Called on saturday and was told that the sundown SFB1500d was $239(msrp). I drive across town and arrive here monday morning right when they opened. Now the amp is $289. And hes acting like he doesnt know where that number came from. Making this post from their parking lot before i leave. Wasted my time. Very shady.Edit: called back and complained about them making me drive across town for nothing and they agreed to do it. Which was better than the initial reaponse of ok, well have a nice day. Ill raise the rating for that by a star.

I had to take my truck from one shop to them to get something figured out on some lights under my truck but with 15 minutes they had my problem solved. Within another 30 minutes they had me fixed and out the door. I recommend them and will definitely go back if I need something done. Luis was very helpful and the tech kept me informed on what was going on the whole time.

Great experience. Ive been to several audio shops but this one is the best professional install ive seen on my car. Subs and amps put in with no wires exposed and a very clean setup. Definitely recommend this shop for audio. They also do tint jobs. Front desk was very helpful and the process takes about 3 hours depending on the car.

I bought a stereo from them a couple weeks ago. Not even a week with it the stereo would turn off and the time would change. So I went to see if they could fix it, and they said they had no more stereos to replace it. To check back with them in two weeks. It’s been over 2 months, going back and checking with them. Now they are saying they can’t do anything to fix it. $500 and they can’t even offer me another stereo.

I wouldnt come here if I was you. Guy was nice at the beginning but he became rude after I was comparing his price to others online. He said if youre looking online then buy there. I said I just want to compare prices to make sure I get a good deal. Then he said this is not Walmart, go buy online. Im glad to say I found a better deal somewhere else.

I went there to get an remote start removed. They stole one of the modules and told me the remote start didnt come with one. They thought I wouldnt have figured it out. Dont go there these guys are thieves!

Do not!!! I repeat..DO NOT take your motorcycle here to get audio work done...there were supposed to be quick release plugs hooked up to my 6x9s, there wasnt, he was supposed to flash my headunit on my 2020 roadglide, he didnt, I told Amare the salesman that I would be paying thru snap..90 days same as cash,got approved for 5k..the install work was 650.00,after the work is done, he tells me I cant go thru snap for labor only after we agreed that this would be my method of payment, then he gets amnesia...needless to say I payed 650 for a very Fd up work,since Sal has left..this place has never been the same.Cartek will never,ever get any of my money in life!!!!!

This is a very good stereo place but when they installed the alarm the one and only thing I asked for in advance of the sell was to have the lights come on the rear when the alarm is turned off or on, it was never done. Good people there.

Went there last week for the 1st time for a whole system In my dodge ram, I spent a nice amount but I bought all high end brands. Didnt like how the Jl W3 sounded in my truck (not enough power) so I went back and Sal swapped them out with another brand that satisfied my wants without breaking my wallet . Ive been dealing with car audio for years now and this company is one of the best I dealt with in awhile, theyre fair on pricing and installations are done right & fast ! I went in today to get a quote on a new stereo with installation. Ive done my research. I didnt feel like the price was a bad price, although I have found the stereo about $100 cheaper than their quote.What I had a problem with was customer service. During our discussion, the mans focus was 100% until Don Juan walked in the store. All attention shifted to this customer and I was ultimately ignored. I will not be going back into this store. If you cannot be attentive to someone willing to spend their money with you, how do I know you will be attentive to my installation?By the way...Don Juan walked out the same time I did...so you didnt get my money today and it was quite obvious, you did not get his either.I will continue my search.

Stay away. Bought 2 12” and during the warranty period, took em in since they were sounding weird and I was told i’d have to pay $50 for them to JUST take a look. Called months later asking for the price of a probox. I was told $130 over the phone and when I walk in I was given a $150 price and was told “we change prices based on the customer” (i’m assuming appearance?) Horrible customer experience and service.

Couldnt raise my thumbs up any higher. Ive gotten my stereo installed here and just this Saturday.. I got my window tint and its the best customer service hands down. Needed to be somewhere at a certain time and the installer cut his lunch short to make sure it was done on time. Strongly recommended.

Customer service was great but my product is the problem. I got the Prestige automatic start and remote. A year later my remote started having issues. Battery dies every two months and doesnt always start my truck the first time I press it. Also my alternator is now going out as I use it. I had absolutely no alternator problems before. I can hear it struggling to start and sometimes doesnt start it at all after trying requring a boost. A few weeks ago my truck was broken into and the alarm didnt go off nor did the remote alert me. Wish I didnt get it done.

Called for an adapter and they actually had it when nobody else did which is the only reason I put the second star. When I called ...the guy told me it was 39.99, but when I got there he went up to 50$! I ended up paying almost $55 after taxes. Had he said the price was that high I wouldn’t have came there but since I’d already drove across town I was too involved at that point. Pretty much had to buy it. When I told the guy what happened to the price you told me on the phone he acted like he didn’t know I was talking about. I wouldn’t send anyone to this place to do business. The guy acted like he wasn’t interested in answering my questions either. I’d stay away if I were you!

Alarm wise they dont know what they are doing. Dont ever get alarms installed here it will mess up ur vehicle!

To make matters worse their employees are Mexican and they will screw over their own race for money too. The owners are some kind of muslim or Arabian descendants. Went in there yesterday salesman tells me I have to buy a certain speaker because my truck is built with a certain jbl speaker system... thats understood. Tells me he has them in stock upstairs.. when I asked to see them he tells me it doesnt matter what they look like..but I have them. well I work retail and thats not the way you do it.. so theyre assed out $800. I got my car back from paint shop on 5-5-15 and parked it. It had no scratches. On 5-6-15 at 10:30am took it to remove old tint and Install new tint. After getting home I notice alot of scratches went back and told them. Long story short they denied everything saying no way they did that.All the scratches were on an areas that they wiped down.

Ive had several vehicles with sound systems and I always feel like I get ripped off and leave the car audio stores mad and disappointed.I just had a custom system installed in my 2014 gmc sierra,the installed 12 high speakers and built me a custom console with a 12 sub.They did the best install Ive ever seen all the speakers sound amazing and there customer service was top notch . I had to go up there alot to bug them about exactly what I wanted done and Jose was awesome to me he never lost patients with me.Also the pricing was vary fare.So if you are getting anything done to you car (DoNotGoAnywere )But cartek on college.
