I went to Pleasant Street Auto to have body work done when someone hit my parked car. The body shop workers/manager was awesome. They took care of me and my car the whole way through. I will definitely go back.

We had our car towed to Pleasant Street Auto after it broke down on a trip, so we had no prior relationship and they had no expectation they would ever see us again after this time. But the service was truly exceptional. The communication was consistently good, the car was fixed in the time frame requested and the price was more than fair. Very personable staff. Prices are reasonable and the company does not change the end price from the quote like some other repair shops in the area. Staff is more than willing to review the issue with the customer and discuss options.

Love this place, honest assessment of vehicle. Body work, detailing, engine work, and car rental all at the same place. You can also drop your vehicle off any time of day or night.
