Today is 05/30/2021. I dont normally give any bad ratings or negative comments to hurt anyones business since I believe people could make mistakes and giving them a chance to correct and do the right things. But I have very bad experience with this company. They misrepresented the information on the equipment they advertised that they did not own and did not have the contract right to sell, and tricked me to send in the money. After receiving the fund, they ghosted me and ignored my calls, texts, and emails. I did find out about who was the actual owner of the equipment and talked to them. The equipment was sold and the equipment owner was not aware of anything about it. Finally I was able to get a hold of them after I mailed out a formal letter that I might have to forward a formal complains to other agencies and the attorney general office in CA. They have no legal right to hold on to the fund since they dont have the equipment to sell. They promised to send out refund soon; however, I still did not receive anything thus far. Look like they are not taking it seriously and doing the right thing. So be aware and very careful dealing with this business. Formal complains and legal proceedings will start next week if I dont hear back from them anytime soon.Reviews are most valuable when they are honest and unbiased. The only people who should ever review a company are those who have actually done business with the company. The first review is from the registered agent of the company deems to be inappropriate. Please don’t review if you own or work at a place.
