Unfortunately Home City Ice is the only Ice delivery company locally so we are forced to use them. That is the only reason they have our business!!! this place is the most unprofessional terrible and rude company I have ever had to work with in my history of working with vendors. They are extremely rude, never give an eta and dont want to speak with us when we try to communicate. I had called 3 weeks ago and told them our ice was low and they never came and said I never called. We are now going to look at any possible option out there to get away from this company. Trust me you wont be happy, they just dont care.

The ice has become lousy. It used to come in nice big pieces, now its a bunch of little bitty pieces, much of it like crushed ice or smaller. I dont know why this change was made but, its certainly not for the better. It melts as soon as liquid is added and just waters the drink down. I hope you will go back to how it was made before. Until then Im going to have to quit buying it.
