LEROY IS GREAT, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.The girl needs to work on customer service. She was rude.

Technology challenged here and Zander and Leroy were so helpful! My husbands old phone was not taking a charge and Leroy said if I could get a charge on it then to come back in. The next day I brought the old phone in and Leroy spent over an hour transferring the information from one phone to another. He was friendly, funny and did not make me feel stupid in the least bit! These guys know what they are doing and they took their time helping me. A million thank yous for the great service!

This is the worst store ever. 40 minutes of waiting and no one even said hello or even glanced at any of the customers that had been waiting for so long. I realize that they were helping others but come on!!! At least acknowledge that we are waiting.

Its hit & miss. Having good service at the counter is dependant on who ends up helping you...

Completely useless experience venturing into this particular T-Mobile store. Fifth time visiting this location. The young, male employees who work there are emotionless robots who WILL NOT be bothered to do anything over the bare minimum to garner themselves a paycheck. Avoid their dead, vacant stares and hit up a different T-Mobes. This one is a big NOPE.

Celeste and Alexander are amazing! They were so helpful and kind. We were there for several hours and had great conversation. I have had terrible experiences at T-mobile stores in the past... but this store was by far the best experience!!

What an inspirational visit in a difficult time. These female professsional infotechnicans are impressive! They overcame obstacles working with a dedicated can do attitude to make it happen! Whether it is a surprise gift within budget, an upgrade or providing information on available services to this isolated disabled senior. She was generous w information and stayed until I made the right decision for me. My techie was as helpful as an angel 😇 I hope this review polishes her halo. She shines!in case you need a T-Mobile.. I recommend these two female profesdional technicians..

This is probably the best T-Mobile store there is. There is little turnover in employees, which speaks volumes about the place.

Ive been going here since I started being a customer about a year ago. I have been to a couple other T-Mobile stores around the area and this one is by far the best and its really not even close. Ive worked with the manager Aaron a few times and he doesnt BS you into anything and is good at his job and goes out of his way to make sure youre taken care of.

I came in very frustrated and upset with my previous phone network, Bryanna came to me right away and was very helpful and sweet to me. Giving me the best phone and plan and still helping out a few other customers while helping me. ❤ thanks you guys!

Spoke with Krishna she was incredible she answered my question effortlessly. She is phenomenal. I called T-Mobile earlier in the week to ask when something was going to be delivered that I had purchased and they had no answer. She indeed was a pleasure to work with.

This T-Mobile is the best one by far. The manager Devin is awesome! He helped my husband with his phone when absolutely no one else could figure it out.I would highly recommend this store.

Unhelpful for Military affiliation savings on my family plan. I was told I need a second email account for TmobileID.Can I borrow yours?

Of all my visits, I can only recall one simple experience only because I was upgrading my phone. All the other times I stopped to check out some new devices, ask questions or possibly get a new accessory, I felt I was a burden to wasting their time or receive a hint of attitude. Which is sad to say because I actually enjoy stopping by the store to get spun up on the new devices. I avoid going to this store if I could help it, I call in to customer service or simply upgrade online just so I dont have to deal with their store service.

We prefer to visit this location! This store is the one we have been going to since it opened for questions, upgrades, and T-Mobile Tuesdays. Great vibe in the store, attentive sales-force, and (usually) awesome music playing!

Professional and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable always take the time to go over process and make sure you understand how it all works. They never rush you through the process.

It was great THEY Helped me to uninstall apps that may be causing us hacking.

They definitely could have used some more people on duty. The wait was very long just to buy a sim card. But the employee who helped me was very cool and helpful.

My family and I always received excellent service from this particular branch, however, it is important for customers to know what the local branch and can and cannot do.If there is a problem with service, you must contact Tmobile (611) and If there is a problem with the actual phone the store reps can replace the phone or any product you bought from the store.This branch have the best group of people representing the company and they are hip, young, respectful and energized go-getters. At times, waiting for help is long but most of the time in my experience, its been short. I tend to go during off peak hours.

Super helpful. I had an interesting and difficult situation trying to assume my own account and port my number, due to divorce. They got everything figured out.

Worst customer service ever!!! canceled my order for no reason. than promised free expidited shipping and charged me for it. btw I spent almost two hours on web chat to make that happen. called in to have $ refunded and was told by both the agent and a supervisor they could not do it, only offer a bill credit. btw this is after my daughter exchanged her phone through jump and the store left the phone sitting on the shelf, they lost my phone after sending in and I had to pay $300+ to pay the phone off, lost a broken modem I return, and lost two other phones which after fees they were able to find. This is absolutly CRAZY!

Aside from the typical disingenuous friendliness present in all establishments dependent on sales, this T-Mobile branch has done a great job helping me transition to my first smartphone a few years back, and recently use the JUMP program to upgrade. There is usually a line of people, but they are organized and efficient to get everyone taken care of.

Place dose not open when it says online. Would not recommend this location.

Employers did not know their product and even some were very rude get the right person and he will tell you everything you need to know and very respectful but its getting the right person T-Mobile company excellent working with you

They shifted employees around and brought in a completely incompetent crew. If you like long waits and a mostly understaffed and inexperienced employees then this place is right for you.

Service ok but wrote my phone ticket completely wro g. Set me up for a higher plan than I asked for.

I officially hate T-mobile! Especially this store! Most are rude and dont know anything. They screwed up my whole account. They put a screen protector on my boyfriends phone it was the worst job we had ever seen. They would not replace It! The employees are loud and obnoxious. They all gather outside the door and smoke.

Walked in before another couple was completely ignored and the couple that came in after me was greeted and helped right away.

Long story short. The staff are a bunch of idiots that dont know what they are doing. I told them my contacts were on my Sim card but they replaced my Sim card and put my old one in a shredder box. They did nothing to resolve my issue and now I have lost over 150 work and personal contacts. I will be switching carriers immediately.

Sold my wife a new phone insisting that our monthly bill would not go up but they failed to mention it was a lease... seems a bit deceptive

Went in to upgrade my phone super unfriendly and unprofessional would not recommend that location and will never go back almost made me switch to a whole new carrier because of that🤬🤬

Arived at 6:28pm when store hours posted open until 8pm. Employees looked at me when door was locked and I pulled on it then they just walked to the back room not explaining why theyre closed. Rude wont return to that kiosk of teens.
