My husband and i have a new business and we started using this supply store, but they need to please try to get us prices on their products faster as, we also have customers that we need to quote. they were suppose to get back to me since the am(morning) and now they are closed. :(

Bad customer service

Great supplier, staff is very helpful and they even let you use their saw to cut pipes that are too long.

Service was good; however, I just realized that Bobcometal (in LA and Online) has the same items $5 less per item and that means I paid almost $100 over at El Monte Ornamental.
