No longer with Verizon. Tried to cancel service in store but was told I had to cancel by phone. WHY???? They can set up service but not cancel?? Well they now lost 2 lines from me even tho it took almost 2 hours on hold! Goodbye Verizon!

I went to this location to return the Book S that I had purchased at a different location in my area, when I made the purchase I was told it could be returned within 14 days & would not be charged a restocking fee so long as the seal was not broken, which the product was still in the original shipping package. Dion refused to return the product without charging me a restocking fee. I went back to the location it was purchased and was told that Dion should not have refused my return and a restocking fee should not have been questioned. I am doing this review because I now have to wait an hour to return my Book S because Dion would not return it without charging me a restocking fee!! Thanks to you Dion 2 hours of my day have now been wasted! I will NOT return back to this location!

I am a manager of Verizons in Florida and i sent my aunt into this location to get some new iphones. The reps Dion and Tesla couldnt have been more helpful and i was very impressed with their professionalism and the way the handled my aunt. Gave them 1 star because 0 wasnt an option. Was told only 1 person from my family allowed in at a time with the exception of 1 of my minor children. Total BS. We had just been into a TCC ran store in Michigan City in which all 4 of us were allowed. No issue getting 6 lines of service but I guess we all have to come at different times and on different dates. I have done my last business with this store and have purchased a lot from them in the past. HORRIBLE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Always helpful very busy but usually they are quick to get to you and address your needs as quickly as possible. Highly recommended however understand that during holidays and new product push outs there is going to be a longer wait time.

I needed assistance with my prepaid Verizon phone and they helped. I didnt have to wait, but most times there is a wait. They sell the phones and accessories for contract Verizon service. Everyone is kind and helpful. There is handicap parking and handicap accessibility. There is a restroom. Your bill can be paid here by a machine or wait in line for a person.

Zac, the general manager for the Ireland Rd, South Bend location was at the store, His best answer when I requested assistance with a problem was good luck with that. He had no customer service knowledge. I ask for his Managers name and he refused to give it to me or offer to have him call me. He was not much help to a customer since 1998.

Have been a Verizon customer for years. Since living in the SB area, Ive used this location. The last visit, my partner and I went to buy new phones. Wasnt told the accurate pricing of our bill, and had several unexpected charges. Also, the staff is short and I always have to wait 20+ minutes just to have a question answered. I was very displeased by the last experience. The salesman was very high-pressure and despite me saying multiple times that I didnt want to buy a certain product. He also used several words that arent work-appropriate. I dont like to get people in trouble, but we ended up walking out feeling very offended. I had to call corporate to try to fix this stores mistakes. I understand that employees make commission, and I respect that. But when someone tells you no, they arent interested in something, dont try to force it.

Its nice that you get seen fairly quickly by a host/ess. You still have to wait in line most of the time to get what you need. If youre in a hurry just wait until you have more time. I will say that the employees are friendly and helpful so that is why they get the 4 stars. I do wish the phones werent so expensive. I wouldnt be surprised if they cost $.50 coming from China and they charge Americans $800.

The customer service is excellent as well as the options you have on merchandise. The store is bright and clean and I usually have a good experience every time I go. The only downfall to this location is the pressure I feel when making a purchase or going in for tech support. They ~always~ try to get me to buy way more than I want. They are very friendly, but persistent~

Ive been going here since they first opened. As time has gone on, their knowledge base and customer service has grown immensely and they are exactly what I have come to expect from a service store. They are knowledgable, courteous, and polite. The only issue I have is the wait times when they get busy. I could mark them off for it in the review, but thats not their problem. Setting up phones and contracts and Verizons system can be a mess (try navigating Verizons site for a customer support phone number). The customer service at this store are a good part of why I am still with Verizon. Plain and simple.

When I first joined verizon, the customer service was excellent, you could go to a location, and associates would be able to actively help you with your phone. Or order a new phone as well.Now, I normally buy my phone at Best Buy because they at least have someone there to help fix the phone or to help you troubleshoot.

They will not honor any form of tech/troubleshoot repairs. Horrible customer service after signing on a 2 year contract. They told me to download a tech repair app, which was also no help. Thanks Verizon

I live in Indianapolis but was in town for the holiday. Decided to just go into this store on Black Friday ( 11-24-18) my sales person was Ruben .1st- Ruben pushed the new cell.... Which would be for free, only carry was I had to change my number... Which Ive had since 1997!!!! So this is a solid no!2nd- He was pushing the accessories package ( charger, car charger, wireless charger, case). Which I did go ahead and purchase. Only after getting home did I realize that phone is not wireless compatible! Which Ruben... Surely must have known! And did not reveal to me. Now I would have purchased those things individually ( which would have been cheaper obviously without the wireless charger)!3rd- my family and I are on a family plan for years now. Myself, my sister (recently upgraded phone) each got charged a $30.00 upgrade fee. Ruben explained that this is access the board for all upgrades including other cell providers. Now here is my delimma with this. I myself have been with Verizon since they bought out ALL TELL (1997/1998) and my sister not long after I. Is there no taking care of you long term customers for our loyalty to Verizon?I am less than happy, as this upgrade by far was the most unpleasant to date. Most others were fairly easy, quick (as I spent a good hour hour and a half in the store.) And I spent more money than I actually had to!

I must offer my sincere apologies to the illustrious hourly wage-earning staff of Verizon Ireland road; I forgot that you were the Gurus of Time and Reason and that I had interrupted your erstwhile quests to cure cancer or bring about Jesus Second Coming when I so rudely and self-centeredly inconvenienced all of you by coming into your store several days ago at approximately 3 pm on a Tuesday, naively operating under the assumption someone might deign to help me without necessitating my pulling teeth to get the staff not only to stop ignoring me, but to actually greet me, only to be subsequently met with a barrage of condescending glares, eye-rolls, and scoffing, culminating with abject dismissal. I know its more fun to chat with all your coworkers in a huddle in a darkened corner of the store than to engage in customer service, and all seven of you must have simultaneously been on lunch. I really do make allowances for the fact South Bend is an International Cesspool of Dead Ends and Shattered Dreams, and I have even come to expect behavior ranging from gross incompetence to sheer indignation from a generous cross section of local commercial establishments, yet this was beyond the pale. Congratulations on setting a new standard in the milieux of unpleasant customer interactions. We dont do anything with those prepaid cards. Sorry. was the total sum of assistance I received after a 30 minute one way trip to get help with a prepaid Verizon phone. Thanks for nothing!

Rueben claimed I had to upgrade my iPhone 6 and 6 Plus by sprint 2019 or it wouldnt work at all, because 5G is coming. Upgraded me to iPhone 8 and 8 Plus. THIS IS FALSE. Verizon support confirmed iPhones will still work with 5G, theres no date for 5G, and no iPhones will support 5G anyway. Now Ive got to take these phones back and switch carriers.My past experiences with them were mediocre but efficient.

I have no problem with Verizon itself. Just one of the associates at this store. She is unbelievably rude!!! Every time Ive had to deal with her she has an attitude. Just like today. The Note 7 is on recall for blowing up while charging. I happen to have a Note 7. I went in to see if the replacements were in or when they would be. When I walked in unfortunately she was the one who approached me. I told her I had a quick question, presented my question and also asked when Id be able to exchange. She scoffed and said for what. I said well I want to make sure I have a phone that doesnt blow up. SHE LAUGHED and said we havent had that many reports so I proceeded to say hmmm like the one yesterday in Florida where his car caught fire completely from a Note 7. Rudely she said let me go find out. After she walked away another customer commented on how rude she was and yes I said she is like this every time. She comes out a few minutes later and instead of walking up to me she walks past and says the 21st and keeps walking. So I stop her again and ask if shes sure because Verizon said we only have until the 30th or were charged a restock fee. She said will they say the 21st if not you still have to the 30th and walked off. Everybody else in the store is wonderful, nice, helpful and knowledgeable. She is just downright rude! Management is the next step. I refuse to be treated that way when Im concerned about my phone blowing up and catching my house on fire like it has others, burning my hands like it has others or catching my car on fire like it has others. If the product safety commission released a statement saying to power down the phones and do not use them at all obviously it is a huge problem but according to her its funny.

My first time coming to this location and we arrived around 5:30 one evening. We were able to meet with someone the second we walked into the store. No waiting at all - AWESOME!We had a complicated situation and AJ, a sales associate at the store, was unbelievable. He was very knowledgable, friendly, and kept things moving as best he could. He even went to bat for us against the national Verizon contact that he ended up calling, investigating why my wife was not eligible for an upgrade.When all was said and done, it took a little bit longer than what I was hoping to get what we wanted accomplished but the store and most of all AJ deserve 5 stars.

Should have posted this a long time ago. Went into this location for a specific phone and was told by the young man that they no longer carried it and I should go to Walmart as they had it! Isnt that great customer service? Decided to go to the Mishawaka location and got exactly what I was looking for. Wont go back to this location again.
