I cant say enough positive things about my experience here yesterday! They quickly and painlessly provided me with equipment I needed and made the billing simple. They educated me on what I needed and were very friendly.I needed parts for my CPAP, and they had it ready for me by the time I arrived. Even better, they provided new filters, tubes, etc. I needed a prescription from my primary care (easy) and they contacted the Vermont Medical Sleep Disorders Center in Essex and got my sleep study. With these two documents, The Medical Store will bill my insurance provider.If you need CPAP parts, there is no one better than The Medical Store. If you have a CPAP and dont ever replace your filters and masks, call The Medical Store. I believe that there are many of us in the Essex area that havent been properly educated on what we should be doing to keep our CPAP devices in order, and The Medical Store can help!

I like this place better then keene medical i did go to keen when my other neb broke and this store didnt help me but i decided i want to find more vemront base company to do busines with. small mom pops stores.

Compassionate, Patient and Efficient!!They have worked tirelessly on my fathers behalf! Within a couple of days working with them (including weekend) they got done what several others could not! I am supremely happy with all wonderful ladies that work at The Medical Store. I was visiting from Chicago and my c-pap broke. Not only did I feel horrible but my family was unable to sleep. I called many other sleep study facilities and no one would help because I was not their patient. So I rolled the dice and entered The Medical Store on Airport Parkway. I was greeted with a warm smile and the entire staff was willing to provide a solution to my broken c-pap. I just want to say thank you for your efforts, expertise and laughs. Keep on doing what you are doing.

I have not experienced good service with this company because they say they will call you back the next day or even later that day and they never dont. I had to call them back every single time. I had ordered two items and since they didnt work out, I was trying to get my money back and they are saying they cant give me my money back.

Very frustrating place with which to deal. Marlo was great at first then she didnt return my calls. She finally called me back after months and explained how their system has changed and someone will be available for me when needed. Then she didnt return my calls again. Finally hooked up with Connie; she seemed really good. Fit me with a wonderful new mask but when I got home it didnt connect to my tubing. Very frustrating to deal with them.

My experience with the store has been very positive. Everyone has been very helpful, and Marlo, who is the person who works with people who need C Pap machines, was just great. Bubbly, but very professional and knowledgeable. Every question I have had has been answered promptly and pleasantly.

Inconsistent service, I wish I could rate the staff on an individual basis because when I deal with Monica I get above and beyond service (5 stars) but when dealing with her colleague I get treated like yesterdays trash. Unfortunately this will be the last time you receive my business because there are too many other places to go where I can get what I need without dealing with a miserable representive.

At first my experience with them was horrible, it took forever to get my equipment and to even get an appointment to get measured for the equipment. Then I found they did not properly measure me and I ended up with the wrong size. Things have improved, although it is primarily because now I only have to deal with them when I order supplies. However on my last order they sent me the wrong size again! I am pretty sure the reason for the ineptitude is due to understaffing and the company not wanting to hire enough people to do the job correctly and also I question the qualifications of some staff.

Have called 4 to 5 times trying to find out the status of my prescription for a cpap. Left voicemails with a Constance. Nothing no call back or anything. 4 weeks has passed since the prescription was sent in. I already have insurance approval for 3 weeks so far. As far as i can tell i chose the wrong supplier for this machine as this company seems to not care that this is peoples health they are messing with. Poor buisness practice in my opinion, especially for a medical supply.

I have bought many items over the past 10+ years from dressing supplies to scooters. If you have any issues with the items bought don’t plan on them to help you. Once bought items are yours and NO returns or exchanges.
