Very clean, and nicely set up Mom-and-Pop shop. I was very happy to find the crutches I so desperately needed ASAP for my daughter. This store has some experienced and extremely pleasant, ready to help employees as well. But the amount of kindness that Ameen showed me upon checking out, was one of the reasons that stores like this are still in business today. The amount of care and compassion he showed me, will be just one of the reasons I will recommend this store to anyone I know. Thank you so much to Ameen, and his kind staff members that helped me in my time of need. God bless you all

During the race in Daytona, my personal power chair stopped working. I contacted Volusoa Medical supply and they had a rental chair available. The chair was is emaculate condition and saved the weekend at the races. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The manager even came in on his day off so I could return the chair on Sunday as not to accrue another days rental fee. Would highly recommend volusia medical supply to anyone needed help with mobility or any medical supplies. The store was stocked with all kinds of medical items. From mobility to face masks.

Rented a hospital bed, prior to renting asked if it was picked up early would the time be pro-rated, was told a definite YES. One week later the patient was readmitted to the hospital, Saturday. We called, them for pick up on Monday.A month later they called asking if we were keeping the bed, explained already picked up and we should be getting a prorated refund. They will try and find paperwork and call back. I called back after 2 hrs. Spoke with someone named Lika, stated no refund and contract states that, I said we were told yes, she then stated its in contract. We hung up I gave it 3 stars for the delivery person only. Watch them! Yes I should have read the whole contract, dumb on my part. But the lying on their part....

II HAD TO CALL 4 TIMES DURING THE DAY AS EACH DELIVERY TIME CAME AND WENT. MY DR HAD TO FINALLY CALL THEM TO GET MY EXPENSIVE ROHO PILLOW DELIVERED AT 7 PM. I want to add that the manager, Mr. M, and the office staff have been extremely kind. It was the manager who went out of his way to get the pillow to me so late in his day. This whole situation is caused by the RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL owner .THE OWNER WAS RUDE AND TOLD ME TO SHOP ELSEWHERE IF I DIDNT WANT TO WAIT !!.THEN I WAS BROUGHT A product without any instructions or the pump to inflate the pillow and no way to use it .Once again the surgeon had to call them as the owner wouldnt even come to the phone when I called to get an exchange. Thank goodness, once again, the male manager was kind and caring. Ive been told that by the end of today that ill have a new pillow ordered with all its parts. Unfortunately, im depending on the owner as she is the one who has to order it. Ill update when I hear back. This pillow is so important to me and I certainly didnt want or expect to go through all this aggravation. I realize that things dont always go the way we are told or the way we expect but its the professionalism of a business, especially the owner, that makes any business work. At no time did I get angry or speak with disrespect to the owner as I so needed this pillow as I had just had a severe amputation of my leg. So even when she spoke to me with such uncaring words I never answered her rudely. I was told 3 times during the day that the pillow would arrive in minutes, as the nurse waited to set it up but as I stated, no one from 9 am until delivery at 7 pm by the caring manager, Ever called to say it was delayed. I only pray that this unnecessary grief ends as I was promised today.

I have been purchasing my medical supplies from Volusia Medical Supplies for over 20 years. The owner and her staff has always been accommodating and willing to assist in every way possible.I constantly refer my friends and associates to purchase their medical supplies from Volusia Medical Supplies. I have never received any negative comments regarding their visits.The owner constantly contributes to needed organizations and participated in community events as a sponsor as well as a participant.This company has been and continues to be an asset to the Daytona Beach community.

Horrible experience! I was quoted of $75 for a cpap mask and $30 for the tubing. When I arrive the girl I spoke to was not there and the owner told me it’s $175 for the mask and $30 for the hose. When I explained that I was quoted a price she says that girl is brand new and she not have quoted that. This lady is taking advantage of people. Who would pay $175 for a mask. Coastal Florida Mobility had the same mask for $89 and more of a selection. I ended up spending $100 on a better mask and received great service.

I was there today 7-29-19 - and from the time I went in they were very nice- I asked them being the Manager I believe and A lady name Shy at the desk- was extremely nice and helpful about the scooters -and About checking them all out- and - they showed me about them and even looked up the information that I was wanting to know about them- - they carry new Pride scooters along with a lot of other mobility products- —I was very impressed-as I wasn’t too sure after reading some not so good reviews- but there was nothing negative to say about this Volusia Medical supply store- They also do rentals which was good to know-Thank you!

This store is by far the best Medical Supply store we have visited in the area. We were recommended by our Physician for a brace and the staff were great to converse with and such help. They have a wide variety of items to choose from. I highly recommend this store to anyone in need of assistance when purchasing any medical supply as the employees and owners are such a blessing when it comes to customer service! I am extremely happy with the service I received.

We could not be more pleased with the customer service. My mom purchased a chair that was delivered the same day. Timothy our delivery man went above and beyond making sure my mom was happy and comfortable. Theresa was the first person I spoke to at the store and her pleasant attitude both on the telephone and in person made me want to come in and look around. Thanks for making our day.

My parents rented a wheelchair for my dad while on vacation so he could attend a race at Daytona. The staff could not have been more helpful and courteous! Their prices were very reasonable and they even let them have an extra day because of inclement weather. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical supplies in the area!

Horrible service! My dad passed away in January and he had 5 wheelchairs at his home. I called Volusia Medical supply and someone was supposed to come to the house to look at the wheelchairs. My elderly aunt waited at the house for 45 minutes and they never showed. I called back, and the receptionist on the phone explained that the order accidentally got overlooked in the box and apologized. I rescheduled and, they were supposed to call my aunt when they were on their way. My aunt never received a call and they never showed again. I called back and the owner didn’t want to get on the phone with me. I then demanded that she get on the phone. Once she got on the phone, she was disrespectful and said that they tried to come out but nobody was there. I explained that my aunt was there the first time and the second time, they were supposed to call my aunt. Laikga, the “boss” said that she believed her employee. I just lost my dad and this is how we were treated. No integrity, no compassion, no sympathy. I hope this never happens to anyone else.

I was referred to this store by the pharmacist at Walgreens. I was looking for a lumbar support pillow for a trip I am taking. I found one there and asked if I could take to my vehicle to try out comfortability and fit. The salesperson stated the item would have to be paid for prior to leaving store, I explained my vehicle was right outside of the door and she could come with me. She refused. So I asked if Id need to purchase and walk right back in to return if it didnt work in my car seat, she then stated they do not give refunds, only store credits. I have worked in the healthcare industry for 35 years, in private practice and we pride ourselves on customer service. This store does not subscribe to high customer service standards. I will share this experience with the pharmacist as well as all of our patients. If you want to do business with a company that is truly interested in helping you, dont go here
