The best place to get all your decorations and cosplay items

According to the website, store was supposed to be open until 6. They were closed when I arrived at 2. I drove an hour with 3 very excited teenagers only to find website was wrong! I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!!

My boyfriend, my daughter and myself decided to go look at costumes yesterday and I’ve never felt so awkward in a store. The employees there would just follow you around constantly making you feel like a criminal. My boyfriend kept being asked several times if he’s going to buy the mask he had in his hand . He paid for his mask and I got my stuff and paid for it but we were waiting up front for my daughter and as my daughter was checking out one of the women asked him if he paid for the mask he had in his hand.... that did it for me so I asked for a refund on the stuff I bought. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a store! Those people are so rude.

Terrible customer service. Complete RIP off I wonder how many other customers got burned. No wonder you cant review them on Facebook.
