Easy in and out. Helpful staff.

I find FedEx to be the WORST delivery service company. Our packages never arrive onetime, they are always several days or weeks late. And, when a delivery driver has a package to deliver, he sometimes does not even stop at my business address to see if anybody is there. He just assumes that theres nobody there and they keep driving and reports that my business was closed when in fact, it was open, I was there when I saw them drive by and not stopping. Also, delivery drivers never bother to leave a note on our door to let us know that a delivery attempt was made, they just keep driving without making a stop. How else are we supposed to know that delivery was attempted so we could, at least, go to the ship center and pick it up in person? From now on, Im going to demand my suppliers that they use another delivery service company or I wont. do business with them. If you care about your packages use another company.

Worse delivery service company in the county. Messed up both delivers from this year. One package they couldnt find and it showed up weeks later. Other package marked delivered then showed up 4 days later (gotta keep those delivery metrics low!) Drivers also speed and drive aggressively out of this facility. Use the post office!

Finally a FedEx shipping site in Santa Cruz that is nice, efficient and accurate. Do not go anywhere else. This place is the best.

FedEx lied about making an attempted delivery today. I was home awaiting an important delivery. FedEx did not come to my door, there were not restrictions on their ability to deliver. I now have to make a 2+ hour drive to pick up my package. Don’t use FedEx unless you want to deal with liars.

Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon to send off a letter and the customer service rep was great! Knowledgeable, friendly, and overall a very helpful individual.

FedEx did not even attempt to find my address before returning my Christmas gift to the sender all the way back in Ohio. They gave me one phone call after they had already loaded up my package for return. I checked all the time stamps afterward. I tried calling back to give them directions or possibly pick it up myself like UPS often does. No luck, no chance, no help!Today I have 2 packages to ship via FedEx Smartpost. The driver was unfamiliar with this service so she refused to take the packages even though I pointed out that they were printed from the FedEx website. I called customer service and then they lectured me that since I was not a scheduled pick up for today, the driver does not have to take them. Absolutely the worst customer service! She reveled in the fact that she was not obligated to take our packages. Customer service in Soquel was no help whatsoever.

I have a security gate. There is a big sign at the entrance telling everyone to push the button so I can let them in. Fedex is the ONLY delivery company that cant figure that out. If I have to pick up the package, I have to get someone with a car to drive me to the office, hire a cab, or push my wheelchair several miles up and down hills to get the package. It is a simple sign saying, push the button and dial 114 on the keypad. Nobody else seem to have a problem during the last 10 years.

Delivery personnel unreliable from this location - Its hit or miss with delivery from this team. Ill track a package thats out for delivery from home. The status will change: Customer not Available or Business Closed - Recommended action: Door tag will provide the time and address of the FedEx location where you may pick up your shipment, and also indicate if another delivery attempt will be made. No door tag is left and Im at home when this happens. It has happened three times this year. I dont know why it happens but its very annoying.

Parking lot had spaces although few and workers were helpful.

These folks were very nice but there is no record of a shipment that I paid for yesterday!

I got a call saying that they had a package that they had tried to deliver 3 times. I called them back and discovered the package had a different address on it. They would not deliver it to my house, so I went to their office to pick it up. The package had my name on it, but another address and phone number. The person at the front desk called me ONLY because my name was in their system, even though there was a different address and phone number on the package. The careless desk persons error cost me about an hour of my time.

Everytime I go in there, I end up leaving to go to officemax, because the poor clerk is swamped with demanding people all by themselves. They are always nice, and properly staffed it could be a nice place.

Fed ex has consistently failed to deliver my packages. they claim that they cant get into the building--but every other delivery company has managed to arrange this with the buildings management.

You have to really know where this place is to find it but its brand-new looking and theres never any fuss
