Im so upset with this place.Paid $135 for Def Jam fight for NY for the PS2. Little did we know, the case it came in was a fake. Someone printed the label and stuck it in the case. Along with no manual. Wish I could get my money back. This is just so cruel. What a rip off. They took my money. There is no way I would pay that much for just a loose disc. When on ebay loose disc runs from $40-$80. Such a waste of money.

It is halfway decent here. I got to play some Mario 3 for a little while which was super nice.

This is a great place to get together with new people and game. They have free nights, as well as tournaments. Their selection of video games and card games in the store is quite large. Some of their stuff is a little overpriced, but it is still a fun place to visit.

One of the best gaming places in Vermont it is good for looking a game you want like GameCube,ps2 wii and Xbox 360 and ect and if you like card games and board games and movies you were like this place a lot and I highly recommend if you live in Vermont and I am a huge video gamer and I am very happy with the people who help me trying to find the games I want and they try to help people find what they want which I really like about this store and I highly recommend it if you are a video gamer,card gamer and board gamer or gameing accessories or just want to have fun and hang out this is a place for you

Great experience with used games that had playability issues. Father of 2 young kiddos (8 and 10). We go to get magic decks, single cards and used PS3 games2 used games did not have full playability ( both started and got to main menus - froze upon gameplay: Tony hawk or skater and dynasty warriors - so OLDER discs). 15$ for the two and upon calling them to report the issues they handled it in a professional manner. Stated they have options if I’m able to bring back - they buffed, and tested and encountered the same issue. I was able to swap out the 2 having issues with other used titles. SSX baby!Returning the games was a baseline expectation and the team members handled the issue with poise and a smile. I felt like I had just made a 200$ transaction that they were rectifying. Will be back!!

Great place for all the reto and special kinda stuff like animes and cards. I love to spend an hour or more just looking at stuff that brings back memories. My kids enjoy it too because they have a little or alot of everything. You can also sell things to them your not using so that others can enjoy it. Not to mention they have the best food in the mall also.

They had really nice stuff, but some things were priced way over what they shouldve been. Original Gameboy tetris that had yellow stains on the cartridge; that game came with every Gameboy and is available everywhere, but even with the defects their version had, it was still ten dollars.

Great place to shop for gamer gear. The people that work there are absolutely wonderful take the time to get to know their customers and arent a rush to get them out of the shop.

Matt and will are absolutely fantastic. I have never had a bad experience in the store and I dont believe I ever will. Will and Matt are extremely respectful and have always been honest and helpful. From vintage to new, games to movies they have such a cool collection its hard not to buy something every time! They also accept trade ins and do appraisals on request. Weve always had walk in welcome but never hurts to ask if theyre too busy.

They have 3 classic arcade games set up for you to play and sell systems and games going back to the original Atari. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, as well as knowledgeable in all they sell (which is all games ranging from classic pen and paper RPGs and card games all the way up to the most recent video games)!! This is an amazing place for vintage video (and some tabletop) games. They sell and repair old consoles, as far back as GameCube, Sega Genesis, and PS 1. They also sell used video games and very cool vintage gaming items (posters, backpacks, plushies, etc.) at reasonable prices. Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, and other trading cards available as well. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and will explain as much as you want to hear, but will not bother you if you just want to look around. It is a big space with plenty to see!

They have some really neat and nostalgic inventory, and they have a much better store space now but the employees have unfortunately maintained a condescending and impatient attitude. These stores are a dying breed, and its a shame that visiting it is seemingly a bother for the employees and an even more lackluster experience for the consumer.

This place is awesome! I stopped in with my wife and daughter, the manager gave me a VR demo and I wanted to stay for hours, my wife had to drag me out of there. Prices are super reasonable! People were really nice and fun, I want to go back!

So nice to have a local Play N Trade again since Hollywood Video closed down shop a few years ago. The selection and prices here are okay (they are paying mall rent after all) and the staff is great and always down to chat games. Great shop with all things gaming from Atari to current.

I have taken my 11 year old child there several times. My little guy has some special needs, and loves video games. Jamie was always kind and considerate with him. He took the time to make sure he was successful in whatever game he was playing. I decided to get a membership! Very pleased with the service there. I was very lucky to be at a party where Jamie was sharing his amazing VR equipment and was grateful his welcoming demeanor. My kids who are shy to new things finally took to it and didnt want to stop playing on the virtual roller coaster! My kids are 5 and 8. Even the adults were having fun. I would highly recommend visiting!

When I went there the guy behind the desk was quiet condescending and rude (mike)... Im not militant on service either I dont have high expectations, but he seemed really annoyed when I talked with him, the environment and setup is cool. The owner has good taste, hopefully the next time I go someone more friendly is there.

This is a great idea, and I love the name, but the execution is not great. The space is dirty and unorganized, very small. The prices on the games are decent, but the games are mostly really common, unwanted games. The consoles are overpriced however, and theyre all the same price, regardless of condition.The guy who greeted me was a little too pushy with people entering and kept ignoring a question I had been trying to ask. So all in all, this is a great idea, but it needs some serious work.

Very friendly environment. Even though I popped in for a short visit on my way through I was more than just blown away! Seeing a location like this shows just how much the gaming community has grown even to a lower density of population to make this possible. Funny enough as a casual live streamer they were familiar with who I was which is also great because it shows just how in depth the employees really are with the community. Went here for the first time today and had an incredibly awesome experience. They cater to a lot of gaming interests, from LAN PC gaming, to VR, and most importantly TCGs. I am very new to playing MTG, and went there to pick up some singles for my commander deck. First of all, they have a solid collection. When I was there they offered fantastic deals on the cards. Second, they were looking for more people to do a draft, and ended up giving me an awesome deal if I joined in. I basically bought the singles I wanted and got to do the draft for free!! This was my first time ever drafting so I was a little hesitant, but everybody there was helpful and encouraging. It was a blast. Both Mike and Jamie are super friendly and I had a great time playing with them. I highly recommend coming here, for veterans and new comers alike. Great atmosphere, and seriously, the deals they gave me were so good #valuetown

Empty, unwelcoming and unfinished interior that looks like it was thrown together in a weekend with a few 8 tables and folding chairs. LAN parties and in-person gaming havent had enough time to go retro yet. I mean best of luck with it all but I dont see myself ever going here unless its to show a friend from out of town that such a place actually exists in a market this small.

Wow, awesome experience! They take you through the whole VR (virtual reality) process, so you can just have fun. I am someone who has gamed a lot, and I was with a person who does not, and we both had a great time.

We were there for the retro video games and they had a LOT. This place is tucked away in a mall but worth the detour if youre looking for NES, SNES, Genesis, PS1, etc.

Had a great time while visiting from Ohio, Mike was the most energetic TCG sales person And is very friendly and honest.

Went there for the first time yesterday. That was my first experience with VR, even if I was already a fan of it because of of youtube videos and etc.. The owner of the store was so nice and respectfull. He took the time to show the difference between the oculus rift and the HTC Vive. I tried to go buy some cards here and they had the gate closed during business hours. They told me they were having a tournament and to come back in an hour. Came back an hour and fifteen minutes later, the gate is still closed and they tell me it will be at least another half-hour, with no excuse given except Were still looking at our cards. Terrible service, you dont treat paying customers like that, or potential ones either.
