They did a great job installing this for me in my 21 Buick Encore Gx! The stock speakers could not handle any bass and it needed to channeled somewhere that could. I was to afraid to try to install myself with the new touch screens and all that. They did a perfect job. Thank you all so much!

Needed a very old bose subwoofer to work again on an infinity fx45. They did a great job.

Best service anywhere in years. Called the day before I was planning on coming in. Answered the phone quick and was able to answer most of my questions before i came in. I went in with a budget in my mind it was literally half of what i thought it would be and got everything i needed. I had a vision what i wanted in my mind and the gal asked such good questions so i able to get what i needed at such a good price. I was able wait there with my kid they were so quick. The radio install was a surpise for my boyfriend he was so happy. Thank you guys i will definitely be back.

Was told my music would be done in one day, but it was more like 4 days. I was told one price but when I came to pick up my motorcycle the price was higher. Music played good for about 2 weeks and then it stopped . I called 3 weeks in a row to speak with Mike about the issue and each time its a different story so why he cant answer McCall or come to the phone nor has he returned any of my calls. Spent way too much money in this shop to be treated like this let alone referring other people to them that wants the same work done. Definitely will not use this place of business again nor will I refer anyone else.

Prices of install are amazing compared to competitors. They actually solder the wires together for the best connection. Most dont go that far in their installation. Id highly recommend them.

Incompetent crooks. I had remote start installed. I originally gave them 5 stars, but they completely messed up the electrical system in my truck. Ive had to have the key reprogrammed twice at the dealership since installation (not cheap) and at this point, the alarm goes off if I try to use the remote start. I called Stereo Specialists about the problem, stopped by twice, and even made an appointment, and they refuse to even look into the problem. The most the guy did was reach in and unplug the remote start box to prove the remote start wasnt the problem. I drove away with a door ajar light on and courtesy lights on in the cab of my truck. I plugged it back in myself when I got home to fix those problems. Stereo Specialists is just an incredibly awful business.

I was having trouble with my remotes for the door locks and alarm. I stopped in without an appointment thinking maybe I just needed new batteries in the remotes.Before I knew it the tech had my car in the bay to diagnose my problem. It wasnt long and he was finished and fixed the issue. Since I purchased the equipment there 2 years ago, they did not even charge me. Great service when they installed it and this time. Thank you!

I contacted Stereo Specialist about my Subwoofer and amp install I did myself. I was having problems with my Subwoofer getting too hot. Mike answered back quick. Same day he took a look at my set up. I end up buying a new amp and the correct gauge wiring from Stereo Specialist. Mike installed everything the same day. Everything looks very professional. Nice and neat. Only took a few hours. Very respectful. Im pleased with the outcome.

My aux in my car was broken and I went to Stereo Specialists to fix it. They explained all my options and helped me pick out the best radio for me. I don’t know anything about car radios but they broke down all the pricing (exactly what I was paying for), the differences of the various models, the warranty, and how it will fit in my car. I have been dreading fixing my radio and was very nervous about being scammed but got lucky with their honest and helpful service. If you’re someone who needs to trust the people working on your car this is definitely the place to go!

These guys do great work! Asked me a few times exactly how I wanted my wires ran for me to finish up at home really easy. Things that were wrong were brought to my attention for safety. Highly recommend for getting work done to your ride!

So I go here today in the afternoon to check and see if they can listen to my front passenger side door speaker. I was hearing a rattling noise when the bass was turned up or at halfway level and wanted to know if it was blown.The guy at the counter who assisted me said that they were a little busy and I would have to make an appointment for next week plus I would have to pay a $20 fee for them to take a listen to it.Whatttttt thats ridiculious!!!!!! I wouldve given them the business if indeed it was a blown speaker. Went to Best Buy right after and asked them the same thing as they had checked it out immediately and didnt even charge me. I will never ever come here again for my audio needs nor reccomend them either!

I am so unsatisfied with customer service. I asked for a simple car installation, and ended up with damage to all my wiring. The man who helped me refused to get manager. And no one helped me. My truck was then parked in a different parking lot. None of the employees helped.. Now im stuck paying for another audio store to complete the job that was never completed. Plus, damages. Im never going to this place again. And i would never refer anyone here either. I will be contacting my lawyer.

Will never go there as long as i live! By far the worst simple install work ive ever seen! My 5 year old could do a better job wiring up a simple indash! Place is a joke! A total and complete RIP-OFF!!!

Waste of time. They gave an estimate and I accepted. They wrote it on card and I made an appointment. When I came to the appointment a different guy was working and raised the price. This guy must have been RACIST cause as soon I walked through the door his look you new this is not going to be good and the way he talked to me was unbelievable.
