Young man in a hat working there was very rude. I was just coming in to browse and he acted like I needed to hurry and pick and get out. He had a severe attitude with me, very cold person. It was an hour before close. I’ll be shopping at one of the 3+ other smoke shops in Nac before even thinking of walking into puff n stuff again.

I love the owner! Always welcoming and tries to help as much as she can. Go and visit them its always fun.

Coming to this place was a great experience, the staff offer great service and offer advice on what to buy if youre not sure of what you need. Not to mention that the atmosphere is very nice and welcoming.

Went in just to look & the girl who helped me was very nice. She seemed to be new since i asked her for something & she didn’t know what I was talking about but she asked for help & managed to get what i needed. This store is still great! Used to shop here for shirts in the 90s & I was taken back in time stopping in here. Except of course with the addition of hand sanitizer & masks.. which they did a great job of following guidelines.I cant wait to to go back.

The lady who is there is really funny and mostly sarcastic, I love how they use the gate to keep track of who come in the store and uses sanitizer. Unlike most stores i feel comfortable not worrying about covid when entering their shop. Just like wine they aged well and its been 10 years and i havent had issues since.

Theyre pretty rude. Last time I tried to spend money there I got to the door and a angry old lady demanded what I want. I said Id like to shop and without saying a word she shook her head no. I am now happy to never spend another dime there, after being a customer since probably the 90s. I see the angry old lady decided to act like covid is an excuse for rudeness but we all know that it isnt and using a pandemic as an excuse is really a sleazy low move. You keep on treating people that way, well spend money at a place that isnt over expensive and that is happy their customers spend money there

I remember coming to Puff n Stuff as a teen for my shirts. Its still is a go to place for shirts and they always have great service!

Ive been coming here since I was a kid in the 90s. My brothers would get band shirts and my dad would get pool items. Everyone who works there are the coolest most down to earth people you will ever meet. I definitely recommend shopping here if you like band shirts as well as the many other novelty items they sell here.

Just Rude! If you dont like selling the items you should quit, because if Im spending my money that I work for I dont care what your beliefs.

The stuff in this shop is good, expect one of the workers is really mean and rude. I think she was the owner but I’m not sure. It was only my second time walking into the store and there’s a wall with masks on it, i didn’t see a sign saying not to touch the masks I pick up one of the masks and the lady yells “hey” at me and says I needed to be “educated around here.” That lady should get some better people skills because I would like to come back to the shop to actually buy some products but that’s the only reason why. I’m sure any other worker would be better than her. I wish I didn’t want to go back there at all but I would like to get some products from there in the future. Just be careful of the wall with the masks on it near the front of the store or else some lady would yell and make a mean comment. She sits at a table at the front of the store beware of that lady. I know that this review isn’t gonna mean anything but at least you know that there is a worker who isn’t people friendly. I only gave this store three stars because of the products and variety it has not because of the customer experience.

I found everything I wanted and things I didnt know I needed. While I appreciated the steps taken to keep everyone safe currently, it felt a bit draconian being let into a locked store and having to have the door unlocked for us to leave. Also being shadowed around the store was less than helpful and made us feel unwelcome and rushed to get out of the store. Not really up to par with our experiences there in the past. Hope this changes very soon.

Never going to this place again. And as a local resident Ive gone here for products for many of years. Lady caught a attitude it seemed with me because I wanted to visually see the tattoos needles I was wanting to purchase. And she wouldnt let me in. Said because of the rain shes not open only open via sales threw the metal guard door. Very disappointed and I know losing one customer isnt gunna do anything. But I do know a lot of people and believe me the company just lost more than just me as a customer.

So much fun stuff to look at ie band t shirts, glass, darts, tattoo supplies. The staff was very friendly as always. One of my favorite places to take a look from time to time

This place is awesome. I got a really neato incense burner that has a golden moon and some golden stars on it, for around $4. And then all of their incense sticks are only 25 cents a piece, and they will give you a free zip lock bag to take your incense sticks home in, when you buy at least ten of them. And they have, about 60 different incense varieties, literally. The creativity in their hand made pipes is amazing. I saw some Squidward pieces, from that Spongebob show that I love. They also sell some really cool jewelry. Really happy about the fair prices of the incense sticks. A few years ago, I also got a really cool, fake tattoo sleeve from this location, it looked amazing, it just looked like I was wearing a piece of art on my arm that I could put on and take off whenever I wanted to. Ive also gotten some really sweet posters from this location before.

Kids who work here could care less about the shoppers... the owner is so sweet though she will offer discounts if you ask or bundle

Ive been coming to this store for years! Even as a little kid wirh my grandmother who also loves this store as much as i do. I remember being little and watching the commercial come on all the time. My husband and i have been together for 6 years and i always told him about the store but we never went together. The day i took him he fell in love with yhe store also and the owner! Shes the nicest lady around we had a long conversation with her and a employee. she asked what i did for employment and once we talked about it she offered me a job...but i lived across town and turned it down.. also im living in the area again and down the street and was wondering if your still hiring :) keep on keeping on!!

Few couple of good expensive, but one specific guy who works here tall and stocky with red hair is rude, dude flicked off my husband when simply went too buy swishers. This place is like the Holy Grail of smoke shops in Pasadena to me. Lol. Always have the band shirts that Im looking for. Zippos, darts, tattoo parts and accessories, piercing accessories, smoke accessories and more. Ive been coming to this location since high school to get stuff. Its kinda ducked off but you cant miss it. Employees and owner are the most coolest and chill people you can ever met. I always have a great experience here.

Meet with the owner Lisa, she was a real nice lady. Very nice shop with a wide selection of inventory. She bought some of our handmade water pipes and was a pleasure to do business with!

I feel like theyve lost a lot of inventory to theft. I say that because everytime I go in there, they literally follow us around like were criminals trying to steal something... Unfortunate. Makes me not want to go back.

Would give a half star if it let me. I went in today and there was an elderly white lady who was rude from the moment I walked through the door. That has never been an issue before. She said they couldnt sell any merch to me at all, to which I replied by leaving. I went to Clutch City smokeshop in FoodTown and the guy Kramer was really cool and helpful, he said hes heard of the same elderly white lady being rude to other customers.DISCLOSURE: I was 14 when I first went into puff n stuff and they sold me tattoo needles and cigarillos.Word of Advice to the lady I dealt with today..Treat your customers the way you want to be treated when you walk into an establishment. YOU NEED CUSTOMERS, CUSTOMERS DONT NEED YOU!SN: After reading her response.. yes there are laws in place.. but I guess it’s better to sell needles to 14 year olds RATHER than let a grown woman walk into your shop and buy what they need. Customer service is EVERYTHING and you have NONE!
