I had an emergency and needed some glass cut ASAP, Mr. Steve told me he would have it ready the next day at noon. I receive a call at 7:30 am of the next day and he tells me the glass is ready! Thank you for yalls help. Truly amazing.

Bad experience, poor communication, felt scammed. Got an estimate for a job for $475 (in retrospect should have gotten it in writing, but what legitimate business makes you ask for an estimate in writing). Final bill was over $600. No explanation or itemization on the invoice.Guys show up to the job over 2 hours late and didnt get a phone call until they were about 15 minutes out. Frustrating as I came in to work early to let them in. Being late also caused a greater disruption to business flow. Kept calling to get the work scheduled in the first place. Workmanship was C- at best. Called, no concessions, only explanation for over-charge was labor. Will not be doing business with them again.

Not only is Zachary incredibly rude, he also harasses women after being told REPEATEDLY to leave them alone. He gives unsolicited opinions about people’s bodies that have made me personally uncomfortable. I will never use the services from this business and I encourage you to look else where as well.
