When here to get a few specific things, they only had a few of them.The people in the bakery were super nice, and very helpful.I was going to get some king Hawaiian rolls, but they were completely out.They were also out of vanilla coke, No big deal unless two things, as I can get them elsewhere.What really annoyed me was while I was in line to check out, a Publix employee blatantly jumped in front of me and the two people behind me.I politely told her that she jumped in front of us, to which she looked at me with a backwards glance and said its my break.The cashier oversaw the whole thing, made eye contact with me and just kind of shrugged her shoulders.Not exactly the super friendly customer atmosphere that they make it out to be.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Had a sale on Morningstar products but were out of the breakfast sausages. Not a big deal since it prompted me to try other products. Lots of Gatorade zero products / 32 oz, except the one I like (lemon lime) which helps at the gym. Sign up online and become a member. Happily surprised I received a discount on today’s purchase. 🙏🏽

Its a friendly atmosphere but disturbing to see that most of the customers and employees were NOT wearing masks. Every state has an increase in cases! Take the initiative Publix and do what is right. Dont wait for your governor or the CDC to direct you. Peoples lives are at risk!!!

Another example of the Publix in S. Daytona. Bad pickles that were literally just pulled to the front. The date was good but the pickles were rotten. Always check the dates at this one.

The reason this store did not receive a 5 star rating from me is,,, they took the lobster tank out,,, you cant even find a can of lobster meat anymore. Yes they were 20 dollars a can but I can make 2 beautiful sandwiches with that . Ten dollars for a real lobster sandwich is not bad . Lets talk about their employees,,,, they are the best . Kind, knowledgeable and helpful . They will literally walk with you if you can not find that thing you wanted lol . Amazing store XxoDP

This place is right next to my work so Im here pretty regularly to grab something for lunch and what not. I would say from my experience management is more then happy to sit back and watch cashiers at the express counter deal with issues as a line of customers builds. Literally have witnessed 2 managers standing right next to the counter talking as a line has built and the cashiers look stressed. Second major issue is the sushi guy. Wednesday 5 dollar sushi translates to Wednesday California roll day. I have asked him multiple times when something different will be out option wise and was told 2-3pm... All in all most of the cashiers are wonderful that I have come across especially the ones in the express/cust service area. I think swapping out some Lazy Bone managers could have a very positive impact on this location.

I needed some blue cheese dressing, but forgot which refrigerator case it was it. They were really helpful and took me right to it. Unfortunately on the way out I noticed other things I also absolutely needed, and got other yummies.

Publix is clean, there was an employee by the name of Chad at the Publix on Ridgewood in South Daytona Beach FL, was very professional by helping my husband and I. Chad helped lead us to our items.

I love Publix, especially this location. All employees give superb customer service. I miss businesses having that! That tells me a lot about Publix. They obviously educate their employees on this. When I receive bad service somewhere I dont blame the employee. I blame the business. Because they must not enforce how important customer service is. I work in Healthcare. On my feet sometimes 15 hours. I know. Its tiring. But Im there to serve. And have a good attitude about it. Thats exactly how the employees at this store act. The one outside wiping down carts. The one at the register greeting me with a smile. The one wheeling a cart down the aisle and stops to ask if I need help. I see you. Job well done. Thank you!

Always a pleasure shopping at Publix. Their sales are always good. Employees are knowledgeable and helpful. If you ask where something is located, they dont say, I think its on aisle 5. They say, let me show you. Or something similar and walk you to where it is and find it for you.

Ordered take out. Very easy to do. Counter by entrance, very nice lady took my order. The food came very fast and was packed just right. I would recommend this place for breakfast take out

I’m really disappointed in Publix. I go here for my shopping every time and for the most part it really is a pleasure but the last 5 TIMES I have gotten fruit produce from there it has spoiled and grown mold within a days of buying it. I just went 2 days ago and bought strawberries and black berries. Wanting to put them in my breakfast today I go into my fridge to find it ALL covered in mold.

When I couldnt locate an item, I asked at the bakery. The lady took me to the item I was seeking. Great service!

Shopping at any Publix Supermarket is a experience like no other! All the people who are employed there are so nice and respectful! This is evidenced by the respect given to all customers who walk into a Publix Supermarket!Management is always walking around the store and asking if you need help. The atmosphere is different than any other grocery store! If i could give negative stars i would. DO NOT order from prepared foods over the phone! Three different times I have ordered and they have made mistakes. One time they didnt even make my order. The people look miserable and are unorganized. Was told my order would be done in 30 mins and when i showed up they said it would be ready in another 15. Going to find another store to prepare my hot foods, this one is off the list.

I utilized both the grocery store and the pharmacy, and both receive 5 stars! All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They are constantly cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces regularly throughout this pandemic. Never long lines at checkout. The pharmacy staff, while very busy, are extremely nice and very helpful!

Love the smaller size and the handy location. Cashiers and other staff are friendly. My problem is that this store is not enforcing the mask policy despite having had Covid-19 positive employees.I saw three women without masks and another with her mask under her chin during my quick dash in for three items. Stores should reserve the right to not serve customers who refuse to comply. Would have been 5 stars if not for this.
