Im owner operator and I was broke dont eletric fault my truck . Call first company TDI just rip my money off then I call the dealer crooks over $1200 just for wast time. Well contact darco he talk as friend and guide to fix issues in my truck. Also had good deal local hotel and offer shuttle to it for free. The mechanics guy thans. Im back on the road and have the tool to feed my family. FYI dont exited call him first

Darko and his team are amazing. We were on a five week long trip when we started having engine issues with our RV. We stopped for repairs in Ohio- at a dealership. They performed work and told us all was good. We continued our trip but we still had the same problem plus more. When we arrived in Burlington we looked for a skilled shop with a good reputation. After reading the prior posts about what an honest and reliable man Darko is- we felt good about contacting him for help.He went out of his way to work us into the schedule. Without going into too much detail we can say Darko fixed the mistake of the dealership and followed up with them - without involvement from us. We really appreciated how he went above and beyond for us. We can say without a doubt this is a man you can trust. We can’t thank him enough for everything he did to help us continue our trip.

Elite Auto helped me jump my battery so quickly and then provided honest, fast, and friendly service at their shop - they quickly replaced my battery and did a check on other parts of my car. They arrived within 15 minutes of me calling for a jump. The owner was very honest and up front about prices. Usually dealing with car stuff is a headache but elite auto made it really easy! I would highly recommend Elite Service center! We had an issue with our school bus, and the owner came to look at it right away. He diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately on site, and we did not need to have it towed to the service center. He was highly professional, friendly and knowledgeable!

Cant recommend Elite Auto & Truck Service enough. Arrived from a long flight at the Burlington Airport to a dead car battery. It was after business hours when I called. Darko the owner answered my call right away and said he would be there in 15 minutes and he showed up in 15 minutes!! He went above and beyond to help get our doors open and get the battery charged. After also realizing our FOB battery was dead he went back to his shop, replaced the battery and brought it back to the airport. Darkos customer service is beyond excellent! The whole time he was helping us he was always smiling and chatting with us. I give Elite 10 ⭐️ review. Honest, reliable and goes above and beyond. Even texted me later to make sure we made it home ok. There needs to be more Darkos in this world for customer care.

Darko is a very knowledgeable Semi Truck mechanic. He fixed my ABS problem on my 2019 Freightliner Cascadia and on my reefer trailer very quickly. And he also found a coolant leak I could not find. He ordered an upgraded Stainless steel line to replace the plastic one that was factory installed.

While having to call for towing services is never a fun experience I have to say the customer service provided was fantastic! Elite Towing was affordable, timely, and above all they made sure that myself and my vehicle made it safely into the shop after my brake system failed. If you find yourself in the area needing a tow I would highly recommend calling these folks first.

I had an excellent experience! Darko towed my car and took a look at it when it broke down. He was very honest, explained everything, and it was fixed in just 2-3 hours! Later on in the year when I was having car trouble again, he offered to take a look at it right away and didnt even charge me for his time!

Elite service came to the rescue. They were very honest and reliable. They helped us get back rolling and was able to troubleshoot our issue.

Outstanding service. I had a leaking gas container in the summer and was stuck with worries about personal and property damage if I was not able to get rid of it in 90° heat. One phone call at 10:30pm and less than 20 minutes later they were in the parking lot taking care of it. When my car wouldn’t start at 1030pm, and my insurance company gave me misinformation about my coverage, I called Elite. The owner answered the phone and asked me a little about the situation, what the car was doing, and what I had already tried. His tow truck was not available and out of town. He came himself and told me if he couldn’t get it started he wouldn’t charge me anything! He was able to start it, the price was extremely reasonable, and he was a very nice guy! I’m always weary of mechanics, for obvious reasons, but this guy was very friendly! He explained what the possible problems were and said he would run a diagnostic free of charge if I called his shop the next day! Great service! Thanks for helping out so late at night, and being friendly and reasonably priced!

Darko and Elite towing saved the day. They were right on time when they said they would arrive and it was so quick and easy. Darko and his guys were great, they helped me get my truck repaired when I broke down and got me back on the road. Darko answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon and gave me great advice and provided me a place where I could park my truck until Monday when they could work on it. When Monday rolled around, they were able to make my truck a priority, even though they were slammed with other work. After finally diagnosing the problem they get me on the road. While I was there I saw Darko and staff help numerous other truckers get their maintenance done and get back on the road too. Very happy with Elite Truck repair. If you know how it goes at repair shops, you’ll be pleased with this place!

After my car broke down on interstate i called Elite Towing. They showed up in less than 30 min. Driver was very friendly, polite and professional. Driver brought my car to their shop in So. Burlington and fixed the belt right away ( my belt broke) . I was on my way in next hour. Price was amazing. Thank you Elite for making my day. Incredible Service. Far and away the most pleasant experience Ive had with a tow company. Honest and accurate time frames given. The owner was nice enough to come and handle the situation personally since my car was not in the easiest spot to retrieve. As much as I would like to avoid another instance of needing a tow truck, these guys will be the only company I call.

Being an insurance agent I hear all of the time the horror stories of bringing cars to shops. But, I cant rave enough about the man and his wife that own this business. They took me in on a sunday after buying a car from a dealership, where I immediately noticed an awful smell. It was impossible to find anyone to take me in, which is how I found this wonderful gem. Darko, was quick to pop the hood of my car and figure out what the smell was. He got underneath the car and found an oil leak. Before I knew it he was calling the dealer who sold me the car hadnt told me of an oil leak. He proceeded to guide me on how to deal with the situation and to call him if there was absolutely any issue. This will always be my number one place to go for my car needs. And my number one place to tell my clients about if they need something. Him and his wife were absolutely delightful to talk to and helped me look up several things to protect me from getting screwed over from the person who sold me the car. He even went as far as taking photos of the issues and documenting them himself in case I wasnt being taken seriously from the dealer. I will never go anywhere else for my business ever again. He clearly takes pride in his work, and cares for the community and people that come to him.

My starter is beginning to fail on my 10 year old Civic and he came out personally to jump it on a Sunday morning. This was huge because I needed to be back in New Hampshire that very day and without him, I would have had to leave my car in VT to get it fixed, get a rental for the week and have to trek back up the following weekend just to pick it up again.He really saved the day. I usually have had pretty bad experiences with towing services in the past, and this was clearly above anything I had ever experienced before. Realistic times given with good communication (got there before expected anyway as an added bonus), knowledgeable about cars, and was even able to get me running without having to tow. He even gave me advice about what I can do for the car and what I should do in the future. I cannot be thankful enough for the service!

Darko arrived immediately on a Sunday to jump start my vehicle, which was inaccessible by second car with cables. He was able to rule out a faulty alternator and replaced the hopeless battery. He messaged me on Sunday at 4pm saying I had until Monday at noon to pick my car and car dollie up or he would start charging $150 per day storage and I need an appointment. I reply asking for an appointment time conveniently he says Tuesday between 10&2. Need I say more??
