If you have the opportunity to work with Annette, do it!!! She did everything for us design, budget planning and we couldn’t be more happier. She did an amazing job!!

Absolutely terrible company and Jason is awful. He ordered the wrong countertops and tried to blame us. When he finally realized the Kitchen World made the error, it was no apology just excuses. We were never given the opportunity to go to the fabricator until after the wrong material showed up for install. Once we did go to their facility in Milton to look at the slabs we ended up picking a different one, which just happenend to be cheaper than the original pick that was never ordered. Jason sent us the final bill, still quoting thr more expensive product. Had I not been paying attention to the invoice I would have paid KW an extra $1600. When I asked Jason he acted like he disnt know the costs of the material. Our one week time frame from KW turned into seven weeks without sinks and countertops. Never an apology or gesture to make things right.

Jason was great! He listened to everything we had to say and recommended based on our needs and budget. He never tried to up sell us, just gave us his honest opinion on how to meet our cabinet needs. When there was an opportunity to change our original vision to add functionality to the cabinet layout he called us promptly and offered his expertise, which we took him up on! It was a pleasure working with him and we cant wait to receive our cabinet and counter top in a couple weeks!

The worst experience we’ve had in years of remodeling! The counter delivered was nothing like the sample and the only answer was you can’t buy off a sample and you could have chosen your piece. But choosing our piece was never offered to us! And, of course, the salesman Chad, said he did. So here we are with a patterned piece of stone which is mostly black and void of any pattern and a company unwilling to do anything to remedy it. The bad review is not worth the idea that you could replace the stone and have a happy customer. Bad business.

I Delivered here and the 2 gentleman on the dock couldnt have been more friendly and helpful! If your delivering here they go home at 3pm so if you want you can back in and park for the night but call them to give them a heads up.. Its a very tight place to get into and that includes the industrial park as well. When you arrive make a right on commerce st and just loop it around so you can get the dock on the drivers side..

Chad was so helpful in the store and made our bath vanities, sink tops, medicine cabinets, kitchen counter top & knob decisions so easy. We told him our thoughts, and he pointed us in just the right direction. Adam and Travis were very timely, professional, friendly and respectful of our home on both the day they did the counter top templates and the actual install. Beautiful quality merchandise served with a smile! We highly recommend Kitchen World for your kitchen or bath renovations.

Excellent customer service and products! We built a home with Sheppard construction and used them for our cabinets. There was a small issue almost 2 years later and they went way out of their way to fix everything and went far and beyond. As a Google guide I highly recommend them to anyone who has a project!

Kitchen World helped us design our kitchen and bathrooms and were so happy with the results. Our cabinets are solid, but werent too expensive and Mark helped us navigate the many choices of countertop options.

Great help getting my new kitchen design right, lots of good recommendations on how to make it work well. Pricing as good or better than the big box stores and better quality.

Seems like they treat contractors different than individuals. My in-laws are trying to get their kitchen remodel done but it’s been nightmare after nightmare. They started working with them in September and now it won’t be done in time for Christmas. Many measuring errors, wrong cabinets ordered have cost my in-laws hundreds of dollars extra by repeat visits by the install team. I feel bad for them and frustrated with kitchen world. At no point have they been apologetic either.

I chose to bring my business elsewhere when Annette behaved as if waiting on me was a huge imposition.
