My wife and I purchased products for are Master bathroom renovations from The Ultimate Bath Store. Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.The fact that they would store the material in there warehouse and delivered that products as we need it was excellent. We will be doing are next project with Dan and the group at Ultimate Bath store

The sales did not even acknowledge that we were there. We realized he was with another customer, but he didn’t even stop for 20 seconds to say “hello and I’ll be with you as soon as I can.” We are renovating a bathroom, but will take our business elsewhere.The manager has since called me and we had a nice conversation. He was as disappointed as I was and asked me to call him next time I was heading over there so he could make sure it ddi not happen again. This is why I changed my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Great follow up on his part.
