I come here mainly for the food. I dont come that often but evreytime I do, the lady always treats me very nicely. Shes very respectful and the food is simply great.

Ordered me some fruit.. Was pretty fresh and tasty.. And they have other things.. A little more pricey than what I am use too though..

Me and familiy have came here for years. The service is usually decent and the food is good. But this time the service was very very bad by a new employee, I didnt get to see her face too well (so Im gona describe her best I can). A big girl maybe around 511 tall with a yellow shirt and blue jeans was very rude, seemed like she didnt want to work, or even be in that place. Her negative vibes were not needed at all not to mention her service. Im guessing because its summer time they have these two teenagers working here not knowing the negative impact it can have on the business or its customers. I will never again come here just because of her and the other employee. At least the other one wasnt as bad but she was slow at completing the orders. Anyway the big girl in the yellow shirt saw me and my brother walking up to her and there was a guy behind us that came out of his truck at the sametime. When I went up to her to make my order she let me finish my order then said, oh the other guy was infront of u Im waiting for him to complete his order, I said ok. Kind of frustrated that she didnt mention that to me as soon as I went to the window. Then, after me and my brother completed our order with the other teenage worker, another customer came and the girl in yellow took his order. That customer ordered the samething I ordered but instead of giving me the product because I was there first and ordered first, she gave it to the new customer and on purpose gave it through the window me and the other worker were standing at. More frustrated I still didnt say anything, Im tired from work and gym plus I had finished helping my brother unload some tree trunks at the local city dump. Also shes a girl. Anyway what made matters worse and almost had me say something, or God knows what else, is that this st***d piece of trash excuse of a person ended up finally giving me my product I ordered but was standing infront of me wiping it with a dirty wet rag all around the rim of the cup. Then drops the rag on a table or floor or wherever it landed. I was so mad I had all these mixed thoughts in my head. Its OK though I have a strong immune system but just because of all these acts in one day I will never come here again and hope everyone else does the same. Any kid, or person with a weak immune system will get sick easily (also frustrated) from stuff like this. 7/5/19

The lady is always rude when we go and you have to get the items the way they sell them. Like you cant add some gummy bears to a raspa.like really?? I said well pay extra and she claims they have to get permission from manager. I give this place so many chances I just wont go any more. The elotes are good Ill give them that but there is no excuse for rudeness. 😑*Been here 4 more times after this and the same . lady IS ALWAYS RUDE and ill order a large and theyll charge me and give me a small. Smh. Forget this place. Dairy queen ..here i come.
