They are super unprofessional. I got approved for my merchandise then once they deliver my items some delivery driver he’s fat and really dark skinned accuses my mother of some false accusations then starts to argues with her. Then takes all of our items that I paid for saying “I can’t leave this stuff here to you” then DAVID calls me saying we can longer services you but they took my money. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend anyone going here I would go to AARONS on Spencer they will take good care of you way better on how David is running things here in this store he should really get fired. Especially that fat delivery guy for even to yell at my mother while my 1 year old daughter is there . This is so uncalled for. Someone higher then him should really look into this store because it need a wake up call on how they treat customers.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE very unprofessional banging on your door the same day as payment is due as soon as they open as if they have no other customers tried to say auto pay was required but never showed paper work stating sell you broken and used items but expect you to pay full price for it if I could give them no stars I would

Everyone is very nice have been late on payments a few times and they are very lenient and courteous. David is a great guy and Jennifer as well have been very helpful on more than one occasion. Gave these guys 5 stars if the was 6 I would give 6. Great experience and will continue to go with this location for all my needs!

Because of the inventory system used here you are unable to purchase a single furniture item. You must purchase a set. I suggest taking your business to Aarons. Aarons, because they take the time to do a more efficient inventory, are set up to handle a sofa, or chair rental without buying a set.

Did two applications online. Didn’t speak to someone about my processing my application till 2weeks later after I called twice to see what the hold up was. Went to Con’s and walked out in 45 minutes with what I needed to buy. I don’t know the process but it sucks. I’ve also in the past purchased at Aaron’s and their process is way better too. Then a month later they have the Audacity to call and check to see if you still looking for the item. Please lose my number !

Worst place to rent anything, the ladies that work there have no customer service experience they are rude. The only person that is good there is David he is very helpful and sounds like he is always having to fix the mistakes that his employees do. They either need to hiring people with customer service skills or train them better.

It was a cleaner location than the one I went to before. And it just didnt have a big selection. Customer service was okay.
