Theres something about the way Carvel Ice Cream tastes. Way better than any other soft serve ice cream chain. The creamy taste bring me back to my childhood and chocolate crunchies are not like any place else. We just got a birthday cake made from this location. You can really taste the freshness.

Had a birthday coupon, they wouldn’t accept it because I didn’t print it (I don’t have a printer). It doesn’t say anywhere in the email you have to print the coupon.

This place has gone from amazing to good to horrible. They should close. I have been going here for 40 plus years. The management should be ashamed. The place is dirty and or filthy. They eliminated inside seating and benches. the workers are lazy kids. they dont care. ask for a sundae they dont have butterscotch or caramel or hot fudge topping. lights are dim. looks like they are closed.

I have visited this place 2 times only, first time was a year ago, and I had the worst experience with the person in charge, who it turned out to be the owner of this place, his attitude towards me and my family who only wanted ice cream was just unacceptable!, second time I went there after a year and guess what, same thing owner seems to have issues and don’t know how to run a business since his customer service is just awful and disturbing! His name Charles! Be aware don’t come to this place unless you want to ruin your day!

I went in for one of the “Boss Carvel Shakes” the Choco-Peanut Butter-Cookie Dough to be exact! To start off the shake looks NOTHING like the store & website advertise or the young man made it extremely wrong!! To make matters WORSE! The shake comes with a cookie on top, the young man picked up the cookie out of the jar with his bare hands & proceeded to jam the cookie into the top of my shake!!! Mind you he NEVER washed his hands or at least used hand sanitizer!!! Does his place not supply gloves! On top of that another female associate was sweeping the floor when I walked in & proceeded to walk around the counter to make ice cream for other customers without washing her hands!!!This is completely unacceptable!!! Never again!!!

Well it was free ice cream day 4/21. and a fool knocked out me and my friends ice cream down and the lady in charge yelled at me and my friend saying well you cant get another one and yall cant keep on coming in here. and Im trying to figure out who is yall? because I only came in there once. Yall are lucky you even had service.. carvel is always empty
