Shop here! Calvin and staff offered excellent customer service. I was on a deadline and needed a colonial costume fast and they helped me with sizes, accessories and good quality costumes. I will definitely be back for Halloween!

Ordered TTCG102-Standard Demon Teeth $9.95 with $10 shipping. Was still $30-40 cheaper than most. Received in 2 days. They work perfectly. the trick is placing the mold against and over the teeth. very easy. if you dont get it right the first time, reheat and mold again. the water should be almost boiling.

Needed a last minute mask for Yelps Masquerade Ball. You can browse their catalog online and then call in to see if they have it in stock. If they do, you can pick it up within 10 minutes at their warehouse. Saves the shipping costs if you live local. And pricing is not bad too. Quality of the mask was really good. Its not one of those cheap ones you get from thrift stores.Will definitely keep this on my places to go if I need a last minute costume.

I called to order 2 costumes because I wanted to pick them up at the warehouse that day.I was told that I have to order online and if the order is placed before 2pm, they would be ready for same day pick up after 3pm.I placed the order before 2pm and waited for the email confirmation for pick up.So I waited, and waited, and waited and waited some more.I finally called the next day and cancelled my order.

Ordered 2 wrestler masks (1 green & 1 blue) online for a back to school event. Paid extra for 2 day shipping to make sure I had it in time. When I received it, the green was so poorly made that anyone with a normal size face would not be able to see out of both eye holes. The blue gives you to option to chose a color. I chose black. I received different product # in a childs size (black with a red cross --which by the way showed to be out of stock). The black one would have been great if it were the right size. You cannot try the mask on without removing the tag that is attached to it., which we did. Called customer service and explained the shipping error. They issued a return label and said they would issue a refund when they received it back. They did not offer to send the correct item, did not offer to credit the extra shipping we had paid, and the return label was for regular postal service. So I looked up the return policy to see what to expect and I saw that the product would be consider used and is not returnable because I had removed the tag. Called and spoke to Liz. Explained the situation. She was very polite but not at all helpful. Basically, she said I had ordered the wrong mask when I chose the color (even though the two items are made entirely different and have different item numbers). She said I could not return the product because I had removed the tag. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the Customer Service Manager. When I asked for her boss, they were not available and she was not allowed to give out their name. She was also not allowed to tell me who owned the company but said I could look it up on-line. The products were cheap so I expected them to be cheaply made. I order costumes all the time for a party business that I own. When I only need a costume for a single event, I dont need a high end costume and dont mind cheap. But I do expect to receive what I order and I do not expect to have my intelligence questioned. I will NEVER order from this company again and I would never recommend them to anyone else unless you are physically at their store to see the product you are purchasing.

I was in desperate need of a costume last minute, and luckily was able to swing by here!Theres a huge selection at an affordable price compared to the major Halloween stores like party city and spirit!Even more of a plus finding a costume on sale! Cant beat that! =)During Halloween time, theres a bit of a long wait to try the costumes on since theres only one changing room. And theres a limit of 2 at a time. But everyone was friendly and helpful.

Avoid!! After returning the item they ignored my refund request until I contacted the customer service. Then I only received less than half of the refund.

Very upset with their return policy. I returned a Halloween costume early in October, never worn, everything brand new in packaging, and they did not give me a full refund. I had ordered 2 for my daughter and we kept the one that fit. I paid for return shipping (which is to be expected), but they also deducted money from my refund. Will never shop here again and will make sure I let everyone know of their unscrupulous policy.
