Bought a creative nice bracelet in the St. Augustine store a few weeks ago for my wife. Later found out a friend purchased jewelry there and got a significant discount I did not get on my purchase. Clearly you have to negotiate hard and aggressively to get the best price in Frank Reubel stores. I suggest you find a company that is more transparent and ethical in their pricing.

I am in love with my new addition to my wedding ring. Frank and his team go above and beyond for his clients. We always feel welcomed. They know exactly how to make our visions come to life. This piece never gets old to look at. My original piece looked brand new when I picked it up.

I took in a 2 carat Marquise diamond that I wanted to have remounted. I met with Frank Reubel, a very nice gentleman who has many years of experience in jewelry design. Marquise diamonds are not easy to remount in a non traditional setting. He designed a ring for me that would hold my diamond. And I have to say it came out amazing. I had looked for a long time to find something that was unique. Their workmanship was fabulous and I am thrilled with my new ring. During the process I spoke with Alex and he did a great job of keeping me informed on the progress.I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

No engraving done here I was told. For white gold engagement rings. Never heard of anything like that. The best is the one by Publix on Beville. I hit the curb trying to leave because theres no way of telling they even have an outlet from corrosion. They need to fix their parking lot/ drive.

I wrote a long-winded review that was flagged. But Ill write it again! Stay away from this jeweler! It took 130 days (4 and a half months) to complete a simple mens band when on the original paperwork, I was told it would take 6-8 weeks to complete. And it took an additional 2 weeks to get the appraisal, despite promising it would be ready at pick-up! Multiple times in this process, I was told that my order had been forgotten or personal issues got in the way of giving me good customer service. I will never use them again. The owner passed this project off to his son because he was offended when I was upset that it was taking so long. There are way better places to go!
