Good pizza place that’s less than a half of a mile from my home. I have only became acquainted with this restaurant in the last year or two.My wife’s work treat their employees to lunch often, and on one day it was decided to try something different. Someone suggested Bourbon Street Pizza. My wife brought home some leftovers for me to try and I was impressed.Bourbon Street Pizza accommodated my wife’s employer by delivering outside of their normal range at no additional charge because of the amount of the order.They offer a variety of pizza options.They also offer a loyalty program. Earn one point for every dollar spent and receive a five dollar discount.The restaurant also offers chicken wings, pasta and salads. The wings and breadsticks are very good as well.The establishment is very clean looking and the food is very good. I have always gotten carry-out and have never dined inside. Seating appears to be limiting.They are definitely worth a try. I highly recommend.

First time going here. The pizza was ok, I think the red sauce on it was pretty plain, not really any seasoning to it, same with the cheesey breadsticks we ordered. The food was still cooked good and everything, just could have used more seasoning.Would recommend this place for takeout over dine in as there isnt much space for people, about five tables in total.I would come back, they had good service, and I want to try their Italian Beef out along with some other items on their menu.

I ordered from here and requested the chicken be cooked crispy. The man got a nasty attitude to when I told him the chicken was undercooked when clearly it is VERY MUSHY. This man was extremely rude about the situation telling me it wasn’t undercooked they had cooked it 3 times.

Since its opening, Bourbon Street of South Bend has really been growing in popularity. A few menu changes have occurred along the way, but nothing too dramatic. Still a great place to Dine in, Carry-out, or order for Delivery from. Prices are still fair and a great deal for a family meal. A second store is planned to open sometime later this year (2021) to help cover the Mishawaka area.

Their marinara is a little sweet for my taste but their food is wonderful. They have a huge menu with options for everyone. Good pricing, I can fill up on garlic knots for cheap 😂

Super busy but they get the job done. Very personable staff. As busy as they were, they still treated me like a person not a number.

Two stars because the sandwich was good… but I paid extra to get waffle fries with it and got maybe a quarter of a potato worth of fries. Nine total waffle fries to be exact. Two were bigger. The other seven were small-medium sized. Yes, I’m detailing the number of fries and being petty, because that’s how ridiculous the amount of fries that I got is. Waffle fries are cheap. McDonald’s pays ten cents a pound for their fries. Not a good reason to lose a customer over. Being cheap on waffle fries. Next..

Service was excellent and so was the food. I have had a variety of food there and it has always been excellent. You can tell they put pride in what they do.

Our 1st experience with Bourbon Street PizzaWe went in and ordered delivery (we had some errands to finish and it made sense). Everything arrived perfect and on time. Was not surprised by the quality, as we have heard rave reviews. All the good comments are correct! Price was great for quantity and taste was spot on

Ordered a pizza on line. The pizza delivered was incorrect. I called the store and the person that answered said the manager just left the store and to call back in 40 minutes. To which I said youre kidding right. Then he put Mike on the line and he said he will straighten it out and send us another pizza. However a few minutes later Mike called back and left a message that it was my fault in the way I ordered on line. He realizes the online ordering is a little confusing and he doesnt even understand it sometimes. And there would be no other pizza made and told me to have a nice day. We used to order pizza from there a lot however it sounds like they have enough business because they wont be getting anymore from us. Hey Bourbon street pizza if your online ordering is confusing to customers and managers perhaps you need to address that!!

Favorite is the bread sticks. Used to get them all the time from original restaurant in Bourbon. Got a great price for large pizza and bread sticks.

The first pizza that we ordered Id have to give it a five excellent flavor excellent texture the right amount of crunch of the crust everything five stars 555. But the last pizza I have to give it a three had no flavor did not like the sauce but that doesnt mean Im not going to continue ordering Im just going to try whatever you have and go back to what I like.

I am always happy to have pizza and the gem that is Bourbon St. Pizza does not disappoint. I am on Keto so its a hassle to eat out. I had to try it. The cauliflower crust pizza is AMAZING! 7 NET carbs for a beautiful 10inch pizza. The menu is amazing and freshly made in no time. I am so excited to try this and especially it being KETO friendly!

The pizza is very good, and for a very reasonable price! Highly recommend the chicken Margherita. The delivery speed is outstanding as well! I have ordered from them through DoorDash and directly through their website, and both are fast.

Nice new pizza place in South Bend. This fills important niche of takeout or carryout with fresh quality ingredients. This is a local-ish chain out of Bourbon with a few similar stores in the region. I ordered a supreme with extra bacon, flavor was top notch, if you like your pizza crispy you can ask for it cooked more - I will do that next time because I found the standard crust to be a bit floppy but flavorful.

Pizza here is great! They have great specials and everybody here is friendly and nice, Brian helped me out and he was the best, would definitely recommend!

I ASK FOR IT TO BE REMADE AND BROUGHT BACK. Delicious pizza (BBQ Chicken & Bacon) good house salad, and a nice garlic butter sauce.I would have given it 5 stars if it had not been like eating inside a refrigerator. But if you live in the delivery zone you can avoid that.

Excellent pizzas. My kids took a bite and said “this tastes like a pizza in a real restaurant.” Hands down this is now the best takeout in the area. The ingredients are fresh and delicious. Online ordering is very easy and the pizzas were ready right when I arrived on time for pickup (delivery available too).

I would highly recommend that no one order from here again. To easy to get food poisoning. Iv seen a lot of reviews highlights how fast the pizzas come. Have you ever thought why? Its because they dont cook the food all the way. I had this problem many many times even when I asked for well done. While you can see this in many foods its the most apparent in then hand tossed pizza, garlic knots and most of all the tater tots are so under done all the time they are almost unedible. Most of the staff is super nice like Co owners mark the head driver matt or the in store person Josh where nothing but amazing but many of the other staff feel under trained .

We got the margherita pizza before and it was topped with loads of fresh basil and plenty of mozzarella. Today we got it again expecting the same experience. The basil was put on BEFORE they put it in the oven, making the basil burnt to a crisp, and theres barely any on it. And there is hardly any cheese on it compared to last time. Still tastes ok, but work on keeping things consistent

Normally I enjoy Bourbon St Pizza very much! Always get the 5 meat specialty pie. Today was no exception.Actually not true. There was an exception and it was the very poor product I received. Supposed to be 5 meat toppings. About all I could see or taste was the pepperoni and sausage. The others were either left off the pizza or completely disappeared when it was cooked. I expect more from Bourbon St Pizza and my expectations are usually met. Just not today. They let me down today.

Spent 3 nights in South Bend moving my daughter back to college & we ended up ordering from Bourbon St Pizza twice! Pizza, Caesar Salad, Calzone and their Spicy Cheese Sauce were all amazing. Delivery was super quick &directly to our room. Plus, the employers were all very helpful and nice. Only regret is that we didnt find this place until she was a Senior 🙄

The convenient location, easy online ordering interface, speed of service, friendly staff, diversity of options, quality of ingredients, and overall value make this place a STAPLE for our family. Once a week, we get a thin crispy crust cold-top chicken bacon ranch, and it is positively delightful.The nacho cheese sauce is epic, and the hidden gems are the garlic toast with cheese, breadsticks, and cheese sticks. Cant miss with any of them.

I hate to write a bad review but I have to in this case. My husband and I ordered a large 2 topping pizza which was on special for $8.99. We chose the thin crust. We left immediately to pick up and we dont live far. When we opened the box, we couldnt believe our eyes. The crust was burnt, not just a little bit, but very dark brown. The toppings and cheese were cold like it had sat there under the lights for a long time. By this time, it was not possible for us to get back in the car and return the burnt cold pizza. Unfortunately, this will be the first and only visit to Bourbon Street Pizza.

It was just O.K. I thought it would be better than it was. Got large pepperoni and mushroom. Crust was soft, but the pizza didn’t have much flavor.Breadsticks were the same. They were soft and looked good but not much flavor. The marinara was kind of weird too. Chunky and tasted different than I expected.Overall, just o.k. Not good not bad.

Pizza looks very good at first glance and I took a look at the reviews and got excited. Ordered delivery and to my surprise the pizza was really not good at all. Very rubbery - the cheese bread was made with same cheese they use on the pizza but the bread was somehow even worse. Got the delivery in 20 minutes and it still tasted very old and lukewarm. Cant believe this place has so many high reviews. The best thing about my order was the Grandioso store bought garlic cup.

Did a online order, Dec 29th, it said be there at 6:37. Got there in time, the order wasnt even in the oven. Manager was very rude.!!!. Wouldnt give us a discount or a beverage. Nothing. Very dissatisfied.!!!. Looks like they need training.!!. Customers make there job.!! 😠

Great place! The Low Carb Pizza was DELICIOUS. we got ours with garlic butter in place of the sauce. I cant wait to move our shop closer to the area. To all my Keto Low Carb people and craving a pizza, come to Bourbon St Pizza and ask for the Low carb crust. Only 6-7 grams net carb for a whole 10 in pie.

Service is quick, pizza crust is great, pizza always hot, staff is attentive to order and service. If you like pizza give yourself the opportunity to compare with your current pizza vendor, you may switch!

Well well well, a new pizza place. I always love to try a new pizza.Turns out not to be big competition for the best pizzas in town.To be honest, it actually tastes EXACTLY like Papa Johns of all things. Depending on how you feel that may not be a bad thing! The crust has a conditioned taste, and doesnt have any of the crisp you would get from a pizzeria. Even down to the flavor of the sauce and cheese... even to the garlic sauce they include with the pizza; its very PJs.Also, I ordered some spicy waffle fries, although great in concept, were soggy when I picked them up. I got there soon after I ordered so they couldnt of been freshly fried.However, there are some pros to this establishment. The people working here are very nice and the price point is actually perfect.If for some reason you like the taste of Papa Johns but dont want to give them your money Id try this place.

Pizza is actually very good but the pasta lacks a lot of flavor and seasoning. Also, the boneless wings came drizzled with sauce and messy. Not overly impressed but for a quick pizza order, this is a good pizza spot. I also give them props for having cauliflower crust.

The guy who took my order on the phone was extremely nice and easy to go through. However, our order must have been last on the delivery guy’s trip because our pizza is hardly above room temp. It’s like it’s been sitting out for a bit. Very disappointed, because it wasn’t cheap and I’m sure it would have been really good. The salad was fresh and the brownie was still hot, but the pizza and breadsticks were lukewarm at best. Probably will try a different joint next time.

Whenever I come home to South Bend I always stop by Bourbon Street to get no less than two pizzas so that I have plenty to eat while I’m there and to bring back to New York with me. The fact that I bring it back to New York that is supposed to have such great pizza tells you how good it is.

Highly satisfying! I have lived in S. Bend for years and wanted a taco pizza that tasted amazing. This is just the place for it. I am so glad it is just down the road. Tastes better than the national pizza chain I get it from back home. The breadsticks are amazing and better than some other other competitors.

Tried the pizza last night for the first time it was great. Someone left a coupon on our door we didnt know it was there We are glad we tried it it was the best pizza we have had in a while also loved the breadsticks.it is our go to pizza stop from now on.We want to try everything on the menu.

Honestly this is a four-star pizza-- very good, though not mind-blowing-- but I just have to bump them up to five stars because the prices are so great. Their prices are comparable to a place like Pizza Hut, but here you get a MUCH better product. Ive tried a lot of locally-owned pizza places in the area and I usually pay quite a bit for food that is just meh. This is NOT one of those places. As if the base prices werent good enough, they also seem to have a lot of specials and coupons as well; last time I went I got like $4.00 off my order, which amounted to a ~25% discount.Gone a couple times now and the service is great too, consistently friendly and helpful staff. Do be aware they dont really have much of a dining room setup, so youre better off taking your food home (I would typically do that anyway, but just dont go in thinking of it as a sit-down pizza place). Really my only complaint is this: I have no idea what makes this place Bourbon St in any way. Theres nothing New Orleans-ian about the decor or the menu, so Im not sure what the story is. Is there another famous Bourbon Street I dont know about?But honestly, the branding doesnt matter. This place just has great pizza at a better-than-reasonable price, and I will absolutely be ordering again soon.
