Zero stars.Disgusting. The incense and or perfume lingering in the store will choke the breathe from you. It was unbelievably overwhelming. I asked the cashier about it and she(he?)( looked female but trying to identify as a male?) said she smelled nothing. I said its overwhelming....?Actually hard to breathe!. She still denied smelling it!!I said Ill just go elsewhere for my daily breakfast and ice and gas. She rudely said, fine, go elsewhere! Instead of actually acknowledging the issue or attempting she was instead extremely rude and definitely not someone who should be dealing with the public.

NEVER any napkins out, coffee is ALWAYS cold within 5 minutes of getting it, good selection of various on the go snacks and assorted beverages (alcoholic and non - alcoholic), smokes and smoking paraphernalia, decent customer service

I recently went to 7-Eleven around midnight on my sweet tooth and was looking around that a few things and and I decided to not get one of the 99 cent pops and I got a donut and a coffee instead and Elwood the guy who was ringing me up refuse to bring me up because I misplaced the 99-Cent thing that guy needs to be fired

Staff is so rude here. I got a hot dog with some nacho cheese and ketchup. So I did what a normal person would do and grabbed several napkins because i always wear it. I didn’t grab more than I would use. Or a ridiculous amount. Get to the counter and the lady says” unfortunately you won’t be able to take all those napkins” I laughed in her face and left the napkins on the counter. You charge me 2 dollars for a hot dog and another 2 for a drink and your going to complain about some napkins. Never again. I’ll go to Circle K across the street. Better service better prices

Gasoline and diesel fuel, large parking lot and open 24/7..most of customer service staff is nice and respectful..crisp cool air inside, clean establishment

I always go to 7/11 for drinks and this was my first bad experience. The guy at the register refused to give me my receipt after I asked him for it. His attitude was completely unprofessional causing a unprofessional interaction. He didn’t even greet us coming to the register although he greeted every white customer and had conversations with them. Hire better employees.!

Al, the worker on duty was extremely rude. I shall be calling the lottery office in the morning about this 711. When I handed him my slips he was like “OMG”!. So I didn’t know it was a prob to buy lottery tickets. He went on to be very rude to me. I’m wondering why be so nasty to customers? If you dnt need to work. Stay home. It’s a competitive business and I just won’t go back to this store.

Nice group of people that work here. Always greets me with a smile and a good conversation. Its not their fault the gas prices are messed up, man.

I was just up there not even 10 to buy a Black and mild I had $0.49 left on the card I had in my wallet and pay for the Black mild and the short little lady with glasses so that I order a dollar when I know Black and milds are a dollar 99 and she tried to say that I owed her a dollar
