I Have Not Been Able To Move In Just Yet & They Are So Polite & Considerate. I Adore The Facility. The Staff Is Kind & Call With Reminders & They Sound So Inviting. The Access Hours Are Surprising. The Prices Are Really Great & No Hidden Anything. Im Going To Love My Storage Experience For Quite Awhile!

Just got a unit here. Nothing detailed to report. So far the lady at the front office has been very professional and to the point without being too blunt. She has even gone as far to let us know how to save money with payment strategies at this location. The unit seemed very clean and the security here is much better than I had expected. So far... Would highly recommend this place.

Clean..well maintained but everything I turn around the monthly rate keeps going up. I rented here before and my monthly rate was $112 a month, a year later the rent had gone up to $136 (around there) beware your rate will continue to increase. For those of us that are on a budget this is not good.

Im currently renting a unit at this facility, and right from the start the staff here has provided me with excellent customer service and professionalism. The registration process is simple and quick, the facility is secure and clean, and my unit is the perfect size to store all of my belongings. Recently there was an issue where I mistakenly left my unit unlocked, and I was unaware. Thankfully the employees conduct walk-throughs throughout the facility, and I was contacted immediately after they discovered my unit was unlocked. When I arrived I was so relieved and grateful to find that all of my belongings were intact and just as I had left them. As a tenant, words cant express how much I appreciate the staff here and how they really care about the safety and protection of this facility. I feel 100% secure with storing my belongings here, you guys are the best, thank you!!!

This is a great location. No damage from Harvey. The staff is really great. Selena took great care of us. Check out the new units if you go. Everything is hi-Tech. I can lock and unlock my unit from my phone no more clunky locks. We have never had any problems storing our things here.

Your employee Carlos, is very polite and courteous. He is one of the best employees that works there. He is very helpful. In my opinion I believe he deserves a raise.

My unit was robbed. Bad guys used bolt cutters on my lock, helped themselves to a brand new, in the box, air conditioning unit and brand new, in the box, Garden Weasel. They rummaged through containers and took my Dads Craftsman tools. I bought each one at the Estate Sale. Screwdrivers, wrenches, hex sets, leather carpenters apron, sockets sets, chisels, 5 level, plumb bobs, and more. Some of these tools were more than 50 years old.The male manager was concerned. He assured me this only happens every 6 months or so. Called Pasadena Police. The officer who responded said he was the same officer that responded to a burglary there THE PREVIOUS WEEK. Really!?!?!I think Corporate should issue an Alert to all tenants that this is happening. Tenants should be aware that there are locks that are resistant to bolt cutters. And, tenants should NOT hold doors for someone to piggyback into the facility on that tenants access code. The Office staff should tell newcomers about the robbers and the better bolts that can better secure their units.This was a personal tragedy. I cannot recover my possessions and Daddys tools were, obviously, precious to me.

Best Deal by far! Great amenities and wonderful staff! I have used self-storage for over twenty years, ranging from small closets to large warehouse spaces, and this place has everything I need and want, with no drawbacks whatsoever. I live inside the loop, but gym and do some work in Pasadena. This location is less than 10 minutes away from me in Central Houston, but the PRICE is only about 60% of what Id pay down the street. Well worth the short drive. Kept clean, in working order, very secure, great access, and I have not had one problem or complaint. The staff is friendly, smart, helpful, and really pleasant. (Wow!) I trust my valuables under their guard. They have ON-SITE security staff, and especially good lighting throughout, which makes all the difference to me. Thanks, ESS! I refer everyone I can!

They were very helpful. The manager went our of her way to rent me a unit after I showed up a little after closing. I would recommend this storage to who ever needs one. Ask for amanda shes nice and very helpful.

While it is a clean faciity. They change the rates you signed up for just a few months into signing up for your unit, you may get a good deal to start with but trust me it will only stay that rate for 2 or 3 months and then get ready. Plus they make you get insurance that adds another $11 $12 bucks to your fee. 60 dollars for the smallest unit they have No thanks!I started at $36 dollars.

Used them for a few years, my parents ended up using them too. Great service and clean and easy storage. Only affordable climate control unit around. Love it.
